This place was nice in Appearance but my massage felt rushed kind of got scratched up and my partner got a hot towel as I did not the man seemed very straight forward not gentle or soft spoken kind of a disappointment this was our first time at this place but sadly it ll be our last

Do not recommend to anyone. I had an awful experience here. My boyfriend and I went for a couple's massage, aromatherapy, reflexology, hot stone and a pineapple exfoliation. My boyfriend's therapist did a good job but mine BARELY TOUCHED MY BACK. I got my back massaged for a whole 3 minutes (that's being generous). I even expressed to her that I wanted emphasis on my lower back. I was in shock when she said it was over. I basically got lotion put on my arms and legs and MAYBE 5-10 minutes was spent on my neck and head. On top of it all, we didn't even get the full hour (not the first one to complain about that! We got 40 minutes.). I should've said something right after but my boyfriend had a nice experience and it was his first massage ever. I didn't want to ruin it for him.

Before writing this review, I wanted to give them the chance to fix it so I emailed the spa telling them everything that happened. I received a call the next day by the manager - Bodhi - and when I called her back, all I got was "we could give you 20% off on your next massage". I declined. That is extremely cheap, considering I didn't even get 20% worth of a massage THAT WAS ALREADY PAID FOR. I told her on the phone that it was not enough to compensate for barely getting a massage and she basically said "oh well I'm sorry" and repeated that I would get 20% off imy next one. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

For Christmas, my daughter gifted me with a Swedish massage, a facial and manicure pedicure from The Essentials Spa. What an absolutely fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly professional, courteous, and kind. I will definitely be back, and I highly recommend this spa. It is the best spa in Orlando.

Horrible experience. They cancelled our couples massage, finally got through to my cell phone 50 minutes before the massage, because one of the therapists "got sick," probably contracted COVID-19. I asked if I could just get my girlfriend in with the therapist who did not contract COVID-19, and they said they were "all booked" the rest of the day."

Dry massage. Not too expert, too difficult to find. Take a good price deal from groupon. U will get a good discount.

I ve been seeking a good massage spa for over a year now and Essentials is by far the best in Orlando. I was able to schedule and come in for a massage on the same day. The sign in process was simple and the receptionist was nice. My masseuse (Kim) was nice, made me feel comfortable and provided excellent service. The quality of service is really good for the price. I definitely recommend.

This was a great find while we were in Orlando on vacation!!! Very friendly staff and prices were amazing!!! Don t use Groupon.... book direct... prices are just as reasonable....Larry was one of the best massage therapists I have ever had!!!! He worked out all the knots and tension in my neck and shoulders!!! We will be back on our next vacation to Orlando.

First couples massage there and was very relaxing. Nice atmosphere and clean. Only suggestion is to set tables next to each other for couples - I was pointing away from my husband when our heads could have been right by each other.

Couples massage was a great experience and great price! They honored the Groupon price when mentioned on the phone so we didn't have to purchase separately, so that was nice. We also enjoyed the complimentary water and wine. Would definitely come back.

This was first time ever getting a massage and facial. Mrs. Faye was amazing, I like how she took time out to find out my needs and wants. Very friendly, knows her job, very professional and kept me laughing even through my pain. I enjoyed every moment of my massage and my facial was great, I dont remember her name but she was excellent at my facial. I came out feeling like I had a new face and body. Would definitely recommend Essentials Spa. I will be back soon.

Disappointed. Massaged us where we specifically said we didn t want and put down on the info sheet but they didn t even take the time to look it over. My massage was very rushed and not thorough. It was also extremely cold. Really upset I spent all that money so I would not recommend :(

I took my hubby for Valentine's weekend just to get some much needed RnR. This was our first time going to get a professional full body massage. I loved the smell as soon as you walked into the office. There was literally no waiting which was excellent. Me and hubby were in the same room together with the lights dimmed making it sensual and peaceful all together. Relaxing music and aromatherapy. I must say the feet scrub made me feel like I was floating. The body rub was great and she knew where the tension was and focused on that to loosen it up. My husband enjoyed it and we would definitely do this again. I would like to try the facial on my next visit. Thank you for the service!!

I have a wonderful experience each and every time get a massage here. I love the fact that you are able to book a massage with your preferred massage therapist. My last 2 visits with Jermaine have been very pleasant. He listens to your needs, makes sure you are comfortable and uses his skills to the best of his abilities. I am indeed satisfied with the service and will be booking more of my future appointments with Jermaine.

Very laid back place with a friendly staff. You really can't beat their prices, especially their daily specials and add-ons. Plus, they're open late so I can go after work! Go on Tuesday, thank me later.

Purchased a groupon for my mom's birthday. She was visiting from outside the country. She enjoyed the hot stone massage and she came out feeling great. The next morning she said the massage worked as she wasn't feeling the usual back pain. (Thank you Faye) However, she did not receive all that was included in the package. Being as though it was her bday, I expected her to receive her glass of champagne.
The staff is friendly. Place is clean. Place smells great. Aside from the champagne issue, it was good. I'll be booking one for myself soon.

