We had been trying to get one of the rooms with a soaker tub for awhile and finally had the chance. It was an amazing room in an amazing hotel. All the staff was super helpful, room service food was exquisite, and I could have sat in that bathtub for days.

It was good, not great, cool modern rooms, mostly friendly and accommodating staff, breakfast not included. ..really? And the lobby is run like a restaurant at night, you have to be seated, I was rudely told by one of the hostesses to go wait in line, manners ey

Great hotel. If you want to be really picky, marble in the bathroom is not heated and the water is a bit hard to adjust to the desired temperature, but everything else is great.

They have great entertainment in the lobby.

Not only the finest of all hotels in the lower mainland, but also my personal favourite Fairmont in the area. This is a contemporary hotel from the Extensive and active lobby to the rooftop pool, and every room in between. If you re in Vancouver to appreciate the ocean, or the mountain views, or to have access to the heart of the city this is simply the place to be. The views cannot be surpassed by any hotel in the Region, and the service is the same.

The hotel itself is beautiful, and all of the staff we encountered were professional and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. As it was our wedding night we were treated to some sparkling wine which was so special for us, and unexpected. We stayed in the Japanese Ofuru King room and the views were incredible! Well worth the small splurge to stay there one night. We just want to say thank you again for everyone who continues to work not only in this hotel, but in all hospitality-related businesses at this difficult time. We really appreciate your time and efforts in making our stay memorable!

Stayed at the hotel for a conference. The location was beautiful- stunning views of the mountains and waterway. An easy walk to fantastic restaurants and bars, plus an underground tunnel walkway to and from the conference center. Also convenient for heading out on tourist trips to nearby attractions like the Capilano Suspension Bridge.

The lounge is amazing for a night out with the girls, a romantic hot chocolate by the fireplace or just listening to their great selection of live music and artists. The staff is always so polite and caring. On the more expensive side but the place and atmosphere are unique in vancouver and worth it. Really like their restaurant, Botanist, as well.

Lovely facility with fantastic views and friendly staff. Although our stay didn't start out as planned, management was able to find a solution that met our expectations. Thank you for listening to our request!

Our stay here was amazing. The customer service blew us both away. We were celebrating our wedding night and we had a lovely bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries in our room upon arrival. We also had a card each night from the hotel staff. Highly recommend upgrading to the room with the Japanese soaked tub, definitely worth it. If you like nachos I recommend trying the nachos from room service or the ones in the lobby bar. They are so good!

Sat up at the upstairs bar - the bartenders and staff were phenomenal. The drink was exceptional, their knowledge of different brands and types was impeccable and the conversation was lively. Will definitely make it a regular occurrence in Vancouver.

Best hotel I've ever stayed at. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. The door man remembers my name and keep in mind I only met him once and since then he refers to me as Ms. Tan everytime I come in. I never have to open the front door. The doorman always open it for me. They have complimentary luxury cars that drives me to restaurants, free shuttle that drives to Grouse mountain and Capilano bridge, complimentary bike that I can use to go to Stanley Park, and car rentals....It was raining when I was there so they provided me a complimentary umbrella that I could use for the day. They always make my room and turns on a relaxing music by the time I come back to my room to sleep. When I checked in, the lady who checked me in was so helpful and explaining how I can get around to the places I want to visit. Overall its a great experience! I highly recommend everyone to stay here.

The ambiance as soon as you enter is remarkable, a couple friends and I stepped in to park our car and stayed for a drink at the bar since they had a live singer/pianist. Very great service at the bar, it immediately given waters and some amazing spiced popcorn as we ordered our drinks. Pricey but worth the service and ambiance.

Can't complain about this place, you can tell the staff is on a mission to provide an excellent service and experience. Cocktails at the bar were fantastic, the sushi is not as good as it should be, lots of room for improvement here.

One of the WORST luxury hotel I have ever stayed in! Absolutely rubbish compared to hotels like Ritz Carlton, Mandarian Oriental, Four Season etc.

Charge you for wifi on top of $500 room fee per night.

Did not ring us on the check out date to advise time, instead, they charged us half a day room fee.

ABSOLUTELY RIP OFF!

The customer service is not that good, sometime they are rude and despicable, some other they really care about you. They had great expositions of cars, not long time ago they had two mclarens, two ferraries and 4 lambos. So good so far

Was at the Fairmont for a Christmas party. It was fantastic!! The buffet was outstanding and the staff was so courteous, professional and fun. The ballroom was gorgeous and the lounge downstairs is quite classy. The place was immaculate and the restrooms were so well kept. We had so much fun and the location right at Coal Harbour, such a great area to go for a walk. Seawall, Jack Pool park and Canada Place all glorious places to visit and sight see. This beautiful city of Vancouver

I've stayed at the Pacific Rim a couple of times now, and at various Fairmont locations several times. Each time, the Fairmont. Has provided my family and I excellent service. Rooms are immaculate and comfortable, staff are accommodating, and it's pet friendly!
