Omg, I love this place. I love that I can rent a game or movie before I buy it. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Stock is huge and I can always find something I want for a good price. Nice place for browsing and collectibles.
Love this store. Prices aren't the best, especially for used stuff (may as well buy it new, and sometimes cheaper online) but I love to browse at Entertainmart. They have a little bit of everything.

Prices are a bit ridiculous for stuff that's been used the staff is nice but they don't move from where they're standing ever so it's hard to get somebody to get you out something to check out or talk to him about anything their Electronics section is nice but then again the prices on the best I feel like they would sell more and have more business as if they could bargain
Great place to buy absurdly overpriced obsolete electronics. $80 for a 10yr old iPod? Nice. Has a great selection though.
Amazing place, wish I knew about it sooner! Great deals with friendly staff. Lots of vintage games as well as modern, they sell games, books, movies, comics, cards, swords, electronics, accessories. They likely sell more then I have mentioned. They buy all I have mentioned also.
Usually a decent customer service experience here. Went in the other day and was never approached by the card counter and asked if I needed anything. Flagged down an employee just to have him say I m gonna grab a soda first, then watched him attempt to grab a soda, when I looked back he was standing by the register messing around with stuff on the counter and had totally forgotten about me! When I got his attention he said oh ya you needed to grab some cards and proceeded to continue doing what he thought was more important. If I saw that as a manager I would have fired the employee right there. Don t be afraid to make these people do there jobs since the manager obviously doesn t feel the need to
The employees here act entitled and there product is over priced its all used being sold at or above new prices.

Great place to find used cell phones for various providers. Also have plenty of other used and new items. I've already purchased one or two phones from them in the past. Also had my phone repaired by them. I'll be back.
Price is right. Less than $2 per movie. With that however, seats are not very comfortable and a slightly smaller screen than most newer theaters. Limited concessions yet this also is cheaper than most theaters. You will not see a brand new movie here. Most movies shown have been out a month or longer but are big name movies.Very family friendly and clean and makes for a less expensive but very nice alternative movie experience.
This is the second time I have sold at Entertainmart in CO Springs. I sold my old slim PS2 and about ten games the first time and received a very generous payout in cash on the spot. The only problem is that I had to wait in various lines for a total of 1.5hrs. Plenty of time to browse the stores enormous inventory, and pick out at least ten titles that I would like to purchase at a mere $3 each [{$30} I do believe they make you wait an extended time before cash out so you browse the store]. The second time I sold an Xbox core and a few games and also got much more cash than I expected. However the service is marginal at best. The previous posts are mostly correct: They pay top dollar for your used gaming hardware, however: 1) They are very selective in what they will buy, and what they will not buy. 2) Customer service is non-existent. Look them in the eye and smile and they just glance down and walk and scratch on some paper or type on a computer. For goodness sake a chap was behind me in the buy-used-gear line who thought it was the checkout because it was the only register (out of probably about 10) that had someone standing behind it.
Good prices on CDs... And they will buff the scratches out for free. Some of the movies are high but have a good selection, they also have books for all ages.
The thrift store of entertainment and gaming. Selections and pricing varies. You will get slightly more for your trade in than GameStop or Independent Records, but not by much. The prices on some used games might be higher or lower than GameStop depending on if you can even locate the game for a particular system.
As some have mentioned, Amazon rules over all these brick and mortar stores. You can get a brand new movie for less than a used one at entertainmart. Are you willing to wait?

Im glad this place is still here, but boy is the place run down. The building, floors, shelves, basically everything has had a rough life. I do still like to go there for movies/music if I am in area.
Bought a call of duty disk and when I got home after waiting 1 hour the disk was damaged and scratched. I put it into my console and it did not work.
If you're looking for any movies, games, music, from any genra, console, or player look no further than entertainmart I've been a customer for close to 13 years now and I can honestly say without this store my movie collection and game collection would be severely lacking. No other place has such a large collection of everything digital, if you need it chances are they have it and if not they're willing to put you on a wait list and as soon as it comes to the store they'll call you. Not only does this place have pretty much everything you're looking for they have stuff you never knew you needed and for great prices. I'll definately keep shopping here and I recommend it to everyone %100!!!

