I initially had some problems and delays with my order which I needed in a hurry because of a broken down car while on a trip, but they were able to help me get things sorted, which is great service. It was more difficult than it needed to be to get in contact with someone at the company after their relatively short business hours though, especially for people in more western time zones, so more accessible service and support channels should be available for online orders like a live chat or customer support line that has longer hours, considering their size and scope as an online retailer.
