I was extremely pleased with the assistance I recently received from the Everywhere Wireless Tech named John K :) He turned my sadness into all gladness and smiles when he addressed my lack of Internet problem. He is very knowledgeable about the intricacies of the wireless network and was able to fix my Internet issues during our two conversations. At the end of our first conversation he was putting in a work order for a Tech to come out to my home to assist with the lack of Internet. As soon as we hung up from each other the lights on my ASUS box came on, I called him back immediately and he was able to get me connected. I AM SO VERY HAPPY THAT YOU HAVE PEOPLE LIKE JOHN K. working for Everywhere Wireless...I would have been very disappointed if I had to wait for a Tech to come to my home. In fact, on a scale of 1-5, I rate John K a ten (10). Please thank him again for his persistence in correcting my Internet problem. Should I have to call back in the future, I will only ask for John K !!!