I purchased a dvd box set from here for my fiance, and the first dvd was missing. Usually no big deal, but this was a Christmas present. She's absolutely devistated. All because someone was lazy, didnt feel like making sure everything was in the box, she was made to feel bad. This is unacceptable. I'm hoping management will do something to right this wrong. Until I hear from them, I definitely rate this place 1 star. Be forewarned. You may think you're giving a nice gift, but you could be breaking someone's hart and not even know it. Stay away.
Love this place one stop shop for movies, electronic and everything music.
Always have great deals. Slightly understaffed but if you have an idea of what you're looking for everything is well marked with signs.
Most of the stuff in there is overpriced even for old games that shouldn't cost $6 or even 10 and if you're looking to trade anything in they'll give you a buck per game.

I had a bad experience with rude customer service with my son who is autistic. Lack of empathy and rude comments from a cashier about my purchase and a cashier telling me to pick up paper that was dropped when my son and knocked it off. My son bolts his safety was more important than a stupid sign. Teach your staff to be understanding with disabilities.

Big variety of DVDs but always have to ask them to check the dics on used ones. More often than not they are scratched. On customer service, one girl is really nice there but the rest treat me like I'm a bother to them.
Great prices for used DVD. Sometimes difficult to find what you are looking because of the large variety of titles and genres that are available.
They have tons of used and hard to find Electronics, moves, and music.
They have a wide selection of movies games Books and Music, HOWEVER their return policy is very abnormal. I bought a pair of headphones brand new but they did not want to give me a refund when I brought them back to return them. They stayed becausethey cannot resell them. So if you are buying something brand-new you might want to ask them to try it before leaving the store. Some of the staff that work there are very nice why others are not overly friendly.
Its a decently sized store, has had its ups n downs over the years. Huge selection of movies and music. And if you're a book lover well guess what they have those too.
They sell DVD's that are really scratched up and keep freezing and skipping when you are trying to watch them.
Good prices great customer service can always find good used games and movies.
They buy Xbox 360s for 20.00 and re- sell for 160-200 what a rip off!
They have most everything entertainment. I put my name on their list for a rare Turbo Grafix and as time passed I had forgotten all about it. Over a year later one actually came in and they called me to come buy it. I was over the moon excited. I finally have my all time favorite game system!!
They have a great selection of products. You really need to know your prices because some things are over priced. On the flip side I have gotten some things on sale that have been priced really well. A very fun store to search for what you are looking for.
It's a really good place to find odds and ends for old games! A person could leave there spending way too much with all the cool things found... LOL!

Probably one of the biggest and best places I've ever been to for dvd movies and shows. They have an amazing collection of all sorts of movies, novels, shows, games, electronics. I recommend and would go back if I'm ever in the Colorado area again
I waited in line at the buying center (all I had to do was pick up my $ from dropping off an item earlier that day) for over 30 minutes without even being acknowledged & finally went to the main registers and asked if they could ring me out. Not very impressed with their customer service or lack there of!
The staff is friendly and the price are outstanding. I always find Wonder Woman stuff for my wife.

Hadn't been in here for many years but was very impressed with the selection of previously owned consoles and games. Picked up a PS3 and the God of War series. Had heard all about it and decided it was time to get it. The price was lowe than stuff I was finding on Ebay so saved a few bucks too. I have a Wii and didn't realize how many games there are for the system. Definitely plan to be going back more often

The place makes me have to run home and shower immed. Theres so much disarray in the alphabetical system they have goin on that it is thea rarity to find what I'm looking for. Prices for used cds there are stupid outta line....the dust and dirt is def the worst part about goin there tho

Get told by one employee that there is a 1 week return policy. Try to return item because it does not work, then told new items are not returnable. Then after pushing more I am scolded, and told that my information will be saved so I can't "Keep doing this." Pretty poor customer service. Don't worry though, I will not be back.

So. Much. Awesomeness. Video games, DVDs, books, comics, manga, posters, t-shirts, you name it, they have it. There are less and less places like Entertainmart, and we need *more* of them. You can buy/sell/trade books, DVDs, and games, and they have great deals during holidays. I highly recommend this place!
