Right when I walk in awesome service, very friendly while guiding me through how to sell some of my electronics that I don't use anymore. Myra the cute red head went through the painstaking task of pricing out all of my items and then testing them! They paid me with a check for a couple iPods and an Xbox one I no longer use. Plus while I was there I bought a Galaxy S5. I definitely recommend get all of your old Apple products, video games, comics and go there first!

I'm a huge fan of music, but can't afford to buy new albums. They have a huge selection of used CDs and vinyl.

This is a remarkable place to shop for all things entertainment. I did not have high hopes for another store like this, but from Atari and Intellivision to PlayStation and XBox, Books, CDs and even boardgames, this place has it all. I will definitely be back here as I stock up on my own gaming needs.

Really over priced on some retro game cartridges but other than that I had a good experience.

Has a wide selection of Dvds and video games, etc. The electronics were somewhat inflated in price. The store itself is decently clean and relatively large.

This place has kool stuff but God the customer service sucks ass. Long lines buy times up or exceeding 2 hours can't find anyone to help. If you have a short patience don't go there

Less than $0.50 per DVD and Blu Ray. Over an hour of time waiting when they were done under valuing everything within 20 minutes. 2000% markup for what they buy for. Avoid like herpes!!!

SOOOO AWESOME!! If you're looking for a place to geek out at, they have movies (old and new), comics, vinyls, games and systems of All types, books, anime, knick-knacks and they even have DVD seasons of like every show that's existed!!!

Always clean and a huge selection including vinyl and novelties. Like a Hastings but still open.

This store use to be the place to get used games hands down. Now I would say majority of the stuff they say is WAY overpriced for what you are getting, not to mention any trade in isn't worth the money at all.

Staff is generally rude, and short with you. The selection of anything other than DVDs is bad.

edit: stopped in sunday 7-17 and saw that the item i was told wasnt worth more than 10 cents , theyre reselling for 30$...thanks for the honest pricing. ill never shop nor sell here again...dishonesty and retail dont go together,. after my previous 2 experiences with them IM the idiot for going a third.

Dont sell anything unless you intend to get 1/10th of what theyll sell it at or less. in my multiple cases i was offered 1/100th of the price and another time 1/1000th (tried to offer me a five cents for comics all worth 35$ or more in mint condition.)
They offered me 10 cents for something because it was "incomplete" i noted it was in an unopened package and the item she said was missing was right in front of her eyes.

I was laughed at and told its still worthless.

A humongous store with an equally massive selection in movies, music, games, cards, books, comics and all other types of nerdy or hobby related media and collectibles you can think of!
Also, everything they carry ranges from retro to all the way up to modern, making an appeal to all ages a guarantee and an overall excellent store !

They also do trade-ins.
However, they only pay about 10% of any given item's current value.

All in all, Entertainmart is a totally awesome place to shop you could easily spend a few hours in. But I personally wouldnt trade anything in without very low expectations for what i would be receiving for credit or cash.

Plenty of entertainment movies to choose from... Buying, selling, games, game systems, tv's, phones, tablets.

Great customer service. They are very short handed but that is no fault of theirs. Prices for game trade in and sales can not be beat to include Game Stop. Lots to choose from and they carry everything from movies to games to Televisions in perfect to like new quality.

If want to get ripped off when selling your items by all means sell to these guys, otherwise save the trip and post your items on letgo or OfferUp. You'll get waaaaaayyyyyyyy more. Came in with a slim xbox360 and a remote and the guy offered me 15-22$. Then I asked what they were going to sell for and he said $70-80. WTH!?!?! Then since I had the rechargable battery pack he said that he couldn't test the console and that would be another $4 off the offer. I then told him no thank you and that I'll take and post my items. The bathrooms are worst than a dumpster and as soon as you walk in your greeted with the fresh aroma of piss. Happy shopping y'all

I feel like everyone has been here and no one comes here for the looks. They have probably one of the largest selections of DVDs & CDs I have ever seen. They also sell games, vinyl, comics, toys, candy, books, and posters. Oh the bathrooms aren t ever in good condition.

