Kari & Rene Esparza at Everlasting Elopements did an amazing job on our wedding!!! I highly recommend this couple. They are very professional and knowledgeable about the San Antonio area and other Central/South Texas areas. The wedding package we purchased through them included our ceremony, flowers and cake. They even provided a champagne toast at the end of the ceremony. They took care of all of the logistics with the flowers, cake, etc. and everything ran so smoothly. They definitely exceeded our expectations! Thank you Everlasting Elopements!

Our big day turned out beautiful! It rained the whole time but Everlasting Elopements tackled every issue. Plus our cake, photos and wedding video all came out beautifully!

The girls in the office are so sweet and helpful. We booked a last minute ceremony and they made it happen no problem. Reverend Rene was awesome and made us feel so special. I highly recommend them for any wedding needs you may have!

Do not hire this company!!! Horrible experience on such an important day. It was the most stressful day after they decided to call 10 minutes prior to my ceremony to inform me they would have to relocate my wedding due to another party having their ceremony at the same location. They do not communicate with the city even though they book weddings for the same venues just to make sure this doesn't happen. Then they want to charge for every ritual done because u involve other people In your wedding. But when booking these they don't tell you everything is an extra charge. They give you a flat fee and just send you an invoice later. I could have just gone to any of these PUBLIC places and had my own ceremony without going through everlasting. Seriously don't waste your money with them. They are so unprofessional and rude.

I purchased the Sunday Civil Ceremony and Basic Photography package to get married in Austin a week ago. The location of the ceremony was changed, however, I only received a text and not a phone call the day of which was odd to me. The ceremony was fine, you get what you pay for, however, the officiant texted me within hours of the ceremony to post a review for him on Wedding Wire. It was very distasteful. Our photographer was also late without apology. The wording of the Basic Photography package was also misleading as it was only pictures of the ceremony and nothing more even though the website says 3-4 posed shots afterwards. I have yet to receive the photographs so I cannot testify to the quality yet.
In regards to Everlasting Elopements, it was a hit or miss on the support of the office staff. I felt many were inconvenienced by my questions whenever I would call but other times I was greeted joyously and taken care of. The inconsistency in the demeanor of the staff was a turn off but at the end of the day if you want a no-frills wedding ceremony at a low cost Everlasting Elopements will suffice.

I'll tell you what, I was nervous at first...my wedding was at 2:15pm today at the downtown New Braunfels gazebo. You are told to get there no earlier than 15 minutes early. We were there exactly 15 minutes early and there was no one in sight to indicate that we would be getting married 15 minutes later. About 10 minutes in, my Mom notices someone and says I think that's the Reverend. We watched nervously and prayed that it was in fact the Reverend performing our ceremony. Thank God my Mom was correct, I was no longer in panic mode. First impression, Rev Jesse instantaneously put us at ease, we knew he was the perfect fit for us. He's personable and wanted to sincerely make it special for us. He asked us whether we had anyone else we were waiting on and we let him know that we were also expecting the photographer. He looked and said that he did not see it right away but that it would not be unusual if we booked it separately (which we did). Rev Jesse apologized for something that was completely not his fault (turns out the photographer was scheduled for the day before) and took action to make sure it was corrected for us! He let us know that he could get a photographer out to us within about 30 minutes, if we were willing to wait. It took about 40 minutes, but we didn't even notice because Rev Jesse kept us entertained with great conversation. The photographer who came out was so incredibly sweet and took many pictures. She let us know that if we felt like our package didn't provide enough photos that we could upgrade anytime...But she was not pushy, just informative...We appreciated that so much. Back to Rev Jesse...the ceremony was beautiful, he is eloquent, smiles, makes eye contact and is very much in the moment with us. He made me cry because I was so touched by his words and the fact that I really felt that it was important to him to make this special for us. He is the best and honestly the $75 we paid for him to marry us is a steal...because the time and care he provided us is worth at least triple. Rev Jesse, thank you...Thank you for making this so special for us, this was 6 years in the making and I'm glad you were the one that made it official. I can't remember the photographer name, but when I do, I'll update this post...but, Thank you, I appreciated how you took the time with us and how beautiful you made me feel. I don't get the negative reviews, it didn't necessarily turn out as planned but the hiccups were easily fixed and it was worth the wait.

December 31, 2020 was by far one of the happiest days of my life!! Everlasting Elopements was amazing with making sure we had the perfect day! I can t fully express how pleased I am with the services from beginning to end. Everything was done via email and it went great!!! My husband and I celebrated our 16 year wedding anniversary on 3/27/20. Due to the world's current situation and not being able to go out and celebrate like we normally would. I had to be creative. I contacted Everlasting Elopements on helping me set up a surprise virtual vow renewal. They were more than happy and excited to do so. My 2 boys and I decorated the backyard with lights and pictures. I took a photo of the backdrop and sent it to EE. Chole (planner), Kari, and Rene (officiant) worked together to set up a zoom meeting for our friends and family to witness our vow exchange. My husband had no idea what was going on. At 5.30 Rene and I did a sound check on the lap top, in front of the backdrop, and went over the process for the virtual ceremony, it was so easy! At 6.25, I got down on one knee and asked my husband to marry me again, of course he said yes. I took him to the back yard were my boys had our wedding song playing, I Ctoss My Heart, my husband was so surprised. We stood in front of the lap top with all of our friends and family watching. Rene officiated and was dressed in a nice suit just as he would be as if it was an in person wedding. It was funny watching my husband trying to figure out what was going on and looking so cute and confused. When the light bulb finally went off his smile was from ear to ear. Rene started the ceremony and it was beautiful. Under the blue sky and in front of God, our family and friends and of course with the help of technology through Everlasting Elopements, we were able to renew our vows virtually. It was an awesome way to celebrate. Everlasting Elopements even took video footage and photos and sent them to us.

