I was looking for a specific color Sportage and found it at Executive. Shortly after I starting working with Jorge Dominquez and he made the entire process very easy. He discussed the finance vs. lease options and even scheduled my first oil change before I drove off with my new Sportage!!

I bought my 2013 Optima last year from Larry (who was AMAZING) and LOVE it. I went to so many dealerships pricing out before buying and Executive Kia not only had the best price, but the service cant be beat. Recently i brought my Kia in for servicing, and every time i am there for service, i am greeted with a friendly smile, the guys in the service department explain everything and i never feel pressured to buy anything as i have at other places.

This time i was there for service, Jeremy came to the lounge several times to check with me, give me updates on what they were doing, and even carried the tire i needed to replace through the dealership to the lounge to show me the damage. Before leaving everything that was done to the car was explained to me ...Trust is very important to me and i feel like i can trust these guys, i dont hesitate to ask their opinion on anything having to do with my Kia, it is such a relief to know i am in good hands! I am a life long customer of Exective Kia, thanks Rick and Jeremy for always taking such good care of me and my car!! It is really appreciated.

I had a great team to work with when I visited Executive Kia on a whim. My sales consultant was Jeremy Carrol. I also had interaction with Sales Manager, Todd Perry and Gavin Bennett, Finance Manager. I am now on my 3rd Kia (2nd Sorrento and previously owned a Optima). The team got me a great deal on a great vehicle. I wasn't expecting the process to be as smooth as it was. The deal was done in a matter of a few hours. I will definitely go back to have my vehicle service. If the sales team was this good to work with, I got to see the service and parts department. Looking forward to my oil change.

Well I wish I didnot have to write this bad review but I didn't get good customer service. This place was good until I was a customer and as soon as I went back to turn my lease in early , they treated me like they don't recognize me . I was greeted at the reception and the guy told me to wait there once I told why I'm here . Nobody offered a seat even . After going back and forth with apparently their manager I was informed there is no way I can turn in the lease unless I go back and make payments to hyndai n bring a letter . I told them that I can make all remaining payments which was 3000 dollars . They said there is no way they will take my car . I was informed that my car has lost more than half of its purchase in 18 months so the only way is to make all payments which I was willing to do . I told them that I was informed by hyndai finance that I can leave the car with dealership and later can make the payments . Their manager , I don't know her name told me " I can't just come here and give them key " and our manager John is not available now . I could see John sitting in cubicle by the way .Later on John appraised the car and I was informed it's better if I go back and pay in full first and come back with car .
I called another Kia dealership in area and they were surprised how I was treated at this place . They told me over the phone to come there . I even didnot buy from them , I leased my car from Wallingford location .
Next day I went to other Kia dealership and they took my car and gave me a paper to sign and I walked out.they told me I was right that I can make total payments to finance company and other dealership could have taken my car .
John I know you read these reviews . Probably I will buy Kia again for kids or for somebody but I will never buy from your dealership .this is not how you treat your customers when they are on receiving end . Is that silver plaque on your wall applies only to those who come to buy only . Please amend that with " for Buyers only " please .

I recently leased a 2012 Kia Sportage from Joe. When I was looking around online, I found Executive Kia and requested a quote. The first person I spoke with was Jackie. What a fantabulous woman! She was so friendly, sweet and helpful. She paired me with the right salesman-Joe. Joe and I were a perfect duo and he patiently dealt with my difficultieness. I walked in knowing that I wanted to look at the sportage but my purpose was to save money and wanted the smallest monthly car payment possible, therefore, we instead spent some time discussing the optima. Now, this is where Todd (the maverick) comes in and he worked out all the numbers/details etc. and found me a great deal on the optima. Obviously, I went home to think about it since a car is a big purchase, and Joe and Todd agreed to wait until I was ready. I came back the next day and complained to them that I didnt really get any numbers for the sportage which is why I initially came there. Todd and Joe explained that they didnt do so becuase of my financial situation knowing that the sportage was most likely out of my price range. I begged and pleaded with them to go over everything again regarding the sportage, just so I had all the info I needed to make a proper, informed decision. I appreciated very much their desire to fulfill my wishes of saving money; however, I made it obvious that the sportage was my choice and therefore my difficultieness overwhelmed the room, yet again. Because they both knew how much I liked the sportage more than the optima, they really went out of their way and found an extremely good deal that was within my monthly budget. I went home that day with my new Sportage and the biggest smile on my face. I want to thank Joe, the maverick (Todd), and Jackie so much for everything they did for me. It was such a pleasure doing business with you! If you are thinking about purchasing or leasing a Kia, you must see Joe and Todd! They will suprise you!

