I purchased a dvd box set from here for my fiance, and the first dvd was missing. Usually no big deal, but this was a Christmas present. She's absolutely devistated. All because someone was lazy, didnt feel like making sure everything was in the box, she was made to feel bad. This is unacceptable. I'm hoping management will do something to right this wrong. Until I hear from them, I definitely rate this place 1 star. Be forewarned. You may think you're giving a nice gift, but you could be breaking someone's hart and not even know it. Stay away.
