Great hotel with awesome view. Bit of a mismoner that there is a rooftop pool since its on the 6th floor terrace and the building goes much high than that, hotel up to the 22nd floor. Free workout clothes is a nice touch for President's club.

Amazing Sunday brunch for only $38. Fresh fruit, made to order omelettes, flank steak, cured meats and cheeses, etc. Highly recommended for your trip to Vancouver.

This was a great place to stay! The hotel is top-notch; our rooms were clean and nicely appointed--there's a tv in the bathroom mirror! Staff are warm and welcoming from the moment you drive up, until you drive away. The bed was uber comfortable and we had a great view of the water. We had other family members with us, and we all enjoyed unwinding at the end of the day in the lobby lounge, enjoying live music. Breakfast was included with the package we had, it was eclectic and we enjoyed something different every morning. The last morning we had room service; they set up a table in our room so we could dine "properly." We definitely want to go back to Vancouver and wouldn't stay anywhere else--except maybe another Fairmont?

Stopped by for a small bite in their restaurant. Ambience and decor are beautiful with a live pianist, sushi bar, and nonstop James Bond movies on the big screen. Is it expensive? Yes. Is it nice? Yes. Would I go again? No. Despite my 4 stars it really isn't something I would need to visit again unless for a social event. There are equally chic scenic places in town (albeit not by Waterfront) but the view really isn't anything spectacular. If you want to possibly catch a glimpse of a visiting professional athlete or actor, or BE seen then by all means hang out in the bar. Otherwise you won't be missing much.

One of the best experiences I've had at a hotel. Quality of materials used in construction leaves one awestruck. The views are beautiful, noise is lower than expected from the balconies, service is excellent, and their Internet is better than most other hotels in the area. Well worth the money.
The location is very luxurious and clean! The bathrooms were spacious and private with actual hand towels provided. Giovane is also a must visit for delectable treats such as beautiful mirror glazed cakes.

Love the ambiance, great live music, really enjoyable experience.. Only issue is some of the seating is terrible...too tight and you get 10 people crammed around your table.. And people bump into you or your table, spill drinks all over... Just not good.. If you get a good seat you'll love the experience

Very nice experience overall. All of the staff were very courteous and helpful. The housekeeping went "above and beyond" in tidying up the room - more that I've experience in many hotels around the world.
We had an absolutely amazing stay for our anniversary. We were treated by truly happy staff members at every turn with surprises greeting us as well. The room we reserved lived up to it's expectations and had an amazing view. We plan on future stays when we visit Vancouver.
I stayed in an absolutely beautiful room. The staff are so friendly and my room gets tidied up multiple times a day. Perfect view out of the windows. I'd say this is the best hotel in Vancouver.

We went to The Lobby Lounge at the Fairmont Pacific Rim on a snowy evening for some snacks and hot drinks. The decor was beautiful and cozy from the moment we walked in. We ordered a matcha latte, a coffee, and a $20 California roll with real crab, recommended by a friend. It was small but you can really taste the quality, including the rice, which we were quite impressed by. We had to go early so we missed the nightly live music. We re looking forward to coming back here soon.
Was there to get a massage at Willow Spa. Amenties were amazing. Staff were friendly, hospitable and very helpful. Overall, the experience was fantastic and I would highly recommend it and would go back myself in the future.

My friend and I had dessert and drinks after dinner here. The drinks we picked were the non-alcoholic special drinks and they were amazing! The dessert menu could use work... there were only 3 to choose from.. Server was attentive.

Hotel room is gorgeous. Great view, great features like automated drapes and I pad controlled lighting system. One big gripe is the expensive yet very slow Internet. I paid nearly 600 bucks per night and paid and slow internet? Gimme a break!

From pulling up to the door, we felt welcomed and appreciated by everyone! They are pet friendly and so our little ghost was able to enjoy all the hotel had to offer as well. Not only that but a pet bed and food and water bowls were in the room already! Check in was smooth and flawless, and every interaction was on point. We ordered in room dining for dinner and it was fantastic, I highly recommend the mushroom pizza! In the morning we enjoyed the brunch punch, which was super filling, delicious, and the drinks were outstanding! You can sit at the bar in the Botanist restaurant and have a cocktail experience, which derives cocktails from the elements! If you're going to stay anywhere in Vancouver it has to be here!

The most important feature in a hotel room for me is the bed. And I wish the bed & linens were as high quality as the rest of the hotel.
Both nights I stayed I ended up sleeping on the floor. The bed is squishy with no support and the pillows are little more then disguised tissue paper.
We stayed at 4 different Fairmont properties in one week while travelling Canada, and this was by far the best one.
Underground parking is a nice touch (although very expensive)

We were there for a wedding and the wedding itself was great!! The food and location was amazing, but the service was very lack lustre. It was a buffet style dinner but there were very few servers and no one around to clear our plates until we were already finished dinner and eating dessert. Water and wine was not regularly refilled, not even once during our whole meal. During dessert, we waited and waited but the wait staff never made it to our table for coffee and tea, and there was no waiter around for us to ask for coffee and tea. The wedding was amazing and went off without a hitch along with great food and bartenders, but the wait staff was truly not present.