I will admit our vehicle search started at another dealership. We were unhappy and on a whim sent our information to Executive and Mike Crespo got our email. When we got to the dealership he and Lou got us moving along in no time. The next day (as we were in late the day before) our deals were done. My husband and I both got cars. One a lease and the other a certified pre-owned. We traded in two vehicles and they were very fair with trade-in values. We could NOT be happier. At the first dealership, I would have been settling for a lesser vehicle and the salesperson just stopped helping me. I know some of it was timing but I know I got the perfect car for me and I love it! I am in a certified Sportage and my husband leased a Sorento. They are a pleasure to drive. Mike was awesome and finance was a breeze. Will be staying with the Executive family as long as I am in Connecticut!!!

All things considered Executive Kia was given a wish list. They followed it to a 'T'. When we arrived several options were ready for presentation within our desired budget.
One of the models did not serve our needs and Chin Chang, our sales representative quickly began to gather more information to make it work. And it did.
We were able to trade two cars and leave with two new cars at a monthly fee equal to just one of the traded cars.

I just purchased my 8th KIA in a row. John G, and his team are FANTASTIC. I know I am ONE tough customer, but I have always been pleased, with the sales team...and the service team (Thanks You Rick). You would be doing yourself an injustice if you do not check Executive KIA out. I drive 30K miles a year and I LOVE my new FORTE (especially the 35 highway miles per gallon).

The least stressful car shopping experience I have ever had. Jeff Martin was a pressure free salesman that did not try and change what I was looking for. In fact, he went out of his way to locate the exact car I was looking for and even drove to over a 100 miles to get it for me. He was honest and upfront about costs and did not use the phony sales tactics. The manager, John Gogliettino is an extremely personable person and makes you feel like a valued customer. We easily came to a price that was below competitors in the area. No hassle and unnecessary gamesmanship. The rest of the staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to explain the dealership departments and options that were available to me, without pushing extras one me. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone that is car shopping..

Horrible shopping experience. Can I give 0 stars? I'm in the market for a new or slightly new crossover, stopped in to see what they had available. After explaining that they did business differently and listen to what the customer wanted, I played along. BIG mistake. They chose a car for me, which took over a 1/2 hour, rather than discussing the different options. I took a car for a test drive, liked it, wanted a price. It took them another 20 minutes just to tell me the price of the vehicle out the door. They gave me financing options, that were not accurate, and I didn't even ask for . I was there over 2hours and wasn't able to get the information I wanted. I would have walked out sooner, but I was really interested in the vehicle.

One of the best car buying experiences I've had. From the time I first contacted Kia and on, it was a good experience. Chin was knowledgeable, honest and easy to talk to. He laid out everything and did not pressure me to make a deal on the spot. When I picked up my new car, Gavin was straight forward and there were no hidden add ons or special extras which I've had with every other car dealership I have ever dealt with. He had me in and out of there with my new car quickly.

My Experience With Executive Kia Was Overall A Good one but it all depends On your salesman. Who wants to work with a salesman who doesn't listen to nothing your saying plus has a nasty attitude as well as makes you feel like there's only one car they can sell you take it or leave....I mean this is a dealership right? and not to mention leaves out valuable information. But When referring someone else and they don't get to enjoy or experience the same joy you have in trying to get a new car is the worst feeling in the world ! That's why I rate it 1 star! It was horrible and the person I referred to had the worst salesman I ever met in my life. The experience was not pleasant and I'm sad to say I will NEVER refer another person again! My husband and I have been doing business with this dealership since it was a Saturn dealership and we bought our 1998 Saturn SC2 (which our granddaughter now drives). The people here and the service is the best we have found. Before buying that Saturn we had purchased many new vehicles over the years. Never have we had the service and the feeling of family prior to coming here. We have not strayed from here since then. We wouldn't even think of going anywhere else. You don't find places of business like this anymore. When you do, you stick with them.

