Absolutely horrible experience getting microblading here. I went in and she plucked more to make it so I had even less of my little eyebrows and then she tried to raise them? I left looking like I had thick wet painted eyebrows for three days. When I was allowed to wash them off I had just a faint scar-like line above my eyebrows. It s horrible. Such a waste of money. I have spoken with like 6 people there about my experience in hopes of getting my money back. One person told me I can t because I used a groupon. The owners were supposed to call me a couple weeks ago but haven t. I m posting this at the end of April, I went mid-February and have literally been calling them just about weekly since. Save your money, go elsewhere. Absolutely furious with the whole thing.

Amazing masseurs who are very responsive to your needs and body. Great service, rooms, and overall vibe. My partner and I had the couples massage and it was definitely an intimate and relaxing experience.
I just received a couples massage with my boyfriend. He had a wonderful experience with the man who massaged him, but I did not. We paid for the hour long massage with aroma therapy and the woman who massaged me, Kathleen, seemed to rush through the entire massage. I did not receive the aroma therapy and she hardly focused on my neck and shoulders which I asked her to focus on. My boyfriend said the man massaged his temples also and I would have really liked that, but Kathleen did not do this for me. She mainly focused on my legs which I did not like at all. She even left the room while my boyfriend was finishing up his massage. I ve received a massage here before and had a wonderful experience. If I decide to come back I will be sure to not get Kathleen. I am very upset.
I am very pleased with this facility. Very comfortable & relaxing. Had a fantastic massage & facial. I fell asleep twice during my facial. I was able to make a same day appointment for me & my sister. I definitely recommend making an appointment because they do book up. I felt very relaxed from it.

This spa is wonderful in every aspect, from the front desk to staff and the ambiance/decor to the services themselves. It always smells great & is kept very clean every time I go. I've had massages by multiple therapists there and every one of them are nothing short of amazing. Plus the prices there just can't be beat. They have specials every week Mon-Thurs for massages & facials. If you're still debating on going, don't. They're totally worth it.
First time ever getting a professional massage and I had an amazing experience here! My husband and I came here for the couples deep tissue massage which we both had a great time. The atmosphere was very relaxing and charming. As an added bonus the prices are very doable! My massage therapist Evan did such a fantastic job. He made me feel very comfortable and coached me through the process. My husband and I felt great at the end and we will definitely be coming back!
First time going for a couples massage and it was beyond my expectations.. Jermaine and Kathleen took very good care of us.. the setting was very relaxing clean and very nice spa..loved the massage, ours included aromatherapy and pineapple scrub for our feet..definately would recommend and will be going again
DIDNT PURCHASE GROUPON Came for a spa day with a friend for her birthday. Ill start by saying although she cleaned my face well the facialist was texting during service, stopped massing me to answer a text. Once I started to relax a commercial or loud ding would ring through so she was clearly using her phone to play music in the room..super tacky. The massage.. I felt myself wondering (Kathleen, I think was her name) if she knew what she was doing as she pinched my fat on my hips, twisted my shoulders and hips painfully in opposite directions, it got so bad, that I ended the session half way through. And the manager gave me a measly 10% discount off the facial to rectify all of these pretty major concerns. Needless to say, I will not be back..