My husband and I struggled in our marriage and almost divorced but we found our way back to each other and decided to renew our vows on our 10 Year Anniversary. I learned about everlasting elopements when they gave away a wedding to a deserving couple. The celebration was so beautiful, I decided to call them when it came time for us. Reverend Esparza arrived early, was super courteous and professional and performed a beautiful ceremony. We had a small celebration with 75 people at Joskes Pavilion and we ran a little behind but he didn t even get upset with us. I m a do it yourself kind a girl, otherwise, I would ve had them take care of all of the details but they did provide the ceremony chairs for us. Communication was easy from the first moment to right up until the day of the event. My only regret is that we didn t get a photo with Reverend Esparza after the ceremony since our photographer immediately took us to the classic car for photos because we got started late and they had to leave. I highly recommend them for a smaller intimate wedding!

My husband and I wanted a simple, no mess, no fuss ceremony - just a serene setting to join our families & our love.... And we got just that. The officiant was great & the gazebo at King William Park was nice.

This past Saturday was a day I won't forget! The minister gave me the blessing of marrying my best friend ! He was funny and friendly. Ceremony was very quick and straight forward. Which is a plus for me since I'm constantly on the go. (Weekend ceremonies for military) Still this event was very special none the less. I had a wonderful experience!

Do not hire this service! This company was contracted to book King William Park for the wedding, but the ceremony venue was booked by another party through the city. They moved it to another location on the river. We drove around and around looking for the new location. We were given an address to a bar! How could it be at a bar?! When we finally found and paid $10 for parking (mind you, parking was free at original location) and got to the new location, I noticed people whom I didn't know sitting in the area. There were ants all over the seating area as well as lots of foliage blocking the ceremony's view. The wedding's venue was changed last minute, and caused a huge inconvenience not only for the bride and groom, but also guests who traveled from near and far.

I was extremely overwhelmed with the idea of planning a wedding - even if it was very small. I m glad I found a company that helped and specialised in small, simple weddings at an affording price! Even with needing to reschedule our original date due to COVID, they made the process as easy for us as picking a new date and that s all the work we put in. Our photographer, Grace, was absolutely lovely. My bouquet is in the process of drying so we may have it forever.

Our wedding was beautiful but customer service is a joke. We were supposed to receive a damage deposit back, they started ignoring emails and calls. Don't go with this company they are more then willing to take your money and make all these promises but after its all done act like you don't exist.

We had our wedding at New Braunfels Conservation Society this past Saturday and Everlasting Elopements took care of our ceremony. We went with the premium package and were not even one bit disappointed. Everything was set up quickly and efficiently and done as planned. The officiant was very nice and personable. Our guests loved the ceremony. I would also like to note that the photographer and videographer were absolutely stellar in capturing all of our special moments. They put in so much effort to get good shots. We are so happy with our experience. Thank you!

This place is a joke. They werent willing to make a simple time change to our ceremony, without charging an outrageous fee. We cancelled the wedding 90+ days in advance, already paid a $500 deposit, and they still wanted us to pay an additional $476 to cancel the wedding. Never again, will we recommend this place to anyone.

Early March my husband and I decided to cancel our wedding, alerting the wedding party on March 13, 2020 due to the pandemic. We started to look for alternatives, we settled on Texas Wedding Ministries. We decided to have a virtual zoom wedding, I called and talked to several people at Texas Weddings Ministries who talked to me about the process and asked that I call Everlasting Elopements to ask more questions about who would officiate and what would be said. We paid for the virtual wedding on June 15, 2020 through Texas Wedding Ministries website, we decided it would be nice to have a recording and paid for that on June 25, 2020 directly with Everlasting Elopements. From that moment on my customer service experience started to decline rapidly. I was told I would know and could choose what the officiant would say for a Christian non-denominational wedding. When I sent an email to inquire on Jul 6, 2020, Kari dismissed my request saying, So we do not send vows for these quick $75 ceremonies. When you reserved it asked you if you wanted religious or non-religious vows. All vows are non-denominational. I'll make a note you are requesting to see them but I can't guarantee they will be sent. Let us know if you have any other questions. She never sent any information about the ceremony and what would be said. I explained although she considered this virtual wedding a quick wedding, it s my wedding nonetheless and it s an important day. No reply to anything. I was originally told I would be told what would be said during the wedding by Texas Ministries website. The day of July 11, 2020 the virtual zoom wedding was supposed to start at 3:00pm, at 3:01 Kari text me they ll be on the call shortly they were having connection issues. I text her back at 3:06pm to see how things were going, she said Zoom was making them do an update which was taking a while and they were at the port for a beach wedding so the internet was spotty on the island. Now it s 3:17pm, I asked if there is someone in the San Antonio office to officiate. No reply. During this entire time my mother was on the phone with a cousin who s also a pastor as a backup, I didn t think we would be able to proceed. At 3:18pm the reverend let us into the zoom call. Once we were on the zoom call, it was obvious they were unprepared, as Kari mentioned in her email $75 virtual weddings aren t important to Everlasting Elopements, they were using a cellphone for the ceremony. I asked that they make me the host so I can record it from my end as they struggled to get the phone adjusted. I use Zoom daily at work and know that from a cellphone you can not record a full screen video from a cell phone. Kari said she didn t know how to do that, so we proceeded. At the time it seemed as if she didn t want to provide host privileges, not that she didn t know how. As a company that advertises virtual weddings, I find it hard to believe they don t know how to grant host privileges. The officiant did a good job, that went well. Overall, this experience has been lower than a one start rating if I could rate this Everlasting Elopements as zero stars I would. Kari is rude, no customer service skills and they were unprepared. Every wedding is important, doesn t matter if it s $75 or $40,000. Since July 11, 2020 I have called six times, left voicemails and emailed six times. One email, the only reply to all my emails on Jul 18, 2020 said, Our marketing manager is working on it I will follow up with her. I ve received nothing else. I know that don t have a video, it s not possible to create a full screen video from a cellphone that was wobbling and not even turned in the correct direction. No one will speak with me or email me back. I m disputing the charge for the video payment; I haven t received the wedding video I paid for.
Proceed with caution booking anything through Everlasting Elopements. They are unprofessional, ill-equipped and Kari is rude. Avoid this company at all costs.

