Very poor experience. Massage therapist did not pay any attention to the areas of focus I highlighted and the massage felt very routine. I paid extra for deep tissue and under no circumstances could what I got be considered deep tissue - in fact, I would not even consider the pressure firm. On top of all of this, as I was being walked back to my room, I overheard the other massage therapists actively talking poorly about their previous clients - saying things like everyone has a medical diagnosis and rolling their eyes. Very unprofessional and made me feel immediately unwelcome.

I am sitting here, in my car, outside the salon, with more pain than I left because nothing was actually worked out - only irritated. Shame, because it is a genuinely nice facility.
