I've been a long time buyer from FCP. I've had the pleasure to connect with Scott when I first purchased parts for my BMW E36 from FCP over eBay. I recall reaching out out through the twitter network as I had questions to ask and his swift response to personally ensure my questions were answered was a sheer delight.

I can say that FCP is now my main source for maintenance of my car. So far I've replaced my brake rotors, brakes, control arms, suspension and usual filtration units. You could say my car is powered by FCP? (it's definitely on its way). I've even recommended and ordered parts from these guys for family and friends as I trust their service and also the efficient transport of parts to my door. The parts I order are well packed and arrive in perfect condition. A credit to FCP's sales team who have a positive 'can do' attitude and can source anything from bolts to baby seats!

Watching FCP from the side and knowing few people personally internally at FCP you can feel the sense of friendship / family that exists inside FCP. Watching FCP grow over the years and listen to their fan base to bring new product lines and kits to cater to all car enthusiasts far and wide. I also enjoy their DIY videos, they've given me more confidence to tackle upgrades on my car and made me realise just how uncomplicated the process is.