I first made contact with Everlasting Elopements three months before the ceremony. I did not understand the process completely and was a nervous wreak up until a week before the ceremony. I never thought of myself as a Bridezilla but my worst came out with not understanding and trusting Everlasting Elopements process. They have a process in place and know what they are doing. They have so many clientele and vendors that you can trust they will make the wedding of your dreams. The real magic happens the week to 2 weeks before the actually ceremony. So if you are booking months in advance have patience and trust their process. Also, it's best to be completely paid up as soon as possible to avoid any headaches. They have everything to make your dream wedding. They specialize in small weddings but they make them grand and memorable. Our vendors did a fantastic Job!

Believe the bad reviews of this place. My fiance and I were scheduled to get married on April 4, 2020. Because of Covid-19 ***** ***** banned groups of 10 or more in the Austin area. Our wedding had to be rescheduled due to this ban. We rescheduled to October 10, 2020 with Everlasting Elopements. We entered into a new contract with the new date. We signed the contract. A few days later we received another contract that had been edited, unbeknownst to us. No one had contacted us saying that the contract had been altered, so we wrongfully assumed that there was something wrong with the previous submission and resigned it. We are currently 60+ days away from our wedding that is supposed to be held at the State Capitol. We have decided to cancel our agreement with EE, and thought we were well within our rights to do so per the 60-90 day cancellation policy. When I contacted EE to cancel the wedding per the agreement we were told that because we rescheduled due to Covid-19 that there are NO REFUNDS. This is unreasonable, we are more than happy to cancel per the contract which states: 90-60 days prior to ceremony: 50% of contracted dues, $50 cancellation fee per vendor assigned to ceremony and loss of permit fees and/or add-on fees may apply . It turns out that the second contract they sent had an amendment that says NO REFUNDS. The contract is dated 3/19/2020, and the date under my signature says 3/18/2020. My fiance did sign the contract assuming as I said before that there was an issue with the previous submission. In fact that was not the case at all. EE covertly duped us into signing this "NO REFUNDS" contract. I am not willing to pay them 100% of the contracted amount for nothing. Our plans have changed and we no longer need their services. We are well within our rights to cancel per the 60-90 day cancellation policy.

Booking my wedding package was so simple and affordable. The venues to choose from are all amazing. We chose King William Park and were not disappointed. Amanda (planner/photography) was great and so was Erin (florist). I haven't seen the photos yet but Amanda was very accommodating with the list of photos I wanted. Erin understood my needs with flowers as well and they were perfect. The minister was very sweet and Rene set everything up perfectly. We were even able to set up a tripod with my phone to live stream to our friends and other family that weren't able to make it. I would highly recommend Everlasting Elopements for small and large weddings, especially during covid19.
After reading 1 star reviews, I was never in contact with anyone by the name Keri/Kari. Amanda was detail oriented and thourough throughout my entire experience.

If you need to change your date or time, you will have to pay another deposit and forfeit most of your previous money. If you decide to cancel your contract the fees are outrageous. I literally just lost almost $1200, and got absolutely nothing for it. They don t answer their phone, and if you are within 60 days of your wedding date and do it, you re going to be sick at how much they will steal from you. If you do decide to go with them, they won t even be able to tell you who their cake maker or flower shop is. I will spread the word on this company because their tactics are down right awful. READ the SMALL PRINT! A word of advice, you can put this together for cheaper, and better..... all by yourself. Don t say I didn t tell you so.

As the bride and groom, not satisfied due to not taking temperatures on our guests due to being in the middle of a pandemic!!!! The lady Leigh would even assure us that it was going to be A priority, papers were signed and all. I'm no Karen but not being on top of what was supposed to be done is just unprofessional. Was it because I decided not to have a large wedding packet with video editing or what!?
Yesterday was my event with everlasting elopements, I was married, by REV RAMOS. He has been officiating marriages over 10 years, huh!? The dude was shaking and studdering. Imagine being the bride and this man states the WRONG BRIDE NAME. OMG . How embarrassing it was. He even giggles when I corrected him. He didn't even read the script that we chose on our wedding packet that we had to choose from. Unprofessional. Our Family from Mexico was on facetime. And imagine being the bride and forcing a dauum smile when Called the wrong name. What a psychological Disaster.
If you (bride) don't plan on spending money for decorations and flowers with this small company then dont even bother paying for such a small ceremony, it's not worth it, gurl. They made our event look like it was nothing.
$$$$$$$$ DOWN THE DRAIN.