I've been looking for a movie.. "the pagemaster".. They called me today after waiting one day and told me to come back and grab it. Very friendly and helpful! I highly suggest going here and finding a movie! Can easily spend a hole day looking for movies and video games and posters, such an amazing place!

Amazing great for older console games and even newer ones

Been going to this place for years. Amazing selection of everything. Be careful you definitely can walk out with more then what you originally went in for. There is just so much and it all makes you feel like a kid again walking down memory lane. Remember this is a place that you wanna make sure you have plenty of time to spare so you can check out everything. Of course being as safe as you can during this COVID-19 pandemic. And can't forget to mention customer service here is always 10/10 definitely would recommend other places of business take notes from these peeps and their customer service skills!!!

Love coming here! Picked up a really awesome Da Vinci Code book that was illustrated! It's so cool and only paid 10 bucks! Found the copy of Aliens that had the extended release and some Pokemon stuff too! Really glad we stopped in today! Will definitely keep coming back as they always have what I want and need whether its movies, music (have a record player so love looking to see what they have) or books! And the workers are always happy and joking around with each other and customers! Really nice to see! Thanks again!!

Staff has an attitude and don't recommend shopping there unless you need something that they carry.

Always my husband and I's favorite place to go. They a large selection of whatever you're looking for. We always are able to find the movies we want, too.

This is every geeky and or nerdy persons dream place to go! I love this place but my wallet hates it! Love the atmosphere here and the people are super friendly. I wish I could give this place more stars.

One of the few places left were you can get stuff like this. Always a huge selection although sometimes finding help is not that easy. Overall one of our favorite splurges!

This place is amazing! One of the last stores of it kind. I live in Denver and we used to have a store similar to this, then about 4 years ago they closed their doors, I thought I would never find another store its equal, then while in Colorado Springs I found EntertainMart. I now gladly drive down there two or three times a month just to visit this store.

To be honest, i think this place rips people off when selling there old games or systems. They offered me .90 cents out the door for 3 adult owned xbox one games or 1.35 instore credit. Before i went to them with these games, i had looked to see what they were selling them for. A combined total of 36 dollars for the 3 games i had. Overall the place is dusty and the staff wasnt all that helpful or friendly.

Little pricey, but HUGE selection of books, dvds, cds, games

I can't think of anyplace in The Springs that so much media for sale under one roof.

A little confusing that they sell a phone with a cracked screen, but won't take one on trade.

Don't go here very often but we got both a used PS4 and XBOX1 here and have had zero trouble with either of them. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

If you haven't been to entertainmart then I don't know what you're doing. They've got tons of stuff. Videogames of many consoles and handhelds! Phones! Tablets! Music of many formats! Posters! Movies! I mean i just love walking through entertainmart. I'd want to live in it. So much stuff! Check it out! Plenty of stuff to see. #NotSponsored

I have been into this location 3 times in the last few months. Everytime I have received excellent customer service from the staff here. I have had an especially great experience with Aaron. He always take the time to make sure all my questions are answered and he is very pleasant to work with. You can truly tell he loves what he does and that makes the experience that much better.

Staff is helpful and service is fast. The place is a little run down, and sometimes prices seem higher than what they should be. Given what they pay when they buy stuff being so low. It is quite a large store so I'm sure there is more than meets the eye however, prices can depend. Window shopping and coming back regularly will be the key to your success.

Large location with quite the selection of media, however, it can be difficult to find a specific item. Things can get a bit messy, and they could use a massive reorganizing. Sales all the time, and with a bit of luck, you'll stumble onto something you're looking for.

Stock is generally organized, but if you're looking for something specific allow plenty of time to browse. They buy movies, gamesand consoles, books and comics, but don't expect to get much for what you're selling.

Can be pricey, but that's not really surprising--they clearly price according to what the market will bear. Enormous selection, but it can take a while to find something specific.

We've also found excellent deals too; good place to go for less popular titles. For popular titles, expect to pay more than you might otherwise, considering this is mostly a reseller of used items.

Hidden gem that has at least a little of everything and has some very good stuff.

