Customer service is outstanding. Service Reps are personable, they take their time to go over the work that was performed. While you wait, customers have access to free WiFi, snacks, coffee, tea and water. I would recommend this location anytime. See Todd

The service department employees are wonderful and know what they are talking about and are very good at explaining it to customers, so that we know what is going on. I would not bring either of our vechiles anywhere else.

Brought my vehicle in for the same thing at least ...

Brought my vehicle in for the same thing at least 9 times. They documented only 4 times. The reason was about blinkers not working and not working properly when on and doors showing open and opening and closing on there own. Their customer service support Trevor Clay made it clear they did not have to recall the vehicle once it is fixed. So after this song and dance went on for some time, I realized as their mechanics told me it is ok, its under warranty. They are going to let me run out this warranty out fixing it every month or two until warranty runs out and then, you guessed it. No I will not. Big time safety issues; now hard pressed to get a recall going with such lazy and neglectful regulations as to what is kept on their books. Just because it did not go up on a lift. This is not about a chip of paint or an engine concern. This I my 3 and 4 year old children's doors as we drive down the road opening or showing they are, concern. I have gotten a lawyer, called the BBB, and the state attorney general office. Perhaps, now it will now become your concern. As of 06/24/18 I want everyone to know how KIA corporate handles safety issues. They DON'T. Corporate will request to "fix it" until warranty runs out. Currently I am requesting 1 million dollar fine against Executive KIA for not accounting for my vehicle coming into the shop for safety repairs and will provide my own data as a record. For Mr. Trevor Clay I will ask for jail time as he personally had the authority to initiate a recall or buy back and stated. "We do not have to recall anything now that it is fixed." After KIAs 9th attempt which has clearly failed.I'm requesting a fine against KIA for no less than 500 million to be awarded to CT Transportation Department. I will request a 900 million dollar fine and a federal investigation as I feel that with such gross lack of accountability that KIA is knowingly trying to hide evidence for the multiple time my vehicle has been in your shop. So I will also request the Judge to have KIA release all records and phone recordings pertaining to any workers who have hand hands on this vehicle. My vehicle has been in the shop I KNOW at minimal 9 times and I'm sure your people don't work for free.
At this point if you buy a KIA then your a fool, don't be the sucker who they say is born every minute.

I was very pleased with Mike Porrecca and the other staff that helped us buy our car(The one star rating is not for Mike, he gets all 5s!). I called Jackie and hours later they moved the car I wanted from another store for me to look at. I bought it the next day. Everything went well until the general manager (his name escapes me at the moment) came to speak with us. We were concerned about the cars transmission and possible oil leak. We are not mechanics but noticed that they might potentially be a problem. He was quite abrupt with us and barely let us explain our concerns before he assured us that the car passed all their mechanic's tests before being put on the lot, in a manner one might consider rude. We noticed that when they checked the transmission, they only drove it one mile before clearing it (doesn't seem like enough time to verify that there is no problem with the transmission) During our talk, we were unsure if we wanted the car with these potential problems and he, again quite rudely, told us that if we did not want the car than we can just part ways now and be done, and that he is not worried about selling the convertible in the summer. We were appauled by how inconsiderate he was. He acted like he was doing us a favor by buying the car there. He almost lost the sale. If I had not dealt with Mike that day and the day before, I would have walked away. We watched him dealing with another family buying a car, and noticed his attitude continued over there. We had plenty of time to watch this happen, as we waited at the dealership for 2-1/2 hours waiting for the credit application, which was already filled out at our credit union got proccessed (We got put on the backburner by the manager, I am almost positive) I would never shop at Executive Kia again, because no matter which awesome car salesperson you work with, the manager has to sign off on it, and I would never work with him again. But let me clarify again, that Miek Porrecca gets the highest rating! He was a super guy to work with, very honest and knowlegible!!