My aunt just had her wedding and here s what she has to say:
I don't even know where to begin with my horrible experience with Everlasting Elopements. Bottom line is I had the absolute worst nightmare come true. At the very last minute- the day before my destination wedding- I found out they hadn't ordered ANY of my flowers (bouquets, bouttineres, corsage, flower petals and aisle floral decor)-- even though I filled out a flower form with specific details. I had to make an emergency order and pay for it separately, even though it was supposed to be included in my package. After that, it was one thing after another on my wedding day:
1) my Cake and gift tables were not on order; ended up only receiving the cake table
2) the color of chair sashes were peach, not pink
3) they left out acknowledging past loved ones in the ceremony-- very, very upsetting. After the minister pronounced us husband and wife, I was like.. umm is he going to acknowledge my grandparents?? We were supposed to turn around to the guests but instead I was asking him about it. He said I'm sorry I don't know anything about that. And instead of a big smile on my face I wanted to cry!!
4) cake was horrible and dry
5) too many chairs and tables delivered to reception
6) the coordinator did not know how to pin the bouttineres- pins were sticking out and the bouttineres were falling
7) even though I filled out a long form asking for specific details about the ceremony, it was not given to the coordinator at the ceremony so She was asking me questions about how I wanted things to go-I already answered in the form and the last thing I wanted to do was COORDINATE the wedding!!!!!!!!
8) the aisle floral decor was a joke and expensive
9)I bought cake stands for both bride and grooms cakes and they didn t place them
10)and of course the flowers - they said I did not order any flowers, yet I have an email (see screenshot) confirming all the flowers I ordered. That same email had a link with the flower form which I filled out and submitted and was very specific.
I spoke to The owner, Kari, just hours before my wedding and I just couldn't believe my ears. I was literally at a loss for words. She was accusing me of being confused about what I ordered (I have proof of what I ordered and she still said I was wrong) and blaming me for not catching their mistakes. I felt completely defeated and cheated. My father graciously paid for a wedding coordinator service that we didn t get -- at all. I tried my best not to break down on my wedding day. I was so upset, not only by all the things that went wrong, but by the way Kari treated me. Absolutely NO compassion or I am so sorry, let me fix this and make it all better. She did not budge and she was completely out of line. She was so argumentative and rude that I finally just had to hang up on her.
Kari has no clue 1) how to treat people in the Customer service industry, 2) she does not comprehend follow thru 3) she does not understand that the industry she chose to attempt to build a company in requires compassion, thorough communication, attention to detail, etc. and 4) lastly I am positive she purposefully left out a very important part of my ceremony, where Everlasting Elopements asked me if I wanted to acknowledge past loved ones, which I did,.. and somehow that was not communicated to the minister or the coordinator. If anyone wants to hear more about my experience please feel free to contact me. It s chaotic enough planning a wedding, not to mention COVID interruptions; and the last thing you need is for so many things to go wrong and then to top it off, the person that you have paid to make things go smooth, is rude to you on your wedding day!
I would hate for this to happen to anyone. I will never forget this and I ll be telling this story for the rest of my life. Why risk ruining this important milestone. Just don't do it. Move on to another wedding planner.

We wanted a simple ceremony with our closest family and friends. We got just that. Our coordinator was great she answered all our questions from beginning to end and helped us find the perfect location for our wedding ceremony. Despite all the chaos of covid 19 our ceremony went great without any issues. Reverend Esparza officiated our ceremony and he was great. Our photographer did a great job I'm so glad we upgraded to the deluxe photography package. Would highly recommend this place.

We purchased the Premium Package which was a fabulous deal, and our wedding was perfect! We couldn t have asked for more, and we feel truly blessed to have found this fabulous service! Thank you so much!

**Edit: I see others have gotten a response, where I still have not even gotten an apology for them making me and my guest wait an additional 30 minutes past my scheduled ceremony, or even that they wanted to put the blame on us for "not paying". Yet the company is very quick to tell everyone else what they (bride/groom) did wrong. This company doesn't own up for their mistakes!! We didnt change plans, paid everything in full the day invoice was received(they cant keep track) and my whole party (we figured 13 but was 9) was there 15 minutes ahead as requested. **
We planned and decided 2 weeks before Halloween to get married on that day. I placed an order for the officiant and venue. I paid the deposit to hold our spot and time for 11am. The next day, we received the invoice and paid it in full through my husband's account. We signed all contracts and received and email 2 days before the ceremony confirming the Location, time, date, and name of officiant. I never spoke with one person in all those days. We were told to be at the location 15 minutes before our scheduled time. Our full party was already there. We waited and noone had arrived by 11am. We called the company (which was closed at the time) and text a number that had sent over our COVID questionnaire. I was get frustrated as I was not getting a response from anyone. Contract asked for everyone to be there 15 minutes ahead and there would be a fee if later then 15 minutes late. By 11:05 I finally heard back from the pastor who was on his way. He arrived (11:37am) and he performed such an amazing ceremony. He was great and was able to even pronounce my husband's last name. He apologized for being late and stated it was a time frame error. 2 days later, I received a text message stating the the reason he was late was due to us not making the payment and not being scheduled in. Umm hello- I received an email a few days earlier confirming the date and I always screenshot payments we make. I was TOLD "We need you to make payment ASAP so we can remove the hold from your marriage license". They did not have my license, we had already gone that morning to the court house and registered it. We were sent another invoice ( same invoice number as before) to make the payment. I sent the screenshots of the payment confirmation from the day we made the payment in full. I was told they had the payment but received it under his name and the reservation was under my name. But both of our names are on the contract, the money was paid to the same invoice number, so I'm not sure where they thought the extra amount showed up into their account. I was ok with him being a bit late and being so professional, nice, and performing an amazing ceremony. But to receive a message a few days later giving me an excuse insteading of just owning up to him being late, then threatening to hold my marriage license they do not have. That's what bothered me the most. I would not have called and called after 11am if I had not paid for my services already.

