Needed parts for my classic 1991 Mercedes 560SEC and was very pleased every time. The prices were very reasonable and delivered in less time than forecast.

I ordered a set of reinforced rear strut mounts for my '02 BMW MCoupe, They arrived quickly, and were packaged properly.

I have not installed them yet, but with regard to the ordering and delivery process - FCP Euro did an excellent job.

I have been ordering Volvo parts from FCP Euro for years, and they are by far THE BEST European Auto Parts store I have ever dealt with, Once or twice I have tried a different company, and both times have regretted that I didn't stick with FCP. They are incomparable! Seven stars!

Excellent parts quality couples with an amazing warranty (lifetime replacement on everything), and still cheaper than the dealership. You really can't go wrong shopping here. I love the assembled repair/maintenance kits. I'd love to see that expanded upon and get different tiers of options (low, middle, high) for parts quality/pricing.

These folks have the best price on the VW505.01 oil that my car requires, and they have excellent customer service to boot! I will be a returning customer.

The way that I became a customer was purely by accident - and mainly as a way of saying thanks. They did a video on BMW maintenance on YouTube - it was so good that I felt that I needed to repay them for the courtesy that provided. I wound up getting oil and a filter kit from them. The entire thing combined with the videos made it idiot proof. Their assistance completing brake pad change was impressive as well. The items came with free shipping and a discount for the first purchase. The oil container even had a built-in spout - listen, I usually give brief reviews on companies unless they really suck - this is the exception. Its Euro parts purchased from a USA company - they are a wonderful company. Other companies could learn from FCP Euro of not only parts customer satisfaction but CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Thank you FCP!

FCP Euro is my choice for parts, in my 1988 560SL. Their OEM parts price, and service is the best around. I only wish I knew of them, when I had my 1992 300E.

I really like their quality promise and lifetime guarantee. Their prices aren't always the best, but they're competitive and that's not the most important thing to me. Accuracy is. I've ordered exactly 52 items from them and 6 of them were wrong in some way; wrong part shipped, parts missing from kits, and fitment issues where their sales people confirmed fitment prior to purchase. They have adequately addressed all problems, but customer service is spotty depending on who is handling your complaint. A 12% shipment error rate is downright frustrating while planning weekend projects. Plan for problems with 1 out of 9 items purchased and your expectations will be met.
