I have had no issues with FCP over the many times i have used them. I have a somewhat obscure model of Volvo and they have never shipped me an ill-fitting part. Plus they have an incredible return policy... Nothing but good from this company.

I ordered floor mats for my 2008 VW Jetta. The price was right. The service was great. The shipping was quick and the items were well packed. The original mats had holes that fit perfectly over plugs to keep the mats from sliding around. The replacement mats have slots that do not stay seated on the plugs so the mats slide. Otherwise, the mats are just as durable and good looking as the originals. Unfortunately, I find the sliding around of the mats annoying enough that I can only rate this experience as okay - 3 stars.

They went way out of the way for me. I ordered the incorrect items and called back the next day and they corrected it immediately. Got the items a few days later and they credited my account as the correct parts were cheaper.

"I ordered OEM BMW parts on Jan 10 and discovered an error on my part later that night. I emailed Customer Service (Dan Turbert) and MY error was immediately corrected and a refund issued the next day. When the parts arrived, they were a perfect OEM replacement (coil packs and plugs) and perform flawlessly, just as their Customer service did!! Will definitely use FCP Euro in the future. So far so good, and the experience I've had with part purchases via FCP have been more than satisfactory, thus I cannot complain. The lifetime replacement is sure a crazy but real thing that they do have, which I have used and dare I say I'm glad it exists.

FCP is the place to buy all the parts for our Volvo 850 since they replace everything, brake pads, mufflers, brake fluid, oil no questions asked. I started buying from them without knowing about this but now we are thinking about trying to get 300K miles from our car since so many parts can be replaced no charge. I live very close and can walk in to buy and return parts. Why would anyone buy anywhere else?

After using other online suppliers for years to get parts for my BMW's I stumbled on FCP and don't see me ever going anywhere else.

Their prices are lower, shipping the same, and premier customer service. Andrew went out of his way today to modify my order that was on the way out the door when it was my fault in the first place.

I ordered 2 marker lights for my 89 Volvo wagon. They came very quickly and were priced very fairly. Cheaper than most of the other sites. My mechanic said they were just slightly harder to install than factory ones. After he put them in though, he asked for the name of the site. He said it's hard to find them for the older cars because they basically crack and rot out from UV rays over the years, making finding them in junkyards not an option. FCP was great to deal with and followed up to be sure everything went smoothly with my purchase and delivery. I definitely would purchase other parts from them in the future.

These guys are the real deal. I rarely write reviews but my experiences with them have been top notch! They really take the guess work out of ordering parts and are very consistent with shipping. Where else can you get OEM parts with a lifetime warranty? If you own a euro car this is the place to orders your parts.

Used to think they were great, not any more. Customer service is a surprising let down at this company - couldn't allow a price match on one product in conjunction with my "loyalty" discount (the pitiful 5% off they offer everywhere anyway), and with every new quote containing the price matched item, all other items became more expensive than the site listings. Lot's of back and forth for nothing, complete waste my time, went to a competitor and will look elsewhere first next time.

Good selection of parts for my Volvos. I always get my order within one or two days, since they are located relatively close by. Customer service is excellent. I had some parts damaged in shipping. They were replaced quickly and FCP paid for the shipping. Nothing but good things to say about this organization.

I purchased a clutch and flywheel kit from FCP for my BMW. The pressure plate was really scratched and didn't look usable. I sent them pics and told them the problem, and they responded by email in less than half an hour, paid for return shipping, and overnighted a new kit (which looks excellent by the way.) I hope FCP never goes out of business, they have earned a customer for life. Shout out to Adam in customer service for being on top of things!

Bought Meyle control arms 3 years ago, and the bushings failed in less than a year. German name, Chinese junk. FCP has lifetime warranty and refunded the cost which is great, but the labor is intense for this job. Not happy FCP sold such an inferior product. Ruined my rocker panel jacking the car for the 2nd job I shouldn't of had to do.

I ordered from FCP Euro earlier this month. Waas out of the county when it arrived and just went to install and found it to be the wrong part. So I went to the dealership for the correct item. I can't endorse FCP Euro

Wow. FCP has the best prices! I work for a dealership in Canada, and they could not even beat the prices that FCP has ! even with the conversation rate. So that is a plus, the package showed up a day before it was expected so another plus. as I opened the box everything was packaged Very nicely and everything I ordered was in the box. Unfortunately the Water pump I ordered had a bit of damage and I called them right away, I talked t a lady by the name of JESSICA in the service department and she was very nice and helpful. asked for some pictures of the part and are just about there for a solution of getting this dealt with. Although I am writing this review before the problem is 100% resolved. As of right now, I am extremely happy with the service I have got from FCP. I will for sure order again and recommend others to buy from them. Good on you FCP for having great customer service and great prices

I've been purchasing parts from FCP for my Volvo's for a few years now. I've had three problems with orders over that time. Each time I've called and explained the problem, the customer service rep takes care of everything and I get it next day air. All big companies will have some mistakes, its how they handle them that sets them apart from the rest and since everything has a lifetime guarantee, I'll continue to spend my money here.

I always have positive experience with FCP Euro. As a Canadian resident we do not have lots of choice here except dealer. FCP Euro provides wide variety of quality product to choose and their shipping price to Canada is reasonable. They have great customer service deal with. All in all I have been happy customer. The only thing that I can suggest as a Canadian customer is that giving Canadian customer shipping discount as they do for USA. Sometimes shipping plus custom may kill the deal.

Have been ordering all of my parts for my BMW from FCP since Sept/Oct of 2015. They have been fantastic in every single way I could imagine. They don't always ship out immediately, but that seems to be a stocking issue. Plus I only use the economy method of shipping which states up to 14 days for delivery, but since I live 2 states away I have received my order the NEXT DAY!
Customer service is outstanding, they are super willing to help with anything from an order issue to a simple query regarding fitment of a part. It's like they make no differentiation between any call from any person, everything is just as important as the last or the next.
I will never use another online supplier for Euro car parts after having found them...FCP is simply magnificent, these people are the best in the business!!!