My experience was wonderful, they were very attentive to my questions and concerns. However, I was not happy with my photos. The photographer was good, but most of the pictures were the same.

My Fiancee and I had originally wanted a beach wedding in April of 2021. Leigh was great about answering my questions and getting back to me promptly.
My fiancee and I ended up winning a contest that paid for our wedding at a venue. I explained that we would really only need a photographer and asked about the "photographer only" packages as advertised on their site and was told that you can only get that if you book certain other things.
What's the point of calling it a "photographer ONLY" package then?!
I then kept getting different prices from different staff. One of them tried to tell me that the deposit I paid is just GONE and won't be credited toward my cancellation fee or any other services. Our wedding was PERFECT. Everyone was so helpful and kept things going so smoothly. Each vendor worked together and made it so easy for us. I was so stressed driving in. As soon as they arrived everyone made it so simple. I didn t have to worry about A THING. If we renew our vows I will definitely use this company again.

Perfect beach wedding I could ever ask! My husband and I wanted something small yet cute and this was everything we ever wanted! The photographer was amazing!

Our date was scheduled and paid for and the company changed it to the day before the date we selected to an undisclosed address over an hour away from where we booked. They simply stated "mile marker 18" for the address. We explained we were driving to the area (an 8 hour drive) the day they chose and couldn't possibly make the new date they gave. They said we could keep the original date for an extra 150 dollars. We never recieved the confirmation call you are supposed to get confirming your details and exact location (this service is specifird in the contract) and the emergency number given in their voicemail did not acknowledge our contact or even respond. Our minister was supposed to show up 15-20 minutes early as stated in the contract but was actually a few minutes late. Really the worst experience I have had with a company. The company has yet to contact me regarding the issues we faced though I have asked them to.
Edit:
The reply I got to this review was far different than the email I received when I informed the company of the above information. The owner responded I in a nasty tone and said I'm lucky I received services at all when I only scheduled my ceremony 24 hours in advance. She sent this accusation in an email as part of a chain that began almost a week before the ceremony date so I don't know how she came to that conclusion. She also stated her minister was not late and that I had been rude to him so I should be the one to apologize. This man was late and made a joke about being late during our vows (that are video recorded) and I should be the one to apologize? The owner also threatened to sue me for slander of her company with my "false accusations". I let her know I would love to hear from her lawyer to discuss the fact that part of the contract she signed had not been fulfilled (which we can prove with phone records) but have not yet heard from said lawyer.

My husband and I wanted an intimate ceremony for just the two of us. The process and service with everlasting was truly seamless from beginning to end. They responded quickly and answered all my questions. My bouquet turned out exactly as I wanted, the reverend was very friendly and made sure the day was all about us and the photos turned out breathtakingly beautiful. Would recommend for anyone looking for a stress free ceremony!

Do NOT hire them!! They refuse to speak on the phone with the customers after we asked many times, very unprofessional and they take forever to respond. Then after they did nothing except give a suggestion of a hall, they want $100 to meet. Instead of making wedding planning easier they made it harder and sent us behind a bit waiting for them to call which they never did. It s almost like a scam. Save your time and money and do NOT make the mistake of wasting your time with these people who don t know what they re doing.

Everlasting Elopements was a heaven sent when it comes to being on a budget. I had no stress planing my small wedding and the staff just by themselves was amazing!!! I got married on 09.03.2020 and I wouldn t change anything about our day!! Rev. Esparza was AMAZING!!! He performed our wedding and it was so amazing. We also had a photographer named crystal who we hired via Everlasting Elopements and let me say I was impressed!!! Overall like I said before I wouldn t change anything about our ceremony!!! Thank you thank you!! I highly recommended everlasting Elopements when it comes to wedding planning.

Everlasting Elopements is the way to go for a quick and easy wedding ceremony. You pick what package fits your needs and they take care of everything. The vendors they work with are all great from the florists, to bakers, to photographers and videographers. No better choice for a stress free ceremony.

Everlasting Elopements did our wedding 12/19/2020 in Austin, TX and everything went great! Justin did a wonderful job explaining everything and making sure things went smooth on our wedding day. He was great at answering all my questions and helping me pick out the perfect package for our day. Our officiant, photographer, and coordinator all made our wedding day perfect.

