My building switched to Everywhere Wireless in Jan...

My building switched to Everywhere Wireless in January, and I've been having issues less than six months later. I called Customer Service, but they have very limited hours. I finally was able to call during their hours, and the technician made everything worse, then told me that he had spent too long on the phone with me. I am using the router they told us to buy. UNACCEPTABLE.
