Bought a phone that works and is in great condition for 95 bucks. Well worth it

Entertainmart has everything and they are not expensive on used items. Everything from phones to books. This place is awesome

Great place to find movies, music, comics, posters, video games, and more.

I bit overwhelming at first due to the size and how much stuff they have. I went here during one of their big sales and it was busier than I thought it would be. The prices seemed reasonable and they have a huge selection to choose from. My only suggestions would be plan to spend at least 30 min shopping. You will have to do a little searching to find what you are looking for. Everything is generally alphabetically organized but it's a lot to look through. They buy used music, video games, gaming systems, electronics, basically anything entertainment so this might be a good place to make a little extra cash. With how little they sell the used items for they probably don't pay much more than a pawn shop though.

Go there for vintage games and good help from average folk. Don't go to be impressed by the atmosphere. The help is helpful. They know a lot about their business. They plugged in a console and tested my game in front of me to make sure I would be happy with my purchase. I appreciated shopping at a place where the employees have time to go a little farther to be helpful.

I have found many of my favorite childhood movies and TV shows here at a great price...but sometimes you do run into playback issues with the pre-owned selection.

Be very careful of buying and selling used electronics at this location.

I went in to sell a white iPhone 3GS and the clerk told me they would not buy it back because the iPhone had been opened. When I asked him to provide proof of this he stated that the iPhone does not nor did it ever come in white. When I asked the clerk to look it up he refused. When I asked him to verify the device by serial number he refused.

It was bad enough that they would not buy it back, If it was for a reason that it was damage or non-functional I would understand, but because of the clerks lack of knowledge of electronic devices I was treated unfairly.

Due to this I can only surmise that they lack the properly trained staff with the knowledge to be buying and selling electronics and should stick to DVD movies, music, and games.

If they do not know a lot about what they are buying back how good is the stuff they are selling?

What was once one of the worst, skeeviest stores in town has now blossomed to a respectable entertainment market. They sport a monster movie selection as well as book, graphic novels, vinyl records, MTG cards, as well as a plethora of other media and fun stuff. I just wish the hip hop selection of vinyl was more extensive.

I just wish their dvds were better organized lol randomly stuffed in cardboard display boxes might be a great time saver but discouraging to go along searching for a title when it could literally be on any of the expansive tables buried under any number of other films

They had movies on the shelf to buy but then when you go to pay and pick up the discs they could not find them, very frustrating! They should not have things on the sales floor that are not in the inventory! Some of the employees are a bit rude as well.

Great place to buy and sell used games, the give you a way better price than GameStop.

The store has changed a lot. Got better then before, but, still, the disks are scratched. I got a PS2 game. Was re-sealed, and it had laser burn. Did not work. My friend got a big pack of Pokemon cards, and all were energy... Called, no one will answer the phone.

I swear every time I go to this store something is always up. Went there twice today to be turned away both times. For what? So that you can stand around doing nothing? Had on employee say he was helping a custoomer when alls he did was walk out from behind the counter to do a circle just to go talk to another employee that was where he walked from the first place. All this after waiting 15 minutes to be acknowledge anyways. Huge rip off and waste of time. Spend more time working and not making friends.

I was able to find the movies I was looking for, for a reasonable prices, when I couldn't find them anywhere else.

Even though I recieved something that was not sold as a whole the gentlman that was working helped me with my problem. He was very professional and made it right knew what he was talking about.

No customer service. One cashier when there is a line full of at least 10 people while you see other employees goofing around. No "I apologize for your wait", nothing. Rude little jerks. Store is constantly moved around and nothing is where it was a few months ago. Selling merchandise here can be anywhere from 30 minutes to 3 hour wait. The bathrooms are the nastiest in the city and never, ever clean. They are lucky their DM doesn't visit obviously or any secret shoppers. This place is an embarassment!!!

Bout my ps2 and some games for it and my xbox. Also have some DVDs and music. It's a meh store has what I need my phone case and charger are from this store so I'm happy with its prices. Have some records for my record player and posters! I seriously love this place without paying an arm and a leg sometimes at independent records.... Which i love too. Not a bad little place.

Entertainmart is like a new surprise Everytime I go in sometimes they'll have something good I actually want but most the time all I can find there is pop culture stuff and the only gaming posters they have are Zelda and Mario which are both part of pop culture so it's 50/50 if your a collector whether you find something properly vaued at this place.

This store by far has the best selection of everything from games and movies, to electronics. But the employees are terrible. Either they are very rude young high schoolers, or rude older folks. No smiles, no help, no customer service period. Amazon is way nicer, and they are a digitally run website. My last option most of the time, not my first. If this store re-staffed, and cared about its customers, it could break records, and win awards

On a whim, I can walk in there and find anything I enjoy watching at great prices and terms.

A collection of all that is nerdy, Entertainmart offers a variety of products and services. Ranging from your traditional card games to the earliest of consoles. Usually great condition equipment with low cost as well. Will recommend!

The Nintendo DS game selection is limited and over priced. I could buy the majority of their stock brand new for the price they wanted for used games.

The crew are very sweet and knowledgeable and they are out of PS4's so we bought a WII instead so the grandbabies have something to do at night/raining.

Love this place. Enjoy it Everytime I get a chance to be in the springs. Can usually find what I'm looking for. Good prices. Very good customer service.

Couldn't believe the selection of products!! So many things and everything was super cheap. Great vibe in general, staff was super nice.

Place is like a treasure hunt. I love it! The only issue I have is they do not change used prices on games so something there used will be 49.99 and 19.98 new at Walmart.

The nostalgia is off the hook here. My brother and I love to go here and feed our nerdy desires. I've bought two posters from here so far but plan on buying many more items soon. This place is well stocked and HUGE. LOVE shopping here

Love browsing here. I didn't buy anything today. But walking out empty-handed is as rare as it is difficult.

Ive never been there before but when i arrived i was blow away at how huge it was!! my kid still has an xbox 360 so its almost impossible to find games for him but they have such a huge selection i felt like i had gone back in time when the 360 was still popular

They sold me an over priced used iPhone that was unusable because it still had someone else account linked to it, as if it was stolen. The place also looked rundown and had a ghetto vibe about it.

I've been buying and selling at Entertainment for over ten years, this is the place for amazing deals. Its becoming a geek hub as well!!

Entertainmart has a large selection of used items with good prices. Alot of their stock is not sorted. If you are willing to sift through everything you might find what you want or at least something you didn't know you needed. They also have new items which are sorted. The used video games and some music after also sorted.

Good place to buy, not so good place to sell. They offer you pennies on the dollar. Example: A record that sells on eBay or Discogs for $10 they will offer you .50 cents for. I get it that they have to make money but this is true lowballing. I'll still buy from there, but won't be selling there.

Never sell your stuff here...They give pennies on the dollar. Also very overpriced. i don t see them lasting much longer.

Seriously? Less than $50 for a brand new Game of thrones blu ray boxed set? When I saw em in there marked up to what, $130? Nice way to make that $100+ profit. And I think I'll go elsewhere for used games, books, etc. Disgusting. Then, you misquote my mother yesterday in saying she'd get $28 for the true blood set today and only gave her $10. Said it was a mistake on your end, yet made no attempt to rectify it. Sad. We have spent thousands in that store.
Probably could have gotten close to $200 for game of thrones on ebay.