We were able to have a beautiful wedding through Everlasting Elopements. The entire process was so stress free through the planning and the day of. It's easy. Just pick the choices you want and show up! They do the rest. No hunting down multiple vendors or price shopping, its all one package. Loved it!

They put my wedding together in 24 hours and it was everything I had dreamed it could be. The bouquet was soooooo beautiful the cake, omg the cake, I have never had a better cake in my life. The officiant was very professional. I would recommend them to anyone planning a wedding both big or small.
My only regret is that the sun set too early and we never got to take advantage of the photos included in our package. They agreed to honor them at a later time, but with a new baby time just flew by and I'm sure they have a time limit on that sort of thing.

So I wanted help planning my SMALL wedding, which is what they "specialize" in. So I received an email, which just enclosed the package details, & to describe how I want my venue. So, as I'm looking at their website for locations I stumble across one venue that I thought was beautiful, I mean I saw a pic for a small reception. So when kari texted me the next day I let her know, & she tells me I wouldn't be able to have my wedding here, now the way it was put just didn't make sense. So when I got a text from kari the next day, I was so displeased with how she talked to me, Than she asks for my budget, & I tell her. She replies with oh, you want more of a MICRO wedding, now granted its a SMALL wedding, with double digits for the guest, & my budget isnt over the top, but my MOH & I planned on DIYing mostly everything to save money. I wasn't interested in a medium/large wedding & thats what instantly drew me in to everlasting elopements because it says they SPECIALIZE in SMALL weddings. I normally don't get offended easily but it just didnt make me feel good about my budget or the vision i hd for my wedding. Overall, customer service skills were horrible, & kari really needs to learn how to speak to a bride to be who is interested in her business.

Thank you Everlasting and your entire crew. Everyone was so helpful and professional the whole time and made the experience so memorable and beautiful. The officiant was great! I was really worried that this would be a disaster. How could someone plan something without meeting me face to face or having more communication but I was WRONG! These people are professionals. You tell them where you want it, what your idea is, and they make it come true. I couldn t have imagined something more magical for my wedding day. They made the venue come alive. Everything was on point and perfect! Our photographer captured so many wonderful pictures and I am just in awe when I look at them! If you are a person who cannot is even think of planning something without having an anxiety attack, call Everlasting Elopements. Worth every penny and it saves you so much stress and worry!!

The staff are all so friendly. I am so happy with the way everything turned out, I did not have to worry about anything they took care of it all. The flowers was absolutely gorgeous, the cake was more than I could ask for and the photographer did an amazing job, he was very patient with us through all the pictures and the pictures turned out awesome, Reverend Rene did a awesome job at making us relaxed and actually took some of my nerves away..:) I was more than pleased at how well he performed the ceremony. The coordinator did everything to make it all come together. I am so happy I chose Everlasting Elopements, I would definitely recommend them with 5 stars.....OUTSTANDING JOB!!!! Thank you so much to all the staff for making my day perfect!!!!!

Everything about this experience was amazing. Everything was perfect. I started out just Browsing around trying to get ideas for a vow renewal. When I came up short a friend of mine sent me everlasting elopements link. I sent a quick email wanting to chat and they responded very quickly. My husband and I knew we wanted to do a Vow renewal very quickly due to his work schedule. They communicated very well about everything. They sent helpful reminders and I felt at ease and never had any questions. When I dropped the ball to make a reservation for Hamilton pool the Team was very quick and helpful figuring out what we could do. All the officiant s, photography crew, and videographer were very amazing. My husband and I felt relaxed and like everything was still focused on us. I also apparently made the mistake of choosing a wedding ceremony versus the Vow renewal... so everyone got to meet us as Mr. And Mrs. For the first (really the second time) and I loved it. We truly felt like we were getting married for the first time anyway. We both cried and felt all the emotions we had the first time... we had planned on renewing our vows every 5-10 years and we recommend it for sure! We have only been married for 8 years and are thankful for our experience with everlasting elopements and staff/vendors!! Just waiting to see our photos and video!

I am extremely happy I chose everlasting elopements for our wedding. We planned our wedding on such short notice and they were able to execute such a beautiful wedding. Kari answered all of our questions and concerns before we even booked with them. A week before my wedding I received a call to go over the small details and to answer any questions I had. On the day of my wedding, I arrived to my wedding and the coordinators already had everything In place and ready to go. They were also very professional and friendly. It was a stress free experience for me. The photographer and officiant were also so amazing. I would highly recommend Everlasting Elopements to all my friends and family, you will not be disappointed.

Terrible customer service, I called to ask if we can keep our ceremony to be outside the Tower of the Americas but that if it did rain, if we can re-locate the day of the ceremony to a chapel and the lady just cut me off saying I've already dealt with you wife all morning about this and you all have already made the change to the chapel and now that you have made the change to the chapel there is nothing to talk about

The experience was overall great, only a couple of mishaps like forgetting to let us read our vows we had written, but that was fixed later on. The process was overall stress free and I was very pleased with all the vendors services.