Incredible, in fact almost unbelievable prices (In a good way). Very cheap, they dont have some more popular games but anything a little older you can get a steal of a deal on.

Place is a waste of time, sell on your own because you will get ripped off selling through them!

This is the worst store. The CD's are all out of order...ALWAYS. Never stocked right. Never ever bother to fix it. Either there's an employee purposefully un-stocking the cd's as a big f**k you to everyone who waltzes in that s*** hole, or a regular customer is doing it every time he goes in there. Regardless, if you were looking for something specifically, good luck. Everything's a mess. It's dirty and gross. It must be a hellish place to work, I guess, since everyone who works there looks like a f***ing zombie. And they are rude as FOOK. Whoever manages that place seems to me like they sit in the office doing nothing with their legs kicked up drinking a coke. Management? It doesn't exist. It's turned into some sort of multiplex pawn shop, white trash, clusterf hangout. It actually used to be decent. The VHS tape days. Those were good days. Ooh, now vinyl and a bunch of games. Hooray. Their DVD cases are beat up and shitE. Except scratched CD's, dusty and uncleaned. I actually did try to sell some cd's there once and the guy would not take some of my CD's because of the ring on the back that indicates it's been played a bunch of times. 'It's lower quality' he said. You mean you're telling me, in 'entertainmart', THAT'S considered low quality? So what's your actual definition of really low quality then? I don't know who told you that, pal, but it's wrong. What a joke. What a rip off TOO. We lost media play so this giant SHITE goes in it's place. Media play was amazing. Whoever thinks entertainmart is a good store smokes crack.

Just bought a used PS3 and 2 games get home hook up system and unwrapped guest game and plaid for 2 hours[5 stars] open case for second game and no disc [-2 stars] will update to 5 when disc paid for is received

Update these people are biggest rip off when coming to trading in for cash just called and was offered $28.00 for cash for device that I paid $139.99 for on 9/24/2016 #depreacatemuch #thisplacewillscrewyou

I don't go as often anymore, I have enough Movies and if you wait Netflix will get it too

Great prices most of the time and they've got just about everything you can think of. If you can wait until their holiday specials for the movies, you can seriously score! Very good selection of movies and games and phones and TVs, and now books and posters and lots of other things.
Their kid's selection of DVDs is outstanding and very inexpensive....a great special treat for good grades, etc.

The wait lines are ridiculous, employees are incompetent and uninformed, and the products are usually in poor condition.

Deceitful marketing. I had picked up a used book that was marked 99 cents. The cashier took the book and came back saying it was $4.99. Absolutely ridiculous!

Lots of stock and lots of variety. Spent good fifteen minutes looking for a movie that was in a totally different part of store. Miss those good old days when customers were asked if they needed any help....

They seem to have everything here. Used cell phones and consoles, manga, magazines, music, posters and books. Pretty much everything you didn't know you wanted until you walk in. Definitely worth a look!

Also vintage comics! Collectors check em out.

We go there quite often. They always treat us good on buying and selling.

Depending on what you're looking for there's a lot of merchandise that's used and it's good used merchandise it's kind of a catch-all for movies books comics figurines PlayStation games gaming for guys and gals they even have stuffed animals I guess for the little kids all in all it's a really good place to visit

Very grand electronic selection movies games ect but the staff and management is mediocre at best and shows much that it feels like the "Walmart of electronic stores" when it could be so much more.

SO MUCH STUFF. I will be back for a few books and puzzles. We found coloring books, manga, DVDs, lots of table top gaming cards (like huge brick packs). We were very happy to find this store.

The service is terrible. Been waiting for someone to assist me for an hour.

Customer service at the buying is horrible the employee looks mad all the time. Brought in a phone when they opened and was told that it would take about 3 hours which I didn t mind and around 1230 I called to check the status and was told it would be ready in 30 minutes so I show up at 1 and was told the phone hasn t evening been tested yet! Such poor service

it was poor I took an item back and have not recieved my money back for it and it was over $200 DO NOT GO HERE TO DO ANYTHING