I went to this spa (MetroWest location) on my birthday in April, and I used a Groupon deal. Great prices, however I am used to having massages in other places (Massage Envy, resorts, etc.), and I was disappointed that I had no warmer for the table that they had me lay on, and the room was extremely cold. I had to ask the therapist to put the air up, but it barely made a difference. The massage itself was mediocre, nothing spectacular, but it did help relieve some of my tension and pain. I am considering trying this location again, however I hope the experience is a lot better than the first time.

My boyfriend took me to Essentials Spa for a couples Massage. It was wonderful. I had Faye, and I advised her our everything that was wrong with me. She spent more time on my problem areas, and did some stretching on my legs since I advised that I had some issues with my hips. My boyfriend really enjoyed his massage too. We will be back. I would really recommend this location. Its beautiful inside, and the staff is great.

The prices are really affordable. The staff is also very knowledgeable and friendly. Had an amazing experience. Would definitely visit this salon if I visit the same place in Florida again. I would strongly recommend this place. :)

I've may have been like 3 times already after my first initial groupon and i love it ..I've also brought my mom, aunt and boyfriend and they all loved it .. With or without the groupon its still the best deal in Orlando, i know because I've tried different places already . And for someone who has sciatica i have to be careful who does my massage . Also the staff is amazing . will definitely be coming back again :)

First review I have ever written. My girlfriend and I purchased the groupon deal and scheduled a couples massage. I was exhausted and fell asleep, my girlfriend was still awake. She told me as soon as I fell asleep my masseuse pretty much left the room. As for my girlfriends experience, she told me her masseuse was being inappropriate. Please be wary of the male massage therapists there.

I love going essentials spa and salon. really luxurious environment. They try to accommodate your schedule. The facials are excellent and are very relaxing. The esthetician takes her time to examine your skin and see what is the best products for your skin. I recommend this place. The prices are excellent.

Do not go to have your eyebrows microbladed! They only know one shape, wide! Not willing to listen to what you want! Poor results blamed on Old skin and 20 year old tattooed eyebrows!

This was one of the best massages i have ever had. My therapist was awesome asked me about the type of pressure i liked and did exactly that. The staff was super nice and the facility was very clean. Very relaxing for sure.

Evelin gives a thorough and calming facial. Can highly recommend James for a massage; he communicates well with the customer and has a great deal of experience so can really target your areas of concern. In James's absence, I've used Luz and I can also recommend her highly. She was very concerned with my comfort and really helped my back pain. I can say best prices and best spa in Orlando.

Dont know who would if give this place 1 start they are amazing great people with always smile in their face and most important very professional they will respect you . From dim light , small fire place and from the aroma of essential oil and they fair price and a special thank to BARBARA she did a great job hope see her soon.

I am currently suffering from heart failure and awaiting transplant, because of this I have to Continuously walk around with a bag full of medicine injected into my arm. It's very visible everyone can see. Anyways I arrived a little early in order to. Fill out paperwork I was very descriptive with my situation on paperwork. They made Me wait a whole hour as they rudely whispered amongst themselves about my paperwork. After waiting so long they told me I needed clearance from my doctor I said no problem call him he'll fax something over now. They said no they want an official letter or document. So I basically sat there for one hour in excruciating pain while they whispered instead of them being straight forward and professional about their concerns. Thanks!!!!! Very disappointing, very unprofessional and very rude!

Also I'd like to add, the place was very nice, the receptionist very nice, the owners wife was being a b*#% to the receptionist, and it was wayyyyy to cold in this place, you might as well become an Eskimo to go there. Ugh so annoyed!!!!!!!!

Came here for a couples massage and was blown away by this hidden gem. Very cute little place, and not for a bad price compared to most spas. The service was amazing and the atmosphere was very relaxing. Definitely would recommend and will be back when I have the chance!

2/22/17. I purchased a couples massage through Groupon which included hot stone, aroma therapy, and pineapple sugar foot scrub. My wife and I were really looking forward to it. Upon arrival, The receptionist immediately tried to upsell the same services that we already paid for through Groupon. The waiting area was very nice and the staff were pleasant. Unfortunately, the positives end there. The massuses had clearly had a long day. My 'massage' consisted of an aggressive rub down with lotion. Although, I filled out a form identifying which areas I needed to have worked, she clearly didn't read it. No muscles were worked. My wife's masseuse kept rubbing her shin bones causing pain. The 'aroma therapy' portion of the session consisted of the masseuse placing anise oil on her hands and holding them just over my nose. The pillowcase she placed over my eyes during this process slipped off and revealed that I was basically smelling oil off a stranger's hands. That was weird. I've had aroma therapy massages before and it was never like this. The hot stones started to burn and it took extra time for her to address it after I told her about it. We will certainly never return as we did not receive the professional massages we paid for. I don't think Groupon is the way to go for massage services. Incidentally, Groupon did not resolve this issue despite contacting the right afterward. You are better off paying the extra money to go to a professional massage therapist.

