Started out not too well as the initial service consultant could not have been less helpful, BUT......Jessica helped to get me scheduled properly, Nick from AutoRent helped me with transport and Eric DeFalco provided superior customer service, insuring I was kept informed on the progress of my service, asking if there was anything else he could do for me and finally letting me know as soon as my car was ready and explain all that was done with my car. Thanks!

I went to Tasca with my mom to look around for a car lease as she was in the market for a new car and the salesman Mike Yang helped us out a ton and made the whole process super easy. He made sure we knew all of our car options and made sure we liked the car we were getting into and also he was very respectful of our budget which i appreciate. He took time to make sure we understood everything in the process and went out of his way to find the right car for my mom, Mike even followed up a few days after to make sure we were completely satisfied with the car! spectacular service, I wouldn't mind doing business with him again.

Giuseppe is the man you want helping you if you are looking for a new car! Simply put.... he cares, genuinely! He is purely interested in YOU and what YOU are comfortable with. Very relaxing, friendly, easy to speak with and doesn't make you feel any pressure whatsoever! He wants you to feel comfortable with what you want which I can personally say is rare when it comes to buying a vehicle. I am not big on reviews but I must say.... best experience I have ever had at a dealership and I will be back when the next purchase is ready to be made, thank you Giuseppe!!!

Tasca is the most amazing place ALL around, customer service, energy, cleanliness, from buying new, certified even the service experience is the most pleasurable of any dealership I've ever patronized.

I got an oil change, all point inspection, lunch , a cookie, cawfeeee and a chair massage while settling in the most wonderful, serene and hospitable waiting area larger and more comfortable than most peoples home. Serious.

Oh by the way you may have the pleasure of seeing and being greeted by Mr. T himself which I have, 1 time while exploring the beautiful Tasca recognition letters, racing history and facility. This clearly shows the care and love for what the Tasca family has been blessed with by being hands on and all around, The Tasca experience is ABSOLUTELY wonderful.

I just purchased my first car from Tasca, a 2011 Nissan Maxima! I had gone to many dealerships, looking for a very specific model, color, interior color, ect. I m very picky! Tasca not only had my perfect car but had outstanding customer service, which made the car buying process even easier. Anthony Castergini was a pleasure to work with. He made the process very simple and I felt completely comfortable with my decision. I did not feel pressured at all, as I did with many other salesmen at other dealerships. Just a day after taking my car home, Anthony called to ensure everything was going well with the car and that I was satisfied. I can say I m absolutely satisfied and will definitely be recommending Tasca to family and friends in the future!

I am more than happy to share my experience with everyone about my recent visit to Tasca Ford to get my tire replaced. I don't think I've ever received such amazing customer service in my life! Friendliness goes a LONG way with me. These guys were so nice, informative, funny, and accommodating. I was dreading being without my vehicle for the day but they arranged a ride for me and while I was gone they discovered a few other issues with the vehicle that they called me about and took care of. I was impressed that they didn't just fix what I came in for and actually took the time to look at all of the tires, discovering I had a bubble in one of the others. That makes me feel safe in my vehicle. When I came back for it we all had great conversation while I waited for my wheel and tire coverage company to submit the payment and they even called to speed up the process to get me out of there sooner. While I waited I observed them being kind and patient with all the other customers who came in. They were always smiling and truly made an inconvenient but necessary process a better one! Thank you guys so much!

We bought a Mazda 3 2 years ago and spent most of the day getting through the process which was fine. My issue was the survey they sent after. My husband filled it out and was contacted by the salesman as to why he didn't give him 10's on everything. Said his bonus was dependent on those surveys. First of all no one will get perfect on everything and second how dare you call a customer and put him on the spot!! So unprofessional. So today my husband, who doesn't like to make waves, goes back to talk to someone about trading in his car for another vehicle. Lo and behold he gets the same salesman! Needless to say he basically blew him off didn't want to work any deal and told him to go to Carmax. How people give this company 5 stars is beyond me.