To date my husband and I have purchased and serviced 7 vehicles both off brand and Brand new from Executive Kia in Wallingford. I have recommended Executive Kia to all my friends and family. Their sales staff is wonderful and their service department never takes for granted I'm not a "car" person. I'm confident they do the same for all of their other customers.

My husband (Stef) and I went there on a Friday to look at a used car. Rob Rice greeted us and listened to what we were looking for. I had been looking online at the Kia Sorento. He was very professional and helped us out. He answered all of our questions and pointed us in the right direction. While we were there our other Kia was in the service department. We needed to be out by a certain time and we were. Our experience at Executive Kia was awesome. We picked up our used car on Tuesday and once again Rob was awesome. I would recommend them to our friends.

It's been almost two weeks now and I really love m...

It's been almost two weeks now and I really love my 2017 Kia Forte SL! I love the way it handles! It's got quick pick-up for my highway driving, the gas mileage seems great and the breaking system is awesome! The ride is quiet and comfortable and the visibility is great!

I love that there's plenty of trunk storage for my beach chairs, lots of cup holders, cruise control, dual outlets for my cell charger and GPS, arm rest, storage sections, sunglass holder, Bluetooth and back up camera.

This is my second car bought from Executive Kia in Wallingford, CT. Both times, my sales consultant was "Chin" Ying Chang. Each time he listened to my financial and car needs. I never felt pressure to buy a car or even a certain car from him. Chin make the car buying experience a very pleasant one!

Update. It's been 6 months since I've owned this car, and I still love it!!

Update... again...15 months and still loving this car!

I have had many excellent experiences with the service dept at Executive Kia for the past 2 years. They have been great to deal with. So much so, that I bought a new Kia there a couple of weeks ago. The buying experience was very professional and extremely pleasant. All discussions on price, financing, and features of the car were all honest, fair and helpful. I would definitely tell everyone to buy their next car here!

John and Jeremy are amazing. I bought 2 cars from them and they catered to what I needed. When I had a third child they went hard to work to find me a new vehicle to fit everyone in. WHen I went there they were so nice. The sales department is top notch and they know what they are talking about. I will definately be going back when I buy my wife her new car. On November 30th we were traveling from Boston to ...

On November 30th we were traveling from Boston to the D.C area and unfortunately we ran over a roadkill that couldn't be avoided. There were pieces of bones all over the road and one of those pieces punctured one of our new tires. We made an emergency pit stop in Wallingford, CT since it was the nearest exit. We went to NTB where they plugged it but the puncture but was irreparable, and we were advice to go to Town Fair tires to see if they were able to patch the puncture. Town Fair Tires stated they couldn't patched it and advised to replaced all tires. We informed them that all tires were brand new and we asked to purchased/replaced only one but they declined and also stated they couldn't fit us into their schedule. Town Fair advised us to take it to Monro Auto Service and Tires Centers.
At Monro Auto Service we were told the same that all tires needed to be replaced and they couldn't fit us into their schedule. From there we called FireStone Tires where we were told the same story.

As we drove to FireStone we noticed Kia Executive where we decided to call and we got Todd Perry on the phone, he was professional and without hesitation was willing to help. He asked for vehicle and tired information, made a called and had the tired delivered right away. Todd went the extra mile and above and beyond to help us on short noticed and time of day. Within an hours time Todd was able to get us in and out and back on the road. Todd understood and did not try to take advantage of the situation by trying to make a quick sale on four new tires as many of the other places attempted too, knowingly that all tires were new.

We highly recommend Kia Executive and we highly recommend Todd Perry!

Thank you Todd for all your help and care. We were able to make it back home safely.

