I've been going for over a year. Just as nice as more expensive brand name spas, but more reasonable pricing.

My girls and I visted this amazing spa last week and our experienced was great. I booked this for us weeks ago and Vee the woman at the front desk was very kind. My massage therapist Natlean was AMAZZZZIINNNGG!! I never had a massage session that was so relaxing. My girls and I enjoyed our massages and the staff were very kind and down to earth. And the prices are great as well. Whenever I'm back in Orlando I will be back for another session.

I called to make an appointment around 8:30 last night. No one answered and I figured it was because they were about to close but the front desk agent called me right back. They honored my Groupon at the store so I didn t need to buy it third party.

The massage was heaven. I m a server I stand on my feet 10-11 hours a day with no breaks. We have a staircase in my building so I m constantly up and down the stairs. My body was in a lot of pain. Larry took care of me. I feel like a new woman. I will go back regularly. Very professional, lovely decor, excellent service.

I love it here. Everyone was very nice and I felt like I was taken care of. Definitely recommend to everyone. Wonderful start to my birthday.

Worst couples massage experience I've ever had! Masseuse had a fanny pack and for a half hour dragged that against my headrest causing a huge distraction. Told her three times that it was distracting and if she could adjust it so I wouldn't hear jingling zipper and vinyl rub inches from my ear. Massage overall was terrible and I wouldn't even call it mediocre. Facilities were nice but staff made it frustrating. Exactly the opposite of what I paid for. Told masseuse my lower back hurt and she never touched it. Under no circumstances could I recommend this place.

Got a couples massage for my first experience here and I will definitely be back! Very personable and genuinely caring staff! And you honestly can't beat the prices for the high quality services they provide. Thank you mariama and jermaine!!

I wouldn t recommend. I received way better service at other spas with more amenities included as well. You come to get a massage then they quickly boot you out the door for there next client. Oh yea... I can t forget about the little plastic cup filled with tap water they hand you on the way out. I wouldn t go back.

**Response Reply: I found out about this location through Groupon like I usually do for a Spa. The amount I paid here was around the same price at another location I went to with way more amenities. Regardless of the fact of price, a spa experience should never feel rushed... especially after! It takes away the experience. Instead of being cheap, add more amenities therefore it ll be a bit more enjoyable after an experience that is suppose to be relaxing. Again, I wouldn t recommend this location.

Although your place is gorgeous, my massage therapist smelled so bad, it made my stomach weak, I had to stop.

Hmmmm...Well, I am visiting Orlando, coming from Jacksonville for a Coding Seminar and thought it would be nice to also get a massage while I was there. I was going to purchase the massage via Groupon, but after reading some of the reviews, it looks like if you purchase the massage at the Groupon price, you actually get what you pay for.....lesser service. Guess I should keep it moving.

The massage was a gift from my son. It was my first time at Essentials! The massage therapist- Misty was the BEST since my last massage 2 years ago. I have a sciatic nerve on right side and Misty knew exactly what to do. I felt relaxed and feeling much better before the appointment. Misty is professional and courteous. I plan to continue with weekly messages with Misty.

If you're planning to get permanent makeup done by Olena, DON'T!!!! Firstly, she does not honor the Groupon as she claims she will. And most importantly, she does not do what you ask her to, i asked for winged eyeliner and eyebrow microblading, instead she did nonexistent eyeliner that was exceptionally painful bc she refused to do more anesthetic and "powered" eyebrows that isn't even and barely noticeable. Then she had the nerve to want to charge me an additional $80 just for the eyebrow touch up. I went to Janny in Longwood and she did an excellent winged eyeliner in 45min, compared to the 4 hours i spent with Olena while she cursed nonstop in Russian. My friends and family will no longer go to this place. Money and time is wasted here.