I drove 3 hours to surprise my daughter with a spa day and it was wonderful! The staff and estheticians were knowledgeable and very accommodating. The beautiful atmosphere and sweet demeanor of my masseuse and wrap specialist made the day a joy! I will be back for my facial very soon!
UPDATE: Less than 24hrs after my last visit the Owner personally contacted me to rectify the situation. She heard me out, expressed her apologies and was courteous. I really appreciated her simply hearing me out and addressing my concerns. Today was probably one of the better experiences I had here. Clarissa was great and very attentive. Just be sure not to wear any earrings because her neck work is very thorough lol I have already booked my next appointment!! Thank you again to the owner for the personal touch!
My husband and I went for a couples massage and it was absolutely amazing! The place was very clean and relaxing, staff was very friendly and our therapists were great! We both feel more relaxed than we have in a very long time! I highly recommend Essentials
Went there today and the massage was just okay. Nothing spectacular. And I was supposed to get the hot stones which I never got. Called right after I left and still haven't received a return call. I asked was a relaxtion massage was only rubbing around in circles and she told me yes. No kneading at all. I could have let my hubsand do that for free. Won't be going back
First time experience today. Massage and facial. It was simple and fine. Likely not a spa I will return to, though. For me, an experience is what matters so much at these places. I asked for a glass of wine. The technician said she had to ask management. Odd. She came back and kindly told me that after my facial and after my massage, only then, would they be able to give me a glass of wine. That, again, seemed odd, as a nice glass of wine would seem to be part of the relaxation experience. Why give it to the client before they got back into their car to drive? Regardless, I agreed, of course. I wanted to see their follow through, so I never mentioned it again. I spent $110. I was never provided that glass of wine. It s the little things....
The massage wasn t anything notable. Just fine. I asked for deep/hard pressure. The person they put me with was nice, but didn t apply the hard pressure I wanted all too much. Before the massage began the massage technician turned on the bright house lights and unscrewed the legs of the table to adjust the height. It took away from the dim/relaxed experience and was a bit strange as I stood there and just waited. I have no problem waiting, but it seems this should have already been done before I was greeted and ushered in.
Again, it s simple. It s lower priced than many places. They run specials. Nothing too noteable, from my perspective.
If I could do it again I would skip the facial (nothing to do with the tech) and just do the cheapest massage option offered. It was not much of a massage. Nothing at all like others I have had in the past, I m sorry to say.

First impression: clean and tasteful. However, sheets were a little rough, nothing you can't tolerate. Dim lighting in massage room, soft music and even a little simulated fireplace. Masseuse was giving it all her effort while checking to see if I was comfortable. Kudos Amanda!
My husband and I had an amazing experience during our couples massage. Evan was very professional and so was the other staff. No upselling which I always have negative experiences with at other spas so I was really impressed. It made the experience super smooth to keep the relaxing atmosphere. The massage itself was spectacular. We left super relaxed . The facility is clean and well decorated. I will be returning soon!!!
Jermaine did a fantastic job! I really liked that he explained everything he was going to do before the massage began and asked me prior to working on my glutes if I was comfortable receiving work in that area. He checked in on pressure multiple times to make sure I was comfortable. He was able to fit in a full-body massage and foot scrub in an hour without it feeling rushed. I will definitely return my next trip to Orlando!
The massage was great, but the pedicure could have been better. The nail tech kept sticking me and the service was rushed. My nail polish started chipping off by the next day. The nail tech that did my boyfriend's pedicure didn't do a good job either.

Love this place. It s a hidden gem. My therapist paid attention to details and responded to my trouble area. I ve never had my shoulder massages like that before and I m feeling so much better.
Don't buy their groupons... if you can't redeem it they penalize you with $25 (even when didn't use it and they got their money already) plus the difference on price for the service you purchased. They not even let you use the value if your Groupon for any other service with the excuse that it was a pre-discount package which make nonse since you are going to use theirs services anyways. I called twice and they gave two different versions. It was a big waste of $$ for my friend that gifted to me.
My husband surprised my mom and I with an awesome massage package. It was great. Ask for Barbara and Alexis. They were really great. They did a good job of making us feel comfortable and focusing on our main pain points. Returned there a few days later for a facial.
It was a wonderful experience to get a couple massage for the first time.. i can say it's the best and beautiful spa in Orlando. Try it you won't be disappointed.. all the therapist and front desk were very help full and knowledgeable... Will be back soon
Facial awesome, massage good, pedicure/manicure not what I'm use too. She seemed really inexperienced. Did not scrap the dead skin off my feet . Pretty much paid for a polish job. Prices reasonable. Make sure you ask if a certain service is an upgrade, or you will get sticker shock at the end. Wine and crackers a nice bonus at the end.
I m not sure why this is still up on Groupon. Worst massage ever. All they do is rub you. Not a massage. I went on Valentines Day and it still brings back horrible flash backs
The atmosphere is nice and the staff are friendly but I m giving it two stars because I had two unfortunate experiences having facials done. If you are looking for extraction done, look elsewhere. The facials here are basically a gentle skin massage with different products. The response from management was underwhelming as they seem to not care that their aesthetician is lack-luster. I am going to assume it s just me who had a bad experience because they claim it is their best aesthetician but I was very disappointed in the service and the response.
I went to Orlando, Florida, to celebrate my sister's birthday and stumble across this massage and spa. Jermaine was amazing. I left the spa feeling a 100 percect relaxed, the staff was friendly and service was quick. I will definitely go back again..
Very poor experience. Massage therapist did not pay any attention to the areas of focus I highlighted and the massage felt very routine. I paid extra for deep tissue and under no circumstances could what I got be considered deep tissue - in fact, I would not even consider the pressure firm. On top of all of this, as I was being walked back to my room, I overheard the other massage therapists actively talking poorly about their previous clients - saying things like everyone has a medical diagnosis and rolling their eyes. Very unprofessional and made me feel immediately unwelcome.
I am sitting here, in my car, outside the salon, with more pain than I left because nothing was actually worked out - only irritated. Shame, because it is a genuinely nice facility.

