Honestly, this company is the best I've dealt with in my 12 years living here in Chicago (and I've used most of the big names here in the city).

I was having speed issues where I was getting about 1/3 of the download speed I was supposed to, so they sent out one of their technicians, Nate, to check on the problem. He ran through various tests and, when it was discovered one of Everywhere Wireless' links weren't properly set to receive the best signal to my building anymore, Nate informed me they'd fix it asap.

Not long after, I received a call from one of their support team members, Kevin, who informed me they had sent another tech out and got everything set, but wanted to go through speed tests with me and ensure I wasn't having any other issues.

We spent several minutes doing this (with an awesome little app that allows EW to remotely hook up with your computer for a minute and drive the bus so you don't have to fumble around - you can just watch and learn), and Kevin helped me reconfigure my router to get the best possible signal.

I'm back up to 200 download / 25 upload for my at-home business, and couldn't be happier! The entire EW team was extremely helpful, very kind, and answered every question I had in a way that I could better understand from a non-technical background.

I sincerely hope they keep growing - they're a role model for other Internet Provider companies in speed, knowledgeability, and friendliness.
