They offer defective replacement guarantee ... but...

They offer defective replacement guarantee ... but when my oil pan gaskets had to be replaced in less than a year ... they refused to honor their free replacement ... I submitted my receipt from original purchase & was told I d have to return the gaskets so they could see the malfunction ... now after scraping the defected gaskets off the oil pan, do you think they were returnable?? Of course not therefore FCP did not have to honor their guarantee ... therefore I will not order from them again !!!