July 7,2012 I walked into the dealership after a number of emails back and fourth with Jackie Smith. What a wonderful person she understood when I put my buying on hold for a few days and cancelled my appointment due to budget issues. But was readily available when I was ready. I told her I wanted to deal with just her once I got there, but we all have our specialties and her's was the online portion. She told me with confidence that she will match me with someone whom she feels I would get along with just as well and she did. Mike P. what a nice guy. I walked in with print out's of vehicles I wanted to look at but told him my concerns. We eliminated all but one. And although it wasn't a Kia I was still treated perfectly. Mike and I took a test drive and I told him of my concerns. When we got back and discussed the vehicle further he said he would get it right in the shop if I was interested. I was and he did. Nothing major just a small concern. It was a Saturday so after all the paper work with him it had to go to Todd and Gavin both very nice people as well. Todd worked hard at trying to get me an interest rate and payment I could work with, and although it was $19 more then I wanted a payment for it WAS just $19. I couldn't refuse the vehicle. it was everything I needed and it was pretty too. She was all ready to go for me by the time I got out of work on Monday, minus one headrest that IS STILL ON ORDER UGH!!. But it's minor no worries.So my friend decided to name my vehicle the new "Betty White" lol. Everyone from Cindy at the reception desk to Mike all had great attitudes it was a real pleasure doing business with Executive Kia of Wallingford I've already passed that on to many of my friends too. Keep up the good work folks...AND WHERE'S MY HEADREST....LOL

Besides the sales manager and the GM, This has been the longest and worst car buying process I've ever been through. There's just so much run around and lack of communication, everything takes so long. I was leaving for vacation a week and a half after I stopped in Executive Kia for the first time. I was promised a car for over a week, sent over all my information HOURS in advance to be processed, I spent time and money on insurance that I shouldn't have paid now because the car still can't be released A WEEK LATER. I was told I'd be picked up at my office by a runner at 4:00 and at 5:45 I still haven't heard anything back from the salesman. It's been way too much of a pain in the ass. It's now been a week and a half (I leave for vacation in 4 hours), the car hasn't been sent to their detail shop yet, the brakes haven't been done yet, and the car looks like it hasn't even been washed in months. While filling out paperwork they were finishing up all that (which should have been done upon my arrival to finally pick up my car) they were unable to process my DMV registration do to another employee's mistake. So I was given dealer plates for my drive down south for vacation. Just hours upon my arrival back home I was then being bothered by the salesman to return the plates ASAP because they need them for other customers, which I completely understand, but they still didn't have my plates ready. If it wasn't for the sales manager, Joe Ortiz, and the GM, John, I would have never went through with this purchase. For the troubles I went through the GM managed to get me a way better deal on the car than expected. As for Joe, I wish I could have dealt with him from the beginning. I've never seen such kindness and pride in someone before. He always had the right answer and everything was done with a smile. He definitely turned my bad mood the complete other way. Thank you Joe and John.

So far this is the best car dealership I have ever worked with. I was so impressed, I bought 2 kia's over the course of a weekend!
They have the paperwork, financing , etc down to a science so you are no longer there for 6 hours. Very low key, no pressure sales.
My sales people, Jorge and Jonny had answers to all my questions. Louis the finance person had me in and out with an awesome interest rate, quick paperwork and no pressure for the extended warranty (which I bought, made sense to me).
I'll be back for a third vehicle as soon as I can.

Great dealership, highly recommended. Easy, fast and confortable assistance, no pressure and a genuine willingness to help. I went in for a new lease and met with product specialist Mike C. who was highly knowledgeable of the 2020 Kia forte I was interested in. Mike was very friendly and helpful in walking me through all the many intuitive functions this car has. I immediately was attached to the car. Afterwards I met with business manager John M. who was also highly informed. of the vehicle and all the financial aspects of the lease. I highly recommend John, he is extremely kind and extensively knowledgeable of the financial aspects which are known to be stressful for anyone, but not here. Super welcoming and genuinely want to help you afford the car you want. 10 / 10 must visit if looking for a great car without dealing with the pressure of getting a car. Truly a dealership you can trust.