I've been buying my cars from the Tasca family before this beautiful building existed. My 2nd car was purchased at their Seekonk, Ma location. Dave Tasca is my favorite. He is the kindest man I've ever met. I bought my 2nd car Mercury Sable from Lou Valentino. 3 years later I returned to Lou in Cranston for my 3d car. Lincoln LS. Lou was very dear to my heart. He passed away after serving 40 years with Tasca. I miss him terribly. He sold me my final car just 2 years before his passing. I went for the gorgeous 2017 Lincoln MKZ. White. Great car. Excellent dealership, family orientated, hard working and will go above & beyond to get you the best affordable deal for your budget. I won't buy from anyone else. Rip my friend. You are deeply missed.

From the moment I began the buying process right up to the finish this was very relaxed, pleasureable experience. Eric Lima was helpful, informative and most of all friendly. He allowed us to move at our pace and never made us feel pressured. Since the papers have been signed he has continued to provide a high level of customer service; addressing and taking care of any and all issues I find. I most certainly will be calling Eric when it's time to purchase my next vehicle.

Tasca is very impressive with their service. Everyone is on point, does their job and is extremely helpful. John in service explained the services fully to me and how different parts works and why so that I completed understood the process about my 2015 Mazda SUV. I was very comfortable there during my 2 hr. wait and they also give you a free lunch! The dealership is clean and everyone is looking sharp.

I could not have asked for better service! From sales to finance, and everyone else I had the pleasure of meeting. Bayo was my salesman, he is a genuine great guy, always talked to me not at me, always greeted me with a smile. Any questions we had about the vehicle he answered with no hesitation and there was no pressure on any vehicle I looked at, Steve Lawrence sat with us and explained all of my options, he left no questions unanswered even if I didnt ask. Rob in finance made the signing very easy and I was able to sign and felt very comfortable at the end. Today I am a very happy owner of my new vehicle. Thank you to the Tasca team :)

Best place to buy a car,they are amazing, no one beats taska, But when it comes to servicing your car,they know nothing. Taska service department called me 3 times to confirm my appointment, drove 1 hr to get to taska,and the fat service girl had no information on my car,she sent me to another fat girl around corner, what a waste of a Saturday most likely not getting car serviced there ever, But on a good note seen my man, Definitely gonna buy another car from Taska, Hopefully they work their magic like always.Stay away from service center so not worth it.

Tasca never fails to underwhelm. I was told on iPhone they don't take appointments only to show up and be told I should have made an appointment. I should have never done business after having a tough time purchasing to begin with. I have never had an experience where I have been satisfied on their first or sometimes second try.

Tasca ford was great selling me a truck. After that I felt like a no body. Got into an accident went to their collision center to have work done took a month to get in. Was promised my truck would be done on a certain day, got it back a week later. Completely hacked didn't fix some of the damaged parts just a quick spit shine. Not happy at all I'll never recommend any one going here after my experience.

Great to deal with, and pretty straight forward. They tried giving me 3500 off of a new f150 in rebates and such, and the final price I was told was 31000 AFTER taxes tags and title. They come back and then tell me it'll be 439 monthly for 82 months. They ran me for approval, because I didn't catch on, and I wasn't approved but now I am glad. I was almost swindled largely. The price they ran was actually the one with taxes, tags, and title, unlike the one they told me and had said already included the above mentioned. Be very cautious in purchasing and this whole "includes taxes, tags, and title swindle". They almost got me for 100 more a month than what the loan could've been. This would be fine if I wasn't told that the prices they gave me were with it included, but they only included taxes, tags, and titling in the monthly cost and wouldn't show me what the price would be straight up. You've been warned.

Came from out of state. Never had a better experience at a car delarship. It is very large and they treat you with respect. I head the pleasure of dealing with Lou who treated me as he would a guest as his own home. I was offered really good food and was told a lot about the history of the dealership which I appreciated. Most of all I really enjoyed the no BS that you get from other car dealerships. They tell u right up front what prices are gonna be and work with u to get you the best deal. If you are looking for a car, make sure you stop by here. They make you feel like one of the family.

