Fairmont Pacific Rim Review

Was working in one of the apartments. Views were stunning

Extremely good customer service and beautiful rooms/room design.

Went to the lobby bar for an incredible experience. Our waitress had an amazing depth of knowledge for Scotch and Bourbon.

Perfect downtown location. Great service and well equipped gym with free fruits. Smart room with wireless charging speaker, smart curtains, lights and mirror TV in bathroom. Free 2 hours of bike rental available for non e-bike. It was a nice BMW bicycle perfect for the waterfront. Umbrella available in room for the rain in Vancouver. Nespresso coffee available in room. Tea bags selection were great for tea lovers.

Absolutely awful customer service. They will discriminate against someone who doesn t look rich enough to stay in their rooms, regardless if you ve already paid or not. Save yourself the embarrassment and shame. Newsflash Fairmont Pacific Rim: nobody would spend their hard earned money just to stay in one of your rooms and damage or destroy it. Check your ego.

The cafe is good too! Great location for downtown, stylish hotel, as you'd expect.

Japan unlayered was a great exhibition in its ambition and scope.

Nice little spot for meetings and good food. No overly loud and service is excellent.

Great hotel for events but don't stay here. Noise from the skytrains will wake you early in the morning. The sound comes from a vent at the corner of Burrard and W. Cordova.

Good location, nice food, the operation hours vary, and the menu items are not always available and may changed from time to time unfortunately

The Fairmont lives up to its reputation with respect to the well-appointed rooms and facilities.It is well-located located to do pretty much anything that one visiting downtown Vancouver would want to do. It's walking distance to the trendy West End and its shopping center First of all, this hotel is beautiful. Outside and inside, it is just gorgeous. The staff are friendly, courteous, and extremely professional. I've never stayed at a hotel that actually made me feel so welcome before. I loved it!& Stanley Park.

It was a very busy evening in the area and difficult to get around due to a TV Show Filming, at no fault to the building/business. Otherwise it was great to be there.

Beautiful luxurious hotel, which speaks for itself, but what truly makes this hotel extraordinary are the kind, courteous, and hard working staff. The staff go above and beyond from valet service to room service.

The decor and service was exceptional. I would highly recommend hosting future events here

This is the place my wife decided to divorce me and take the kids but it had great room service and don t even get me started in the pool I loved it!!!

Amazing service team and facilities. Gym, patio pool was a beautiful open space that is well maintained. Lobby bar / restaurant was excellent but a bit pricey. Cant beat the location if your attending a convention. Concierge and valet staff were great last year they took great care of us including complimentary driver service in thier Fairmont series BMW to and from a great restaurant they reccomend. Small touches that make the stay memorable.

Attended the wedding of a friend's daughter at the function ballroom which on the second floor. It's a three course meal, the food was prepared very well, well presented. The service was attentive. We enjoyed the night.

Great place to meet people in the evening for a drink...

This was our 1st time at the Pacific Rim location. Once again, Fairmont astounds us with their impeccable service from valet, check in and the rooms. We were on the 10th floor with an overview of the pool. Room was all prepped with their turn down service...water, ice, dimmed lighting and music. The bathroom was well stocked with everything and then some. Beds were comfortable and the night was so quiet. The lounge I was surprised to see a live performance in the evening on a Thurs evening, nevermind the piano player Fri morning!! Love love love!!!!

The most outstanding service we've had at any hotel. Personalized and fast. We enjoyed the text to concierge service. Recommend the presidents club so that they have all of your personal preferences on file.

I tried to pay a bill instead of a friend.... When I motioned to the dazed bartender, he nodded but continued to take his money... I then got his attention once more and re-motioned him to take my money, dazed again. One minute later a "manager" came and said if we don't leave they would call the police.... What is going on here? I had to leave at least one star , but if I could, I would leave an X . The place is boring anyways. Stale

Ate at the botanist. Pretty good food. Beautiful decor.

Came here for our graduation ball. Beautiful venue. Food was delicious but portions were somewhat small. Overall, good experience!

Lives up to the price. I highly recommend one of the suites with the giant bath rub overlooking the north shore mountains. Staff is friendly and helpful. Amenities are awesome. Rooms are clean and spacious. Bar always has great live music, and delicious cocktails.

Awesome hotel with rooms that are quiet, comfortable and meticulously maintained. All the staff were so nice and accomodating. The amenities are well thought out and the harbor view is beautiful.

Went there for the Japanese Art event. Service was great and welcoming. The art pieces were organized neatly which showcased the management of Fairmont Pacific Rim

Fantastic hotel. Really quiet and comfortable with spectacular views of the harbour and mountains right on the edge of Stanley Park. Highly recommended.

Went to the Botanical Restaurant at the Fairmont Pacific Rim and loved the food, service, decor and atmosphere. They had a live band playing and the food was absolutely delicious and beautifully plated. I highly recommend to try the scallops appitizer and wagyu beef entree and finish off with either the beet cake or the strawberries with mint ice cream.

We love the wine, which came with nuts and olives. We do NOT like that they changed the location of the live bands. Before one felt engaged with the bands, being close to the bands, but now it's not longer an intimate feeling :(

worth 5 star property. staff were professional and knowledgable. the room is clean, new, spacious and it has very nice interiror. the pool was my favorite- heated, outdoor and you can just chill there whole day during summer. a place to go with your loved ones
