John K. and the EW Support Team: Once on the phone with John the man that I was helped by really understood and knew pretty much anything that I had questions about. The call started out friendly and professional and then grew to be just what I needed after trying to set up my router. Glad I called in to the service when I did. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone. Even helped fix issues outside of the normal, showed a genuine care about the customer and the issues at hand.
