Very pleasant stay. Delicious breakfast. Very nice room (we had "suite 1", which has two rooms plus nice bathroom). Friendly, casual hosts. There was some road noise until fairly late, but it didn't keep us awake. Restaurants are 10-25 minutes drive, depending on what you're looking for, and there's a little store a few minutes walk.

New hotel, and awesome ballrooms for our event and great food. Rooms are clean and modern, the scents in the lobby I didn't like too much but it was all in package really well like a Fairmont should be. They have great service and bikes available for visitors. If location is close to the cruise terminal, Harbour air terminal, skytrain or Canada line. Lots of food choices nearby as well.

Excellent hotel with a great view of Vancouver and the ocean. The service was amazing and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The hotel was in walking distance to everything we needed and very centralized location. We also really enjoyed the restaurant downstairs for breakfast.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel recently for our 8th anniversary. We booked a spa package with the stay and had a wonderful time. The spa receptionist asked how our day was and what we plan on doing after... we told her we might go to Oru for dinner and we're here to celebrate our anniversary. Thinking nothing of this small conversation we went to drop things off in our room before going to Oru only to find a table for two was already saved for us under our name! We had told no one else, so we figure the spa receptionist must've made the arrangements and informed the hotel restaurant. They made a casual conversation into a surprise for us. That is why we love this hotel.

Attended Japanese Unlayered, and was underwhelmed by the much-hyped development showcase and retail event. Wish there was more to see - especially the beautiful items from Beams (housed along one tiny wall of the compact Giovane Cafe).

Not happy at all , my wife and I booked a Romantic night out at the Hotel under their romance package, things started out well the room was very nice the problems we had were with the fact the room they gave us was on a lower floor and it was a Saturday night and the outside noise was stupid loud , there was absolutely no soundproofing not only was it not a Romantic night neither my wife or I got any sleep at all let alone the intended Romantic get away. So after a long night with zero sleep I spoke to a woman by the name of Sara Hawileh guest relations manager who was completely un sympathetic and told me " well it was a Saturday night " and did not offer in any way shape or form to try to make the situation right at all ,basically to bad so sad. Now I have stayed at a lot of Fairmont hotels mostly in Fairmont Gold and this is by far the absolute worst experience I have ever had in my life. When you pay over a thousand dollars for a Romantic get away with your spouse for one night you should at least be able to enjoy yourself, than to be offered absolutely nothing from the so called Guest Relations Manager is absolutely appalling. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE STAY AT THIS HOTEL UNLESS YOU WANT A BAD EXPERIENCE AND TO BE TREATED WITH TOTAL DISRESPECT BY THE STAFF .

They should write a book on customer service. Every team member delivers an empathetic and authentic approach to their service. From shuttle service to the water in the room, no stone is left unturned. Great experience.

Amazing place. It was quite the experience, my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were warm and very welcoming, and always happy to answer our questions. Would recommend to anyone wanting the Bruce Wayne experience, then look no further, the Fairmont Pacific Rim is your go to place.

Went to the Botanist Bar to have some of their newly released festive cocktails. My favourite was their Hot Buttered Rum. Hot, with a wonderful spiced aroma, and just really easy to drink. Perfect for these cold winter days! The bartenders at Botanist are always a pleasure and one of my key reasons for returning here. Friendly, extremely knowledgeable about what they do, and always full of conversation. They're able to have engaging conversation while still giving attention to all of the patrons, which isn't an easy feat! Definitely check out the Festive cocktails they have going on right now!

I like this hotel because it is modern. The views of the water from the rooms are worth the extra money. The spa is first class, and the food delicious. It's a Fairmont property and it will exceed your expectations.

I wish the air quality of Vancouver wasn't so terrible when I was there. I hope the wildfires can be tamed once autumn rolls around. Otherwise, great location. Easy access to transit. Good views of water.