On top of that the prices are extremely reasonable. By far one of the best spas in Orlando and I will definitely be coming back.
It was the worst massage I've ever had. The lady that booked me quoted a price for 90 mins. During the massage, the therapist stopped after 50 mins and argued with us that it was not 90 mins. After talking to them at the front desk, she came back with a bad attitude and disan additional 15mins. Then when we went to pay, they tried upcharhing us. It was a very bad experience. I will never return.
Do not come to this salon. This is ridiculous. Evey single time I come here it's an issue. It's like they go out of their way to be unhelpful. I've been a long time customer of this spa and the issues started in 2019 when I started recommending people. I had an issue with my partner, my friend, and now my mom. This use to he the best salon in metrowest and now it's just trash.
They are scam artists. They run a shady establishment. I booked the appointment a day ahead for my mother's birthday. The woman who booked the appointment charged my card and told me that if anything happens and she couldn't make the appointment to call and let them know. The day of the appointment my mpm was not able to make it so I calles as soon as the opened to cancel. No one answered the phone for two hours and when she finally answered she refused to redund mu money. Yes, she canceled the appointment and kept my money for a service I never received. There is no mention anywhere that they do not offer refunds and she never mentioned that when I booked the appointment. She was also extremely rude and hung up on me. This was my experience as a FIRST time customer. THEY ARE THIEVES!

I would absolutely recommend you find a different spa if you are looking for any kind of facial, brow, or eyelash work. The esthetician I was assigned immediately started telling me how awful my eyebrows are when I walked in and began drawing on my face to show me what I should let her tattoo on my face. I wish I had a picture because she drew clown eyebrows above my perfectly manicured, albeit thin natural brows. Oh. Did I mention I was there for lash extensions? Yeah, so that was my first ten minutes. I told her what look I was going for with the lashes (full, not long since mine are already long) and what did I come out with? Big bird lashes. Thin, to my forehead, big bird lashes. When I asked her to cut them down she said no. So I left, came back an hour later and had them removed. You sign all sorts of things beforehand saying you understand the process blah, blah, blah, but when someone doesn't listen to what I've requested and ultimately does not do the service as advertised or requested, I most certainly ask for a refund. I was even super nice about it. I was offered a refund but told they'd have to have the owner complete it. I even have an offer of a refund in writing... yet here we are almost two months later and nothing. I do not like doing business with shady people and I most certainly will move forward if the crook that owns this business does not come forward with a refund. If it were me, I would be working to find employees that actually listen to the client and perhaps don't offend them when they first walk through the door with insults about features with which they were born.
Find another salon. At least corporate franchises will back their products and honor refunds if they make a mistake.
Had a great massage by Jermaine today! My first in 5 & 1/2 to 7 years! I have back issues and also have a bulging disk in my lower back on the left right now. I really needed this to bring down tension all around & help loosen that area. It was a great experience. I happened to use a Groupon (and tipped with card at their office) but their normal prices are so reasonable as well. Will definitely go back sometime!
If your looking for an amazing massage therapist look no further than Judith at Essential Spa & Salon in Metrowest. She is absolutely the best! Great customer service and she really knows how to give you the correct amount of pressure. If I could leave a 10 star I would :)
Wow what an experience! My husband and I were in for a couples massage and being that We work on our feet all day this was exactly what was needed. The massage therapists made us feel very comfortable and worked out all the kinks in our bodies.. we feel brand new! The staff were very warm and welcoming, I highly recommend this place!
Booked a 50 min couples massage for Valentine's. arrived 20 min early but was serviced 10 min after my appt. of 3pm by 3:50 my wife and I were getting dressed. Feel cheated, will not be a returning customer.