Hands down the best massage we have had in a minute. The staff was incredible. This is definitely where I am going from now on

Jermaine was awesome! This was a present for my Birthday and Jermaine was very detailed yet professional. He addressed every muscle, even the ones I didn't know needed attention. I was truly pleased. Thank you Jermaine for such a wonderful experience. Your hands are God sent!! I definitely want to go back and experience a facial.

We had such a good experience here at our first visit that we planned to make the two hour trip just to come back again. We booked a deal on Groupon. Just called to make an appointment and they would not accept because we ve been here once before over a year ago. They chose to lose our business rather than honor the deal we already paid for.

I've been here on three different occasions now, and have always received exemplary service. Very nice and clean establishment. Very tranquil atmosphere, and they doing a great job helping you relax. Great massage, highly recommend

THE MASSAGE I HAD BY FLO WAS GREAT, SHE WAS DETAILED AND THOROUGH. HAD AN 8O MIN SWEDISH, GREAT MASSAGE AT A GREAT PRICE WILL BE BACK AGAIN. I FELT THE RECEPTIONIST CAME OFF SOMEWHAT RUDE OVER THE PHONE, BUT WHEN I GOT IN SHE SEEMED ALRIGHT, OTHERWISE IT'D BE 5 STARS.

What an amazing experience.This was my 2nd professional massage and this time I decided to treat my sister so I booked a couple's on Groupon. She's very uncomfortable with people touching her and tends to get social awkward but K and Evan made the experience totally comfortable and relaxing for both of us. It was like we were hanging with friends. The establishment is beyond clean, and the staff was super attentive and friendly. If there are any changes that could be made it was only that the waiting area was very small but you are not there very long after filling out your paperwork. I would recommend getting there 10 minutes early for the paperwork although it is only 1 sheet front and back. As previously stated, such a fabulous experience.

The spa itself seems fine as far as the ambience and courteous staff, the massage package itself was not worth it. I was able to try out their couples massage package through a groupon purchase, which was supposed to be a One Hour massage with Hot Stones, Reflexology and a Pineapple Scrub. We arrived at least 15 minutes before the massage, as they requested, however, they were running behind and didn't take us in at our specified time, which was not a problem to us, but then they also cut our massage short because as they said "We are running behind". As far as the massage went, there was no Reflexology massage done, and the hot stone massage consisted of them laying ONE hot stone on our backs, but not actually massaging with it, which pretty much defeated the purpose. All in all, I will not be returning to this spa.

Very nice setting inside. Aroma peaceful and relaxing and the front desk ladies were very helpful. I paid extra for a deep tissue Swedish massage and it was not deep tissue. There are about 7 people both male and female working and they have back to back clients. It felt impersonal and reminded me of herding cattle lol. I did not receive any massaging on my lower back which i needed and stated. She did work on my shoulders and neck as I had large knots. So my back still hurts as it got no attention. The ladies were nice but like I said it is very impersonal. I suggest knowing what you want them to work on before you get in there. They also spent time lightly rubbing my scalp? I wanted deep tissue and felt like i got mostly a light massage. I prefer the individual therapists that take their time and its not just a routine they do.

Worst experience.. took groupon for hot stone massage,reflexology,aromatherapy and pineapple scrub. But just got a regular massage without any of the above addons. The therapist didn t use hot stone at any point of time. If I wanted a regular massage I would have rather ended up paying less for regular massage for 39$ than taking groupon which is 49$(135$ actual worth).Was greatly disappointed. Massage was not at all relaxing.Wouldn t recommend this place

Absolutely loved my Swedish massage with Judith. She is professional and has the hands of an angel. I fell asleep during my massage Definitely coming back just to see her . I took my 15 year old daughter here for her first spa day outing. My therapist was Caitlyn and she hit every nook and cranny. My daughter had Rosana and she said, "She did good. She had nice and soft hands."

I purchased a Groupon for this place and I will sho'nuff be visiting again. Highly highly recommend.

