This is the second time I have sold at Entertainmart in CO Springs. I sold my old slim PS2 and about ten games the first time and received a very generous payout in cash on the spot. The only problem is that I had to wait in various lines for a total of 1.5hrs. Plenty of time to browse the stores enormous inventory, and pick out at least ten titles that I would like to purchase at a mere $3 each [{$30} I do believe they make you wait an extended time before cash out so you browse the store]. The second time I sold an Xbox core and a few games and also got much more cash than I expected. However the service is marginal at best. The previous posts are mostly correct: They pay top dollar for your used gaming hardware, however: 1) They are very selective in what they will buy, and what they will not buy. 2) Customer service is non-existent. Look them in the eye and smile and they just glance down and walk and scratch on some paper or type on a computer. For goodness sake a chap was behind me in the buy-used-gear line who thought it was the checkout because it was the only register (out of probably about 10) that had someone standing behind it.