I had a GREAT experience with Executive Kia. From the start everyone was so nice and helpful. I send many emails before I came in and each one was answered promptly. Jermaine was the salesman that helped me and he was extremely nice and patient with me. I only had a certain amount of money and not so good credit and he worked with me and made it happen. I did go to another car place after my first visit here but was so turned off by their service. It just didn't compare. I needed help and Executive Kia did the job. Executive Kia in Wallingford is an excellent place to buy a car. Every employee is very knowledgeable and professional. I went to KIA hoping to find a nice car to buy and to my surprise I got approved for my car within the hour! The sales team was very friendly, and the general manager was efficient and down to earth.

Overall a very friendly professional enviornment, and I recommend anybody who is looking to buy a car whether its a Kia or not to consider Executive Kia as their choice of dealerships.

My wife and I contacted Executive late afternoon on a Wednesday though the website after getting the runaround from another dealer all day. Got an immediate follow up email and call back, went in, sat with Mike Crespo, had our trades evaluated with a printed cash offer, a printout of the deal for both of the cars we wanted, and left a deposit. Had a slight snag with credit in the morning, but Mike got it handled and we left there Thursday night with 2 cars. Very pleased and will be back for the next one(s).

If I could rate them 10 stars I would. My whole car buying experience was fantastic! I was truly disappointed and exhausted after spending several days car shopping with out success. When everybody else failed, this guys made it happen for me, not only did they get me approved under a though credit situation, but they also got me a fantastic deal and a car that I loved. What I believe to be the most important of all is that their customer service was exceptionally satisfactory, I loved that there was never pressure and I was not treated as a transaction, Ching my salesman was simply great! he made sure I was comfortable through out the process and patiently explore all the possible options, he was highly professional and ready to answer any question I had, Theresa and John were also very welcoming and knowledgeable. They are just a great team, Thank you Executive Kia! I couldn't be happier, I look forward to become a long life customer.

My experience with KIA is exemplary. I have gotten three cars from them, and they have always treatment me well. The mistake was GM financing. Let me explain...GM Financing was not reporting my payments at all. So I went a Hyundai dealer in Milford, where they did solve the reporting problem by getting me in another car (Sonata). All I can say is....I should have sat it out longer and gone back to KIA for the Stinger that I wanted so bad. Anyway, I was having the Sonata serviced there Milford, they were charging me for service s I was not getting , (tire rotation) really don't know what else I didn't get that was charged for. When I as at KIA, really went above and beyond for me, including lower payments. I can't wait to go back there. You guys are awesome!

I was treated exceptionally well by the sales person, Michael Crespo; he took care of all of my issues and even went out of his way to deliver the car to me personally on his day off. Executive Kia advertises the "Best Price First," and that holds true. I received the best trade in value for my old car and got the best price for my new car. Last week we purchased a Stinger GT 2 from Executive and couldn't be happier. I had been shopping for Stingers in my area (Long Island NY) for a few weeks but nobody had the color I wanted and all the dealers were overpriced in my opinion. After searching the web I came across Executives web site not only did they have the color I wanted they were $7k cheaper, definitely worth the drive. Everyone at the dealership was great especially my salesperson Ouafaa Kouhaila who at our request sped us thru the buying process and even took the car herself to be detailed on her lunch hour so we could avoid the rush hour traffic going home, she was awesome. I would highly recommend Executive Kia they have the best prices and people by far.

I recently purchased my first vehicle ever by myself. I worked very closely with Jennifer Bunnell and from the first time I walked in there until I got into my vehicle she was the sweetest person ever and also did EVERYTHING and I mean EVERYTHING she could to get me into a car. I recommend this place 1,000 times over. I will be sending my friends and family here to get their next vehicle. And with my credit not being the best. (trust me it's bad) they still got me approved with their Guaranteed Approval Program. And I am very happy that they were involved with this first step to rebuilding my credit. I appreciate everything she did for me.