They paid such good attention to the areas we needed extra love on and the entire staff was so welcoming! We felt very relaxed and taken care of. Just what we needed!

This place is a hidden gem in Metrowest. Everybody there is friendly and they always try to accommodate your schedule. The place is clean and modern.

Beautiful spa with an amazing staff. Yvette and Natasha provided our couples deep tissue massage, and it was the best I've ever had. These women worked hard to provide the relief that we needed, and were extremely attentive to our needs from beginning to end. If you have any knots or kinks that are giving you discomfort or pain, make your appointment NOW! The relief my body feels after just one hour of massage is truly priceless! We'll be back really soon.

I ve been having massages for years and with my back going out periodically it s a must to survive (back surgery). I ve had many professional Masseuses throughout the years until I met Katlynn. She assessed my ailments and strategically applied her professional masseuse skills that have definitely made my body pains literally disappear. I even met Katlynn at another spa and followed her over to Essentials. (Not a stalker) My only concern now is after giving this review, she ll be booked forever, however professionals like Katlynn deserve to be recognized. Hope a lot of people don t read this!!! (I m stingy).

I've experienced better, my therapist was good. Only thing got me was the linens smelled like they stayed in the washer too long. So due to that I will not be coming back. #CouplesMassage

I have never taken the time to leave a review for a company before but I cant get over this experience. My husband and I booked the $120 hour couples massage. To start the called us back 20 min late even though we were 20 min early for our appt. Our massages were VERY disappointing. I've had several massages from other companies and have NEVER been so uncomfortable and unhappy with my results. The entire massage was very rushed. He used no pressure and never asked if I would prefer more or less or to see if everything was ok. He made me really uncomfortable with how close his hands were to my "lady parts". I have never had a therapist go anywhere near that close. He also massaged my arms above my head while laying on my stomach with no sheet on my sides so my breasts were exposed on the side to him and his other male therapist in the room. The part that put me over the edge was when they abruptly said we were done and I looked at the time..we were only in the room for 35 minutes!! This included the "consult" and our undressing/ dressing. So our massage was only 20 MINUTES!! for $120!! And they didn't even perform the reflexology! There was only one lady at the front desk and people were waiting behind us to check out so I didn't even have a chance to explain my experience to the receptionist. I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! My husband was unhappy with his massage as well especially with it only being 20 minutes long . The fact that we had to pay anything at all is absurd. You would be better off at Massage Envy and that says something.
On a side note: The sheets were all raggedy and torn and had a yellowish tint to them. We should have known just from that to leave.

My husband bought a groupon for this place, for a massage and facial. Andy, the lady who did the facial started off ok however, after telling her I did not want this brightness cream she put on my face she had a bad attitude. She abruptly stopped the facial, quickly used some moist pads to barely wipe off the product and said I m done and left the room. A professional should have informed you of the items they are putting on your face and ask if you are okay with the items. After a minute she came back into the room stating it looks like you have a massage. She sarcastically ask me do I want to wear a robe and slippers for the massage. (I m sure they have the robe and slippers for a reason, so why would I not want to wear them) she still had a snappy attitude from before and I told her don t I need a robe and slippers. She said you don t have to wear them if you don t want to, with an attitude.

She really made my experience unpleasant and made me believe the company to be unprofessional. If you buy the groupon they constantly talk about how you have the groupon package which is also unprofessional as well. This was not a relaxing experience due to the facial experience.

The receptionist asked if I would be leaving a gratuity and I left one for the massage therapist but told her I would be leaving nothing for the facial therapist. She did not ask about my experience at all.

The experience was amazing, did a couples massage with my girlfriend while on vacation. They were able to take a same day reservation too!

I have been here two times for deep tissue massage. I really felt like my therapist took her time and listened to me about my problem areas. I have terrible migraine head aches almost once a week. Since going here to get my neck and back worked on I haven't had a migraine at all. It's money well spent so I don't loose a day or two to my headaches. I highly recommend going here.

Shalon and jock worked on my husband and I. Jock was great he focused on all my areas. I recommend him to everyone. Perfect pressure . Best massage ever. I'll be traveling for these massages.

I loved my 50 min Swedish session. The price was affordable and Greg was very professional. He was sure to ask me how I was doing and gave clear directions throughout. I have recommended the salon already and I WILL be back!

Got a reservation for a one hour massage with specialties for my mother and aunt, unfortunately not being from the area, we got lost and stuck in traffic, limiting our reservation for an hour, to 20 minutes.
The amount due and time spent did not change however they both enjoyed their 20 minute stay!

Worst massage I've ever had, and I've had some doozies. The guy massaged me like he was marinating chicken. The facial was just OK, there were several long periods of time when the girl just sat there doing nothing. I tried to resolve it management but there was absolutely no response to my complaints. Only thing I can say is, you get what you pay for.
