John Krystof and Chris Doherty helped us set up the internet. It was really a pleasure working with them. Due to some unexpected issues, I had to re-schedule the phone call two times and was sorta mortified to ask. But John was kind enough to accommodate both times and didn't say a thing. When we finally had the phone call, they were very patient and thorough. The setup was less than a minute and we were back to the connected world! Our conversation was extended a little, because they wanted to make sure that the speed was hitting the advertised. They even made plans at the end to check back with me regarding the speed. Absolute five stars for the service!