I stopped by to test drive an Optima to get a feel for it before I decided to get one just to make sure I liked it. My salesperson was Jorge and he was very friendly and introduced himself on a professional manner. He took the time to explain everything to me, whether it was about the Optima itself, what was covered under the CPO, and all the information through the financing process. He was very thorough in explaining everything to me that way I got a good understanding of what he was explaining to me. It was a great experience dealing with Jorge and I hope whoever stops by here gets the same customer service I received when I went there whether they have Jorge or anyone else from the sales team.

Went awesomely. They matched the lowest price I had found and gave me a ton of extra's. Everyone was great and patient. I've had my Forte for about a week and am 100% satisfied. Not many other dealers do as much as they do. I worked with Todd who is a pretty easy going guy and very knowledgeable. The purchase was simple, straight forward and easy. 13$ oil changes that come with a car wash. I've put on almost 200 miles in 4 days so I think I'll be enjoying this car!

Joe was personable, knowledgable and everything you would want in a car sales person. You can tell he really loves his job. I couldn't be happier with my purchase!

Had a great experience at Executive Kia! I had only stopped by to do some quick window shopping on what ended up being my new Subaru, but I was approached by a very professional and non pushy salesman Israel Marquez. He got to know exactly what I was looking for and tailored the process to what I wanted and let me know if we couldn't find something in my wants and needs he'd help me shop around sister dealerships. The entire process was unlike any car buying experience I've had. They gave a fair trade price on my truck, made it extremely comfortable, professional and when I compared prices this was the best deal around. It was Opposite experience of haggling that my girlfriend and I had a few months back at a different dealership on her car. None of the expensive surprise add-ons at contract signing that other dealerships may sneak in. They offer options, but let you decide your comfort level. Will absolutely return for my next car in a few years and would refer a friend. Special shoutout to Israel, he was fun to work with and does his job as a salesman exactly how it should be, got to know me, what I wanted and was confident in what the company had to offer. I can't speak highly enough about Chin and the rest of the crew at Kia in Wallingford. I just returned for my second consecutive lease, and my wife is about to do the same. They are knowledgeable, courteous, and offer a comfortable experience rather than being rushed into a detail. Highly recommend Chin but haven't yet run into anyone there I didn't care for, and I would say so if I did.

Don t go here if you expect to be treated nicely. From the start, the sales guy was very rude to my husband and I. We wanted to just look at a car and not crunch numbers and do all of the financial stuff of buying it that day. He kept ignoring our requests until he finally gave in to let us see the car to even see if it was worth getting into. He had an attitude the entire time. Don t ever go to Rob Rice the sales consultant. Rudest person there.

I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience at a car dealership. I have had a tough time getting a loan and have been looking to buy a car for months. I wasn't getting approved due to poor credit (identity theft 5 years ago). Mike and Joe helped me out so much with getting a loan and their hard work really paid off. I drove away in a car that I LOVE and it was a pleasant experience at the same time. They're very professional and really care what their customers want. This was the best car dealership I've ever been to, no doubt about it.

Let me first state that the salesman James and the process of buying the car was perfect. The day after I bought the car I hit a pothole and blew a tire. UVO towed it to Crowley and I was told yesterday (the day it happened) by executive that I would be able to get a loaner car even though it was at Crowley. Today I called to see if I could get a loaner for tomorrow and I was told no I couldn't. I'm very pissed off that after spending 30k and being told I could get a loaner and then told no when I inquired about it a day later. I felt like I called a Comcast call center and am not happy that I was told one thing and the exact opposite was the reality.

Edit: after cooling off and getting accommodated better I am very happy with this dealership. They have let me keep a dealer plate while I get the lien release notice in the mail. I would recommend them to anyone.

I've purchased a couple cars from Kia and always recommended everyone to go there. Joe has helped me easily get through every step of the process. The manager, John, will do all he can be ensure you get the best type of financing. I've recently come for an oil change and a leak in my tire. In a hurry for an appointment, Howard worked with me and made sure I was able to return the following morning to finish up and repair my tire. Love them!
