Everything about our stay was terrific from the moment we walked in. The room, the view, the exceptional service, the Champagne Room, the dining options - everything was fantastic!

ITS FUNNY BECAUSE LAST YEAR I LEFT A GOOD REVIEW..BUT IM EDITING MY REVIEW RIGHT NOW BECAUSE I JUST EXPERIENCED THE WORST SERVICE AT THIS HOTEL!!! FRONT DESK SAFF MS.HUNTER & SECURITY MR.SCOTT!! BANNDED ME FROM THIS HOTEL. SIMPLY BECAUSE THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL DISGUSTING PEOPLE!!
I called reservations & I book a room I was told I can do a 500$ cash deposit & previously when I stayed manager let me pay 300$ deposit. But when I showed up ms. Hunter was being very rude & told me they can t do 300$ this time! I m already frustrated because my credit card wasn t working. So being said that they are suppose to do what they can especially if I was told one thing on the phone & another at front desk. Long story short I tell her no problem I ll pay 500$ cash deposit. So because she wasn t expecting me to pay the 500$ cash deposit because I wanted to do 300$ she says you know what I m going to go ahead & cancel your reservation I won t be letting you check in. With no explanation she calls security mr. Scott & he pushes me & says your banned & never to come back here while laughing . Me & my friend we re so upset & couldn t believe the disrespect & hate coming from this well known hotel. I stay here every time I m in Vancouver. So because mr.hunter simply didn t want to accpect me or because she s racist I am now banned I will call everyday to complain about this. & i will never stay or tell anyone to stay at this disrespectful hotel with poor judgement of people. I did nothing wrong but try to pay for my room . So I will make sure she s reminded everyday how awful she is to treat people the way she does.