Sadly I couldn't even rate their service, call to make an appointment and even that was very frustrating, the person on the phone which I believe it's the owner couldn't understand and kept asking me to repeat myself, and saying things that i never said, finally thinking I made an appointment for my husband and I. After calling 5 times to inform them I was going to be 5 mins late nobody picked up the phone. I showed up on time with my husband and they still got all the information wrong, the owner sitting next to the receptionist knowing she messed up the appointment and even change our service times, didn't even say anything. At that point my husband and I decided to cancel the appointment and go somewhere else. I give one star for the horrible service from the owner and reception staff.

The experience was great from the check in until check out. My husband and I had a couples massage and Cheryl and Ruben were our therapist. They were awesome! They took their time and explained what was going to happen. It was my husband's first massage and he thoroughly enjoyed his. We used a Groupon and the value was great! We will definitely be going again!

Absolutely horrible experience getting microblading here. I went in and she plucked more to make it so I had even less of my little eyebrows and then she tried to raise them? I left looking like I had thick wet painted eyebrows for three days. When I was allowed to wash them off I had just a faint scar-like line above my eyebrows. It s horrible. Such a waste of money. I have spoken with like 6 people there about my experience in hopes of getting my money back. One person told me I can t because I used a groupon. The owners were supposed to call me a couple weeks ago but haven t. I m posting this at the end of April, I went mid-February and have literally been calling them just about weekly since. Save your money, go elsewhere. Absolutely furious with the whole thing.

Amazing masseurs who are very responsive to your needs and body. Great service, rooms, and overall vibe. My partner and I had the couples massage and it was definitely an intimate and relaxing experience.

I just received a couples massage with my boyfriend. He had a wonderful experience with the man who massaged him, but I did not. We paid for the hour long massage with aroma therapy and the woman who massaged me, Kathleen, seemed to rush through the entire massage. I did not receive the aroma therapy and she hardly focused on my neck and shoulders which I asked her to focus on. My boyfriend said the man massaged his temples also and I would have really liked that, but Kathleen did not do this for me. She mainly focused on my legs which I did not like at all. She even left the room while my boyfriend was finishing up his massage. I ve received a massage here before and had a wonderful experience. If I decide to come back I will be sure to not get Kathleen. I am very upset.

First time ever getting a professional massage and I had an amazing experience here! My husband and I came here for the couples deep tissue massage which we both had a great time. The atmosphere was very relaxing and charming. As an added bonus the prices are very doable! My massage therapist Evan did such a fantastic job. He made me feel very comfortable and coached me through the process. My husband and I felt great at the end and we will definitely be coming back!

Jermaine and Kathleen took very good care of us.. the setting was very relaxing clean and very nice spa..loved the massage, ours included aromatherapy and pineapple scrub for our feet..definately would recommend and will be going again

Came for a spa day with a friend for her birthday.
Ill start by saying although she cleaned my face well the facialist was texting during service, stopped massing me to answer a text. Once I started to relax a commercial or loud ding would ring through so she was clearly using her phone to play music in the room..super tacky.
The massage.. I felt myself wondering (Kathleen, I think was her name) if she knew what she was doing as she pinched my fat on my hips, twisted my shoulders and hips painfully in opposite directions, it got so bad, that I ended the session half way through.
And the manager gave me a measly 10% discount off the facial to rectify all of these pretty major concerns.
Needless to say, I will not be back..

I drove 3 hours to surprise my daughter with a spa day and it was wonderful! The staff and estheticians were knowledgeable and very accommodating. The beautiful atmosphere and sweet demeanor of my masseuse and wrap specialist made the day a joy! I will be back for my facial very soon!

UPDATE:
Less than 24hrs after my last visit the Owner personally contacted me to rectify the situation. She heard me out, expressed her apologies and was courteous. I really appreciated her simply hearing me out and addressing my concerns.
Today was probably one of the better experiences I had here.
Clarissa was great and very attentive. Just be sure not to wear any earrings because her neck work is very thorough lol I have already booked my next appointment!!
Thank you again to the owner for the personal touch!
