I had an amazing stay, if you go make sure you get the harbour side facing the water and mountains. Nothing like eating on the balcony and facing that view. The staff are amazing simply the best of the best I wish every company had staff as kind and thoughtful as them. I'm definitely coming back to Vancouver and I'm definitely coming back to stay at the Fairmont Pacific Rim.

Went to Bella gelateria at the Fairmont Pacific Rim. It's the best gelato place in all of Vancouver.

The best hotel in Vancouver. The lobby lounge is more happening than most other bars downtown.

Exceptional service, food and setup for hosting events. Great prefunction area outside the ballroom with good setup. A couple of things to be aware of: park at convention centre, not under the Pacific Rim unless you are ok with $55/day as a rate.

I would give this place 4 or 5 stars but the service has gone down hill. If you're white and ooze money from your pores then you'll get the attention. Believe me if we didn't have money we wouldn't have gone here for drinks. We had to wait for the menu to arrive. Anyways the decor and ambiance are still good. I wish they work on their hospitality.

A great hotel for sure. The food was fantastic, the service honestly deserves a 1000/10. It was that good. Room was clean and spacious. It s definitely worth the money. In our particular case, and this has nothing to do with the hotel, there was some company jackhammering every morning at 6:30am for an hour. BOO! I also didn t love the light in the room. There were iPads and clocks that projected light into the room all night. Apart from that it was great.

Best Sushi at the Raw bar that I had ever tasted in the city

We stopped though on our way to eat at the Botanist. The lobby is beautiful and the display of antique ball gowns was a nice touch. We stayed down the block at the Fairmont Waterfront but I feel the amenities here we're a little more detail oriented. The relaxed atmosphere made for a great lounge area in anticipation of our meal.

The Fairmont Pacific Rim provides the most luxurious experience among most hotels in Vancouver. I was there for a professional conference and it definitely delivered a high-end feel to the experience.

I can't say enough of how great your hotel is. The people are the most helpful and friendly employees I have ever encountered. The rooms are impeccable.

The room was beautifully appointed, with a lovely view and crisp linens. The lobby Bar had wonderful cocktails, served by friendly and helpful bartenders.

They revamped the restaurant there and the food was pretty good. We had the sable fish and lamb and both were cooked perfectly. The cocktails are definitely a must get!

Giovane coffee bar has good coffee and ambiance. Great for light meetings .

Superb view and awesome services. Every staff we dealt with was very nice and professional. Room is very clean and has state of art technology. Loved every minute of our stay!

We enjoyed some holiday cocktails in the lounge while a piano player played Christmas songs. The spiked egg nog was delicious.

Close to waterfront and burrard station so quite convenient

I love the bar and lounge at the Pacific Rim. They had live music even on a Monday night! The service is superior and the atmosphere is sublime.

The service was good. But...
I found that: the menu was limited and incomplete - more of a sushi place rather than a raw bar; the space is cold - attempt to mimic Toronto Shangri La lobby lounge is a big miss.

Location and views are unbeatable as well as the free to borrow BMW cycles. The lobby is jumping with live music every evening.

Wow. The best hotel I have ever been to in Vancouver. I have stayed here numerous times for a Stay Vacation. The spa and staff are tentative to your every need. They hot tub and swimming pool have wonderful views. I suggest staying in a room with a view of the breathtaking mountains.

The best! Impeccable service, with friendly staff who go above and beyond. The rooms are beautiful with amazing views. Super dog friendly, my pup had a great time. :) And the vinyl collection in the suite was an unexpected bonus. Can't wait until next time!

I was welcomed to the hotel by the amazing bell staff and my keys were already waiting for me. I had a great room and had a tasty selection of chocolates.
The room staff was superb as well.