Everlasting Elopements was supportive & transparent throughout the entire process. With this company we knew our: options available, choices to make (and when). We also had clear pricing for every part it without hidden fees or fine print. The only additional money we paid after selecting and paying our package was to buy all the photos their photographer took of our event above the original number in our package (which-much like the package pricing-was an absolute steal for the quality).
Our Experience:
Our wedding date had been set for October 10th and, due to Covid-19/bad luck/limited bandwidth to re-plan, we found ourselves re-starting our planning process on October 7th. I had reached out to other elopement companies weeks previously without success, so when I called Everlasting Elopements and left a voicemail (on 10/07) asking if they could make our wedding happen (on 10/10) I didn't think I would get a callback. I got a text message response right away offering their services. They compartmentalized all the aspects of making a beautiful ceremony happen (location, photographer, vows, flowers, etc.) and made sure we knew our immediate next step so we didn't get overwhelmed. Even with an insane timeline they remained flexible, positive, and genuinely thoughtful to our experience and what we wanted.
Everlasting Elopements made our beautiful ceremony happen in 2 days of planning and they did it without compromising what we wanted our event to be. If we had to do it again the only change we would make would be calling Everlasting Elopements immediately after our engagement.

My husband and I got married last year in a "civil ceremony" in Corpus Christie, TX. Although we were having a very small ceremony, we were a little bit stressed out as we currently live in Houston, and needed to drive to Corpus for the wedding on the very same of the ceremony; that meant everything had to be very well planned in order to avoid any inconvenient that day. With that said, Chloe and Shawna were always helpful, reachable at all times and always willing to answer my questions. Kudos to them! Then, on the ceremony date, Rev. Esparza went above and beyond to execute the most romantic ceremony we could have ever thought. Honestly, we never expected to find an officiant who will deliver such a genuine ceremony. Thank you Rev. Esparza, because you made our wedding to be unforgettable.
P.D: I did not give 5 starts because I want to bring to the company's attention Kari Esparza's lack of customer service skills. She always showed to be annoyed by my emails. Moreover, in one of her emails, she actually asked me to calm down. Mrs. Esparza must understand weddings, no matter if big or small, are always stressful for the couple.

Do not hire these people. The owner Kari is very unprofessional and rude. The contracts are worded very bad purposely. They will call you and text you until the get your money and then they will avoid you and result to communicating via email. They also told us the date we wanted was available then when time to sign the contract it wasn t. Then they tried to change our time from 2pm to 11am and blame us because we added an hour of rehearsal. Come to find out Kari she never verified the dates or times with the city. Also there are so many hidden and extra fees to do simple things like jump the broom. Also you pay the same fees even if you go with an outside vendor. Currently seeking legal action because I really feel hustled out of $900 was 20% of my deposit. In the contract is states non refundable $100. But when I informed them that I will be canceling the contract they then try to tell us we could apply left over money of $500 towards one of their vendors with additional fees. To think they tried to get me to sign another contract.

Everlasting elopements made it very easy to plan a small wedding, while getting to save a ton of money! Everyone was so kind and helpful and the space was a great size for the amount of guests we had (8). I would recommend them for anyone looking for a simple ceremony. They also are a great option for those in the military and are unable to plan something very large.

if you re looking to plan a small wedding in a short period of time this is the company to go with the wedding coordinator was amazing the florist does amazing flowers the cake decorator is also fantastic and all the photography is to die for , to be honest I was kind of skeptical at first since everything was dealt with through email or over the phone but at the end of the day as long as you give the details of what you re looking for your wedding will be amazing my wedding was more than perfect we got so many compliments and my small wedding dream really did come true . The day of my wedding was fantastic the whole team was so enthusiastic about making your day perfect I honestly couldn t ask for a better wedding. And a good plus with this company is the payment plans you could make payments up until the last 2 weeks. Another good thing with their team is they will answer all your questions and all your concerns and trust me I had a lot of them but at the end of the day like I said my wedding was so perfect totally recommending to all my family and friends

Everlasting Elopements did a wonderful job organizing our beach wedding. It was beautiful, well organized, and they had excellent communication. THIS IS GOING TO BE A LONG ONE. My husband and I w...
THIS IS GOING TO BE A LONG ONE. My husband and I went in wanting a very small and simple wedding due to COVID-19 we knew that this was our only option. I searched for elopements here in SA and I found Everlasting Elopements. I blame myself for not looking further into the comments because I'm pretty sure that I would have NEVER went through them. We did originally go with the home office chapel but once we saw that it was inside a home in a neighborhood we decided that was not something we wanted. We went with Overlook Pavilion over by the pearl the scenery is beautiful and represents us. The part of the pavilion that Everlasting Elopements has the bride and groom stand (if you look at their pictures) is by the pillars and where a rose bush is, I did not want to be in that direction because of the dead rose bush, I wanted to be in the direction that the riverwalk was. As I was emailing KARI (who is the OWNER) about my concern she was pretty rude in her response. Which I did not like at all. At that point I just felt that I just didn't need to communicate with her any longer. Amanda contacted me and let me tell you!!! Amanda was an angel and literally made me feel like a bride that didn't need to stress, she was my breath of fresh air, I seriously wish that she was there at my wedding.
The day of my wedding my sister and MOH got there early to make sure that the chairs were the way that we wanted them to be and guess what THEY WERE! I'm glad that they were and Kari (even though she was rude for no reason) was able to complete my request because honestly either way it was going to get done. On top of the rudeness every single guest (20) told us " who's that lady that was here? she was really rude for no reason" and I told them who she was and the OWNER of the company. My thing is, be rude to me whatever it sucks i dealt with it, thanks to Amanda my angel! BUT to be rude to my family is another story. Kari needs to work on her customer service skills, if she isn't happy with dealing with wedding she needs to find a different profession and maybe dress the part when it comes down to being a coordinator.
The Rev (im sorry i forgot his name, maybe Jesse) was also super amazing! He made it super special, short and sweet. I love that he was very cheerful and laughed with us. My wedding day was great with my husband and family together.
Also, i blame myself for this one but save your money people. They hit you with fees on fees on fees. Yes, i read the contact and we signed it but man do i regret it. Long story short, save your money, go with someone that is going to treat you right, and READ REVIEWS. The Rev and Amanda really just made our day a lot better.

