Was visiting the art exhibit event over the past weekend. It was a fun event.

Love the rooms. There is a tv embedded in the bathroom mirrors so you can watch some tv while you use the bathtub or shower or getting ready. The entertainment system takes a little figuring out but works great once you do. There are cable options in case you forgot your own at home. Pets are free to stay. They even bring a bed and treats or kibble for your little one. Hospitality is very nice. Outdoor pool and hot tub is great, although during the winter months they are a little too far way from the door to go back in.

Happened upon the pop-up pub in the front driveway. Loved the ambiance! The food selection was very limited and nothing really appealed (some truffle fries or something equally as light and delicious would have been welcome), but the drinks were amazing and the service was excellent! Such a cool idea in the middle of downtown.

Tried out the resturant, Botanist at the Fairmont Pacific Rim for dinner. Super surprised the garden decor were all real plants, the plants looked beautiful and healthy. If you're into girly drinks, I highly recommend the cocktail poetry in motion, love the little bubbles that bounces off the tough. A few dishes I would recommend are the charred octopus, hand-cut tagliatelle, and roasted wagyu zanuton. It was unfortunate that they ran out of the meyer lemon polenta cake as I had good things about it. I had the candied carrot instead and it was surprising good, best part was the carrot sorbet. It just tasted super fresh, and packed with flavor.

The water features outside are pretty nice. The location is on point.

Sat next to Harrison Ford. Ask about the 50yr old scotch. It's only $2500 a glass. Only 1 bottle in Canada. You can have the next glass. Won't say more

Went to the Botanist for breakfast with my wife. Deadpool 2 was filming in the area so it wasn't busy at all. Decor was great, lots of flora and fauna in the dining room, and the ambiance was perfect. A perfect breakfast experience, and definitely worth the price.

Rented the Coal Harbour suite and although the room was beautiful and well kept the night manager was consistently hassling us and was incredibly rude. I will never be staying here again and I will never recommend it to anyone.

Really new, nice hotel. Spacious room with All the modern technology including remote control of lights and blinds. Nice gym. Awesome lounge with really good live music most of the day. Very upscale. Friendly staff. Complimentary BMW car service throughout the downtown. What else can you ask for

Excellent. Room layout and decide perfect for working and resting .Features: small tv screen embedded in washroom mirrow, bathrobe, slippers, separate toilet room. All digital switches. Well equipped fitness and spa facilities. One of the best hotels I have been in. And staff very cortious and helpful. They opened store after hours to help me with cough drops .

Got married here, stayed in a suite, and got a couple's massage at the Willow Stream Spa. All around a fantastic experience. I would also recommend The Botanist restaurant whii has a delicious brunch.

Great hotel, great location, a super appealing modern lobby with great bar. Also the rooms are very nice, we had a wonderful view on the water. Bathrooms are huge and everything was super clean. But the best thing, and finally a hotel lives from it: the service was super friendly, very service-oriented and showed the guest that he is welcome, from the porter to the check in staff, the restaurant and the bar. An example for many other hotels!

Stayed for two nights while my sister attended a conference. While there was one issue that had been handled, it was an amazing stay.
It was freezing cold outside, but the pool was warm and hot tub hot. A little difficult at first to locate the switch to turn on the jets, but no big deal.
Was so impressed with everything included in the President's Club. I was able to enjoy some quiet time in the steam room and Hydrotherapy Shower. I also appreciated the complimentary Guest Transportation with the President's Club, which is free, within Downtown Vancouver. Got to enjoy a great conversation and a great ride in a nice BMW.
I'm on a tight budget, so I did get my meals from the Waterfront Centre food court, which is right next door. There is a great variety of choices if you need something different each time you go.
I had several wonderful conversations with employees while I stayed there. One, in particular, really sticks out for me. The Gentleman expressed to me how much he loves his job. One of the reasons why is because they genuinely care not just about the Guest Experience, which is their priority, but about each other. He is very happy where is now and where he had thought it would only be a job, he believes this could be his career.
Being someone who doesn't normally fit in one of these "trendy" places, I was so impressed how welcoming the employees were. Always checking in to see if there was anything we needed etc. It will be very hard for me to stay anywhere else now because I will always be comparing it to the Fairmont Pacific Rim.

If you're a Gold member, take advantage of the amazing lounge!

This hotel is amazing, beautiful, modern and hip! The room I had was sensational with a fantastic view of the bay. Thoroughly modern with everything in the room control by iPad!! The TV in bathroom mirror was a particularly nice touch. The value of the room was superb!

This is one of the best hotels we've stayed at. The rooms were spotless, the food was excellent, the pool a perfect temperature, and each room has an iPad from which you can operate the lights, curtains, order room service, etc. The view of the harbor and city was very scenic. The hotel also offers free taxi service around the downtown area and bikes. We look forward to going back!
