I usually do not write reviews online, but FCP deserves it. My O2 sensor failed on my 08 Mini Cooper S and most mechanics in my area were charging upwards of $400 to replace. I almost went with a mechanic till a few forums and youtube videos later, I realized the repair was not worth the $400. I searched and searched for the part online... not only did I find the brand I was looking for on this site, but the price was significantly less than most sites, and its guaranteed?! I ordered it on a Thursday with standard shipping.. it showed up on Friday afternoon. I know a few more things on my MCS will start to fail and I won't use any other site.

Maintaining my older VWs, FCP Euro has come to the rescue on several occasions. They frequently have the best price (are sometimes the ONLY source available) and ALWAYS get me the right parts quickly.

Ordered rotors and brake pads from them. I ordered all parts manufactured by OEM. Very satisfied with the quality of packaging and their ability to cross reference manufacturer's part number on the invoice. All parts were delivered before promised date. By mistake I ordered two brake pad assemblies and realized that each assembly covered both right and left wheel. Had to return two sets and unlike other sellers FCP team is excellent with handling new unopened package returns. You have a loyal customer, keep up the excellent service level and quality of work.

I ordered a front and rear brake kit for my vehicle and the wrong rotors came. Yes, this is a 5 star review! I believe that customer service starts as soon as you have a problem. So, back to the wrong rotors.... It was a Sunday when we realized that the parts were wrong I emailed Scott and he emailed me back immediately and told me that someone would get back to me ASAP. First thing on Monday morning I was contacted by several people from FCP, they told me that the correct rotors had been overnighted and would be sending a shipping label for the incorrect ones at my house. I was really impressed! Thank you FCP!

They have a lifetime guarantee now, which includes consumables. (Brake pads, rotors, OIL...?) You buy a replacement, and ship the old items back, and you're refunded. So you're out the shipping for items going back. That is crazy, but shows they stand with their customers. Good to see this.

BMW owner's have to get many parts from the dealer and prices are sometimes horrendous. FCP Euro had OE parts, OEM parts and aftermarket parts for very fair prices so the buyer gets to make the choice. Shipping is also very fast. A great option for anyone with a BMW. I have found them to have better customer service, selection and pricing than BAVAuto and ESC Tuning.

I've been using FCP for years now (first started using them for my Volvo when they were FCP Groton; now for my Audi). FCP has always had great prices on a number of parts. I find it hard to beat them on prices for suspension pieces in particular, but have saved with other parts as well.

Their customer service and warranties are absolutely amazing. Last year, I bought tie rods from them (and took a couple months until I installed). When i had alignment done, Audi claimed the tie rods were seized! Ridiculous since they were new. My indy confirmed the outers were bad. FCP accepted them back for the full value, no questions asked, and provided me store credit! Plus I have had follow-on checkups from them. That's customer service!

Shipping from them is usually fast, and only takes a couple days for my location. Parts are packaged very well. More recently they have added their own line of parts. I haven't gotten to try these out yet, but they appear to be close to stock quality, and have Lifetime Warranty!

I was told about FCP Euro from members of a Facebook car group. I ve since ordered the majority of the parts I ve needed for my car from them. Everything has been delivered quickly and the experience has been good. It seems like people love FCP Euro for the replacement policy. I haven t needed to use it yet but if/when I do I ll update my review. So far I ve gotten brake pads, injectors, a MAP sensor and motor mounts for my e90.