When a couple decides to get married, there is a lot to consider. In my case, I decided to get married in a state and location that I have never been. I am in the military and I wanted to get married in a location that both families had easy access. Everlasting Elopements was perfect from the moment I called to find out more information. The first person that answered the phone was just excited as I was. The staff was able to answer all of the questions I had and reassured me that I should not be nervous, they will take care of everything. The beautiful of it all, I did not have to meet, or go to an office because everything was done electronically. They have a set list contracted for a cake bakery, flower arrangements, and photographer. All I had to do is send in pictures of what I was interested and they created a wonder piece that fit me. To say the least, I was very impressed. The day of, it could not go more beautifully. It was a huge stress relief to know they did all they could and went beyond to help me and arranged everything for me on my special day. If I could do it all over I would, again 120% go with Everlasting Elopements to arrange everything on my special day. And not to mention, they have decent pricing charts to fit every budget imaginable. Absolutely amazing!!!!!

Everlasting Elopements really saved us! Locally, for us, a wedding that we dreamed of would have cost us around $5,000. Yes we had to travel about 4 hours to use them but for a chance to get exactly what we pictured without the huge $$ (which that's why y'all built this company in the first place is to truly help people). Only true downside is some family members couldn't travel. That's how weddings go can't get everything to a T truly and that's okay.
To every future bride of EE!
please be keep in mind yes weddings are stressful regardless but also keep in mind how much these people are really trying to help you have the best day possible. Only giving you this message because I was worried over a few reviews. Yes it made me nervous but life is all about chances and yes I made the right choice and you can too.
Reverend Rene Esparza
You really enjoy what you do!! Just fantastic!!
Gerry Olert
You really caught the best of the best! Thank you so much.
Emilio Zuniga
You captured some of the most beautiful moments ever!
Kari Esparza
Thank you for being there for every moment I had an issue or worry. You were our first step to achieve our dream.
Erin Rose
Thank you much for the most beautiful like a dream flowers.
Levonne
You made my example cake come to life! Thank you so much!
I couldn't remember the name of our Wedding Day organizer. I'm so sorry I couldn't figure it out. But regardless you made me feel the greatest on our special day! So full of care!
Great Blessings to all at EE and all y'all's future weddings!
Thank you

I was ready to be thrilled with the simplicity and...
I was ready to be thrilled with the simplicity and ease of working with this company, but I've since been disappointed.
Before signing the contract, the staff reached out to confirm the venue I wanted was available for the date and time. BEFORE signing the contract, I asked it we could move it up an hour and if that would require a contract change to reflect this request. The staff said moving up an hour would not be a problem and that there was no need to update the contract to reflect this. This was discussed three months before the wedding.
Two weeks before the wedding I reached out to confirm the time shift and they told me that they would have to check in with the venue. The day before the wedding my message was returned and it turned out that the time could not be moved. This is not a huge issue, but I felt a bit like I was pressured into signing a contract with incorrect information on the promise that the time could easily be switched, which was not the case. In response, the company wrote, "...as you know the VENUE never got back with us in regards to moving your time up as requested on 12/12/19. During the holiday's many venues staff members take time off, etc and in your case the event coordinator from the VENUE was on vacation and she is the only one who has the power to change times." I would understand this response more if I had not requested a change in time in August BEFORE signing the contract.
On the day of the wedding the staff were 30 minutes late, so nothing was set up before people started to arrive. When the staff arrived, they had to ask me what we had paid for and how to set everything up, which I was surprised by. There was also a mix up with the flowers and they did not arrive, so there were no flowers of any kind at the ceremony. I was promised a refund for this, the staff writing to me, "As I stated before we have already issued you a refund for the flowers. Please let us know if you have not received it."
It has been over a month and I have yet to receive a refund for the missing florals despite contacting the company to request guidance on how the refund will be processed.
We opted for a mini reception with champagne and cake cutting. We paid extra per person for this service. Only two bottles of champagne were provided for 50 people and they were both warm. If I had known that the extra per head did not include champagne I would have brought additional, chilled bottles. I understand if the extra fees were not covering more alcohol, but I wish this had been clearly communicated so that I could plan accordingly. I brought this up in my follow up email, but it was never addressed.
The photographer and officiant were wonderful and performed a lovely, short ceremony - which is what we wanted. The photos are lovely.
I think the cost overall was reasonable. I am more disappointed in the response I received from the company after the event. I felt that they did not address my concerns and blamed me for choosing a difficult venue, writing, "I'm sure you noticed that is quite a hike to the X VENUE and your officiant was helping THE PLANNER (in heels) track everything to the VENUE."
I am surprised by this response, as it implies that they would have been on time had a chosen another location. However, if this is a difficult location for the company to work with, I would think they would have expressed that early on in the process.
