I recently ordered a replacement clutch kit for my BMW. The parts arrived quickly in factory sealed packaging. After opening the kit I noticed damage to one of the parts. I contacted Kyle in their customer service department and after explaining my situation he overnighted me a replacement kit so it would arrive in time for me to complete the repair over the weekend. What started as an unfortunate situation was made right through their great customer service. I will absolutely be a returning customer to FCP Euro. Thank you.