Disappointingly sad. The bogus fees made it impossible to afford a new car, even with a fantastic down payment. FYI, GAP Ins. Is not a requirement, but will be included w/o your knowledge. Ask to remove it. $399 for invisible Vin. Oh hell no. Other dealer charged $99. Do your research before buying. Watch out for overcharging on registration renewal and/or transfer of plates. Ask for detailed dealer fees, see if you get an answer besides, "every dealer has them". Good luck! Its all about taking your money.

I went to Executive Kia in Wallingford, CT because I had just recently graduated College, started my "real World" job and needed a reliable car. I was referred by a family friend who works with Executive Kia, Maria Dimauro, and she told me what a fabulous place it is. The minute I walked in the doors, I knew she was right. I had called earlier and made an appointment with Todd Perry to discuss my financial situation. Although I now have a good job, I would now have other bills to keep in mind such as insurance, cell phone, car payments, etc. Todd was in a meeting, and was running late. While I was waiting Mike Schweikert came over and asked me if I wanted anything to drink, eat, or if there was anything he could help me with. I told him I had an appointment with Todd. He quickly and politely told me that Todd was in a meeting and he was not sure how long it would run for. Mike then started me off by asking all the details you can think of to get an idea of what I was looking for. I told him that payments could not exceed X amount, and that I was looking for a car with great gas mileage due to my long distance driving. I had the Forte in mind, and he recommended we test drive it. Before I even drove it, he broke down every detail of the car, telling me about the brakes, the air bags, all the safety features, and described what sets apart their car from others in a very respectful and professional manner. He was personable, funny, and genuine. He wasn't your typical salesman that had the fake smile, he actually got to know you as a person, and discussed more than just cars and money with me. After I test drove the car, I fell in love. I ended up purchasing a 2012 Kia Forte for a MORE than affordable price. Todd, Mike S., and Jeremy as well as the rest of the Executive Kia staff were more than accomadating when helping me buy my first NEW car. When I called they knew me on the phone by name, and when i walked in they greeted me as a person in their home, not just some dollar signs walking in and out of the door. I would HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Executive Kia of Wallingford to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. And if your looking for a salesman, I would HIGHLY recomment MIKE SCHWEIKERT, TODD PERRY or JEREMY!!!

First of all, I really hate car shopping. But we just bought a new Sportage from Executive Kia and couldn't have had a better experience! We originally went to look at a different vehicle, but our salesperson, Marcus, actually listened to what we said we wanted and found us the perfect car that was within our budget. No high-pressure sales, and the prices are set upfront so no need to haggle. I checked Kelley Blue Book, TrueCar and other online listings for comparable vehicles, and the price was very reasonable. Marcus had everything ready when we went to pick up the vehicle, and even got balloons for the kids. All the staff,including in service, parts, etc were friendly and seemed genuinely happy to work there. Would definitely shop there again.

There are many makes and models of vehicles with tons of options. After some research, I finally
decided I wanted a Kia. I visited 4 other dealerships and dealt with high pressure salespeople. No pressure at Executive Kia ! Everyone at the dealership makes you feel like you're part of the family and have been dealing with them for years. The showroom is comfortable and inviting. One person handles your whole car buying experience from beginning to end. You work with someone who knows what you're looking for so you don't have to explain the same thing over and over again when you call. I bought a car from here least the a year ago I'm happy with the sell person Johnny he really help me out a lot picking up the car and every question I had but today I went for services and it was horrible in every way you can think bad treatment with a bad attitude and not helpful at all no body knew anything and it was just a back and forward at the end I came out from there with zero information I will never going back to there at all I prefer to travel to another kia dealership and hopefully get better treatment as a customer

This dealership is the model that all dealerships should strive to be. There was no hassle or haggling. Everyone was straight forward and transparent. When an error was made, it was corrected immediately. When an error was made in our favor, it was honored.

Working with Mike Crespo and the sales department was a wonderful experience. We were more than satisfied with the process from beginning to end. His professionalism was second to none. There were mechanical problems noticed before delivery. A promise to fix it was made and honored. He answered all questions about the car in an honest and timely manner. We cannot save enough good things about the sales department; however, I will say they we look forward to working with them in the future should we need another car in the future.

