Brought my vehicle in for the same thing at least 9 times. They documented only 4 times. The reason was about blinkers not working and not working properly when on and doors showing open and opening and closing on there own. Their customer service support Trevor Clay made it clear they did not have to recall the vehicle once it is fixed. So after this song and dance went on for some time, I realized as their mechanics told me it is ok, its under warranty. They are going to let me run out this warranty out fixing it every month or two until warranty runs out and then, you guessed it. No I will not. Big time safety issues; now hard pressed to get a recall going with such lazy and neglectful regulations as to what is kept on their books. Just because it did not go up on a lift. This is not about a chip of paint or an engine concern. This I my 3 and 4 year old children's doors as we drive down the road opening or showing they are, concern. I have gotten a lawyer, called the BBB, and the state attorney general office. Perhaps, now it will now become your concern. As of 06/24/18 I want everyone to know how KIA corporate handles safety issues. They DON'T. Corporate will request to "fix it" until warranty runs out. Currently I am requesting 1 million dollar fine against Executive KIA for not accounting for my vehicle coming into the shop for safety repairs and will provide my own data as a record. For Mr. Trevor Clay I will ask for jail time as he personally had the authority to initiate a recall or buy back and stated. "We do not have to recall anything now that it is fixed." After KIAs 9th attempt which has clearly failed.I'm requesting a fine against KIA for no less than 500 million to be awarded to CT Transportation Department. I will request a 900 million dollar fine and a federal investigation as I feel that with such gross lack of accountability that KIA is knowingly trying to hide evidence for the multiple time my vehicle has been in your shop. So I will also request the Judge to have KIA release all records and phone recordings pertaining to any workers who have hand hands on this vehicle. My vehicle has been in the shop I KNOW at minimal 9 times and I'm sure your people don't work for free.
At this point if you buy a KIA then your a fool, don't be the sucker who they say is born every minute.