I purchased a new Ranger from Tasca Ford in Cranston. The sales person i dealt with, Bayo Dina, is without a doubt the best car salesman, and possibly the best sales person I have ever dealt with. He made me feel comfortable from the very beginning of my visit and throughout the entire process. He was able to answer any question I had and went above and beyond in explaining all of the issues associated with the new vehicle. He also searched out and informed me of any incentive programs that were offered by Ford and applied them to my purchase. He helped me explore and compare my different options in regards to lease, purchase, and trade-in and guided my to figure out what was the best option for me. When I did buy my new Ranger he helped me set it up with all of the electronic options and phone Apps that are available. If you are thinking about buying a Ford he is the person to see.

Great experience. The mechanics did a thorough check on my car and explained what needed to be done and what could wait until the next visit. All work was done perfectly and in a very reasonable time frame. Car was clean inside and out when they were finished. They kept me informed throughout the whole process. It's well worth coming here to get the job done right the first time.

I would like to give two thumbs up to the service advisor Eric DeFalco at Cranston. Very knowledgeable, helpful, extremely accommodating. Great guy to deal with. This is one of the reasons why I continue going to tasca Ford anything my truck needs.I always know I'm getting the best deal because of the price match and I keeps me reassured. The reason I give them two stars is because they don't give u all the information when u buy the extended warranty or the gap insurance I trade in my old mustang which I had gap insurance they never told me I could get a refund on that instead they sold me a nother one to my new mustang and extended warranty . Also they never said that I could get a refund on that also I found out about it when I went to a another dealer so make sure to ask all the right question when u buy from them ...

Tasca always does a great job with customer service. I needed new brake pads and some rotor work. John Stone told me what was needed to solve the shaky feeling when I stepped on the brakes, he gave me the price and how long it would take to perform the maintenance. He even offered a voucher for a free sandwich while I waited for my vehicle. Plus they always wash your vehicle after the work is completed. It s very comfortable dealing with professionals like John.

I have to admit that I do love my Lincoln MKZ with one exception that has nothing to do with customer service. The car rides too low and because the front is only a few inches from the ground, it constantly gets nicked/scratched by potholes and curbings. Its a beautiful car inside and out but you could go broke trying to keep the body looking perfect! Would I buy another one? Heck yes!!!! I m a glutton for punishment and for comfort.

I leased my second vehicle from Tasca Mazda this past Saturday. My experience was outstanding. Bernie Spann is fantastic and made it all happen! Our salesman Greg Rimay did a super job explaining the different models we test drove. AL Hubberman did the financing and it was his first day...let me just say it was the most pleasant experience my husband and I have ever had in a car dealership finance office EVER!! He was terrific! I absolutely love my new CX-9! Thank you all!

Truck has been back 4 times for the same issue and...

Truck has been back 4 times for the same issue and it s still not fixed . Every time they tell me nothing is wrong until I insist and then they look further and find something is . Replaced both turbos after I was told truck was fine . Brought it in for the truck being loud and smoking and picked it up still doing the same thing and walked back in with this video yesterday and the truck stayed for the weekend . now I driving a smaller rental truck with 3 kids in the back seat and I cant get my yard work done. the truck was here for a full week before I went to pick it up yesterday. Spoke with the sale manager today who is a great guy but told me he can t get me out of the truck with out ford doing something or me . People wise the service managers and the people at the desk are great but the truck is still not fixed . Contacted ford via web site and customer service but they don t seem to interested in helping either . First and might be last ford after this experience. Very disappointed always heard good things about Tasca . Might be heading back to Paul Massie Chevrolet when this lease is up for another Silverado

The dealership slogan is "You will be satisfied", ...

The dealership slogan is "You will be satisfied", however they sold me a vehicle that won't pass my state's inspection. In addition, I brought a warranty from them that was promised to be "bumper to bumper", but another lie. Now I have a vehicle that won't pass inspection and have to pay over $800.00 to repair. When telling my salesman he did text me a "sad face". Don't do business with theses guys. They will not live up to their slogan. They are why people don't trust car dealerships.