The finance department was incredibly wonderful to work with. They took the time to go over the paperwork in detail and took the time to answer and certify every line with us. Their offered warranty programs were very good and very tempting; we however decided to decline them.

The service department is very professional and patient. They went over in detail all questions I had on previous service completed to the vehicle. They did a wonderful job turning the car around for sale on the lot. The result is a car in where I have a very high degree of confidence in its road worthiness.

All car dealerships should look to Executive Kia of Wallingford if they want to see what works when selling cars. I am extremely happy and look forward to working with them in the future.

Great experience!!! Really felt the passion there. They did everything to help me and listened to my situation. Mike is a great salesperson and made me feel comfortable and Todd in service really took the time to explain and go over things. They both went above and beyond. Not too many dealerships give you that kind of service and make you feel totally welcomed!!! Thanks, Guys!!!

I always take my vehicle to get serviced at executive kia. The staff is always so friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. They always make you feel comfortable and that you are a priority. They always make sure you understand everything and I never feel like they are trying to get more out of my pocket than necessary. I feel like they really care about the cars as well as the customers. Rick is awesome!

Be careful when talking to certain employees from here. Was told I was approved and to come in to get the vehicle only to be told this was not the case. The one that calls customers should be retrained to provide proper info to not waste potential customers time.

I actually didn't expect that I'd end up buying a ...

I actually didn't expect that I'd end up buying a Kia. I had a long list of test drives, but the minute I sat in my Kia Sportage, I knew I'd be taking it home. The entire team at Executive was friendly and helpful from the minute I walked in the door. I worked with Chin, who wasn't a stereotypical car salesman. He didn't pressure me into making my decision and just laid out all of the numbers for me and talked about my options. The day of pickup, Chin sat in the car with me and walked me through all of the functions, so I'd be well-equipped to drive off the lot and feel comfortable. I purchased from out-of-state, and Executive Kia took care of all of the tricky paperwork to get me my new plates. Once I signed the lease, Chin made sure to check in to make sure all was going well and that everything went smoothly with my out-of-state plates. I would recommend both buying a Kia and getting it from Executive Kia to anyone. Thank you so much!

Called and asked them to schedule me for 30,000 mi...

Called and asked them to schedule me for 30,000 mile scheduled maintenance on my Kia Optima. The service department puts me down for a $500 injection cleaning - totally unnecessary and not part of the recommended maintenance per the manual. This is really the last straw with this place, I'll be driving an extra 15 minutes to East Hartford or Branford next time I need to bring my Kia in to the dealership.

Executive Kia of Wallingford was a great place to buy a car! The sales person who helped me was rob rice and he was great at making the experience enjoyable and stress free. I left with my car the following morning which was the quickest experience I ve had at a dealership. The staff is very nice and friendly as well! Over all great experience!!

UPDATE (April 20, 2019): I have downgraded this to two stars because their online service appointment creation tool is absolutely horrible. This is the second time now that I have scheduled a service appointment online where the appointment was never created on your end. I live a decent distance away and this needs to be absolutely resolved. I even receive confirmation emails and text notifications notifying me that my appointment was created even when it was not! I had to call in to check and sure enough they had no record of my appointment request in their system. This absolutely needs to be fixed or removed as an option on your website as it creates a bad experience for customers.

The customer service here is absolutely superb. Top notch service and vehicles here!

the best car dealership i have ever been to. everyone was so nice and welcoming. i had Jeff helping me pick a vehicle and he really did a great job. i finally have the vehicle i have neen trying to get for the longest, the same one my father always told me get before he passed. now that i have it, i am just so very grateful for this place. if you ever need a vehicle, definitely come here. speak with Jeff, he's the best! thank you executive Kia, i appreciate you guys so much
