The warranty is no joke! There is no reason not to buy from these guys. Bought the replacement part, shipped the old one back and was payed 5 days later. Never again, will I shop anywhere else, I suggest you do the same.

I've been using FCP for a few years now, always have had very good prices and very quick shipping. One of my go to sites for parts!

What can I say? It always worked like a (good) clock. I always find what I need, the price is right, they ship quickly and it always arrives without surprises. And I am located very far, in Rio de Janeiro, Brasil.

After receiving the wrong part that was inadvertently shipped to me in error, I emailed sales and was answered very quickly and the correct part was shipped overnight. Do not hesitate to do business with FCP..you won't be disappointed!

I initially had some problems and delays with my order which I needed in a hurry because of a broken down car while on a trip, but they were able to help me get things sorted, which is great service. It was more difficult than it needed to be to get in contact with someone at the company after their relatively short business hours though, especially for people in more western time zones, so more accessible service and support channels should be available for online orders like a live chat or customer support line that has longer hours, considering their size and scope as an online retailer.

Probably the best supplier (in the US) of parts for my VOLVO-s. Excellent on-line catalogue, and they almost always have a choice of OEM/Good-brand/Cheap-brand version of the part (with the corresponding difference in the price, of course :).
Over the years I've learned to avoid the cheap-brand parts, because they really don't last, and I go with the good-brand ones now, which are still significantly cheaper than the OEMs, but are of lasting quality.

Very fast shipping (but this might be because I am in a neighbouring state)
Sales representatives are nice and competent.

The one star that I'm taking off is for the mixed-up shipment on a recent order, which did not let me complete a repair in time.

The shipping time was extremely short. The package came just in four business days. All parts were correct. Part of the parts I've already installed and fit perfect.
Also in my opinion FCP has the best quality of service for Volvo parts.

Shipping was fast and packing was secure. And, of course, the price was right! The part (AC condenser for '06 Saab 93) was the right part and, due to a small manufacturing alteration, had very little to do to put the part in place. The issue was the lower driver's side corner was about a 1/2" narrower than the original. It wouldn't fit in the plastic bracket. The bracket was modified a bit and it fit fine. Will be using FCP Euro more often if they can keep this level of service up! Thanks!

I do a lot of my own mechanic work, and finding parts for our Audi s has always been a challenge. The dealer is always expensive and auto parts chains lack quality. I have three European Cars, two Mercedes and one VW, in the last month a did some major maintenance work on the VW and 70k service on the two Mercedes, everything was available as a kit, oil change kit (with the right amount and right kind of oil, new drain plug, crush washer. filter, o-rings, everything that you might need for the change was there, same for transmission oil change, same for intake manifold change on the VW. You can be sure the part is good quality or OEM and plus life time warranty if it fails ever again you get a replacement. Prices are very reasonable compared to the a dealership or even other auto parts stores. I am confidant and comfortable buying from FCP Euro

Id like to take a second and say Brian in Customer Service was an absolute 5/5 stars to deal with! I had a wrong part ordered by mistake and he helped me locate the correct one, and get it shipped out to me asap to still make my saturday service appointment! Great site for buying genuine and oem BMW parts. They have a lifetime replacement warrenty which is a great thing for car parts. When something goes downhill with a part you purchased, you can contact them and you will get a replacement. Their customer support is very helpful with any concerns you may have.

There's a reason I prefer to purchase from FCP, pay international shipping, pay VAT, and still be satisfied with the shipping times and prices! Proper shipping notifications without delays, good prices, easy to identify products, loved the rear bushings bundle for the E46 instead of getting endless parts lists.

I've ordered a couple times from FCP euro. They offer a lot of kits to do common jobs, like vw/audi timing belts, so you don't have to piece together what you think you need. They make it easy to own high-maintenance euro cars. I will say though, if you're into aftermarket performance parts you're options here are kind of limited.

My experience was great. I would give them a 9 out of 10. The only negative was I placed my order 20 min after their deadline and it delayed my shipping by 1 day.

I recently ordered a replacement clutch kit for my BMW. The parts arrived quickly in factory sealed packaging. After opening the kit I noticed damage to one of the parts. I contacted Kyle in their customer service department and after explaining my situation he overnighted me a replacement kit so it would arrive in time for me to complete the repair over the weekend. I have made a high priced order recently, and the parts fit well. The items came in safely packaged, and without damage. I am once again happy to say that FCP Euro has done a really good job with my order and I will definitely be doing business with them again.

I drove 2 hours to get to this place to make a purchase, but they were closed due to Covid-19. Met an employee who explained this to me while I was there. Very pleasant and cordial. It was a nice drive to and from this place as well.

I've been a long time buyer from FCP. I've had the pleasure to connect with Scott when I first purchased parts for my BMW E36 from FCP over eBay. I recall reaching out out through the twitter network as I had questions to ask and his swift response to personally ensure my questions were answered was a sheer delight.

I can say that FCP is now my main source for maintenance of my car. So far I've replaced my brake rotors, brakes, control arms, suspension and usual filtration units. They have a large selection of parts online, however I am in Canada and they don't have shipping options with all import fees paid in advance - such as the UPS World Ease. Can you guys offer this option in the future, for your Canadian customers ? All other shipping companies charge us a lot of import taxes upon delivery. Thanks. They shipped the wrong parts to me and then offered to "source the right parts". I ordered the correct parts, they shipped the wrong ones. And no offer to return or replace the parts. Terrible customer service.
