I love this place. I go in all the time and get movies and games. They have a large variety of movies, video games, music, and books. I sell stuff there all the time. They give me good money for what I have which is usually really old stuff. People don't realize their old electronics aren't really worth anything and they get upset when they are offered little money. If you argue on how much money you think you should get from old junk this is not the place for you. Only downside is the bathrooms are really old and dirty.

Will pay pennies for your stuff and they have the most insane high prices for games I've seen anywhere in town. Stick with video game exchange, way better prices for buying and selling.

Excellent variety of movies, TV series, music, books and themed collectibles. Good prices on used items, about the same or a little higher on new items. The place to go for harder to find movies/TV series. If you can't find what you want here, it's going to be hard to find it anywhere else.

Friendly Staff but unorganized, and inexperienced about inventory .

Employees used foul language. My son heard them. But, they do have a lot of nice stuff.

There are a lot of things that you can get here for a really good price. However, I would always check Amazon before buying anything. There were things here that I was actually able to get cheaper on Amazon. They have a large selection of merchandise, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

It's always a fun time to see what you get in the hidden brown bag of CDs and or movies

My boyfriend and I come here all the time looking for new movies, comics, games and more! This place really has it all! Going into this store is never a boring time and there's always something new to look at.
On top of that their prices are awesome and they have sales throughout the year.

They don't pay enough for the stuff that we sell them. They do have a variety of stuff and it's great stuff marked up.

This is a special shop that I go to so I don't get bent over the counter. It still happens sometimes, but it could happen every time and still be a better place than GameStop

Prices a little high for old games employees didnt look like they worked there, better off going to game stop or anywhere else they sell games

One of the only places I enjoy going to in Colorado Springs! Even though browsing through aisles and aisles of DVDs and CDs is not the best idea during a pandemic, it is pretty wide open, and the staff works very hard and they are mostly very friendly to guests. They wear masks, but don t assume all the customers will, of course. It s such a treat to find an old/rare used stuff there!

I used to love Entertainmart until it was brought to my attention that the entire staff has an absolutely awful attitude problem. They talk to you like you re a 2 year old. When you try to talk to them about THEIR return policy they ignore you and call security. The staff is unhelpful and they don t test the equipment you buy. My sister in law had the same issue with a gaming system, luckily she got hers returned, but the next day when we tried for the second time to return ours we saw the one she returned back on the shelf. We have video proof of their equipment not working but the manager refused to even talk to us and a female employee had an attitude with us before we even approached the corner. Don t waste your money here.

So disappointed in Entertainmart in Colorado Springs. We decided to stop there on our way home to Pueblo and I couldn't even go in. They don't have any electric carts for people who can't walk (I have a broken ankle), not even wheelchairs. I tried taking my knee scooter in but as soon as we walked through the door we were hit with a wave of heat. It had to be at least 80 in the store. Far too hot for browsing. As we were leaving I took notice of the floor and realized I couldn't have shopped there anyway. There were little divots in the tiles all over the place. Not a big deal if you're walking but a huge hazard when trying to use a mobility knee scooter. *sigh* I am so incredibly disappointed right now. :(

Entertainmart has a much larger selection of older games than similar retailers. Basically, they probably have all the cool games and consoles from your childhood. I believe there's also records, movies, and anime things. All the hard to find in an actual store in Colorado Springs kind of things. It's almost half an hour drive for me and I'm still willing to go up there on occasion.

Entertainmart has so much variety and selection. Movies, toys, games, and rare old games . I found Marvel vs capcom 2 there. Wow.

They pay better than independent for CDs and DVDs. I've had some awful experiences here outside of that. Its highly disorganized. All that aside, prices seem fair and they do have an insanely large collection of various media formats to browse.

My favorite media store in the springs. If you're looking to cure boredom this is your plave

If you ever wondered what society would look like if we never left the late 90-05 s, look no further than Entertainmart. Step into a store that has everything you ve been looking for in a random box somewhere in your garage. An assortment of ps1 and Xbox titles along with bottom selection dvds that you vaguely remember passing by in Blockbuster that one time. They also have the latest selection of movies and gadgets that somehow look like they been sitting there for a decade. I knock on this place but, there pretty good deals and hidden treasures. If you couldn t find that one nostalgic item in your attic you were hoping to show to your uninterested family, you ll probably find it here.

They have a good selection and most of the pricing is fair. I do enjoy the fact that they added books and comics. However I'm only giving it 2 stars because when buying games or movies they only actually work half the time. A lot of what we bought skips or doesn't play. That and what they offer when it comes to selling stuff is pretty pathetic.

This place almost have everything a person may be looking for; however, they have bad customer service, under staffed at ALL TIMES (get ready to wait for a long period of time ). and they completely rip people off.

Don't sell your stuff here they rip you off and low ball you. I made more money selling on eBay

The staff was rude and not too quick to be helpful. Really they were pretty nasty and unknowledgable. A waste of time, really.

Waited over an hour to have my items looked at that I wanted to sell. They took 20 records 3 video games and 2 Star War toys and only offered $3.20. The Star Wars toy sales for $20 or more. I don't know why they think they can lowball people.

Im from oregon and this store rocks. I found movies from when i was a child. And i get to share them with my kids thanks to this store.

Used to love this place. Then we brought in like 20 movie's to sell , hoping to get a new movie to wach for the night an they only offered us 3.17$ for our 20 or so movies. I was pretty sad. Wasn't expecting alot but at least enough for one movie.

Love the selection I often find hard to find dvds and cds

Went to sell a peace of tech and got quoted 60 for it but when I came to get the cash for it the manager docked 10 because they needed to charge it witch they needed to do anyway. I will never shop/sell anything here anymore.

Huge range of DVDs, mobile phones and accessories. Also all @ very good value for money price

If they place wants to survive they need to price better, too many of these items are available on Amazon at a fraction of what they want to charge. Price matching might be a start. There used to be a store just like this one in Littleton and it closed it's doors just a few years ago for not adhering to the changing times.

They raise the prices of new comic books coming out. Honest stores wait a month. Entertainmart starts selling cover price comic issues for secondary market eBay prices. I've already told BBB and Diamond Distribution. These people won't be selling comic books for much longer.

Very large selection or music, movies, video games, card games, and various other forms of entertainment. Very helpful workers as well.

I called and asked if they had a certain game in stock, they told me that they had 3 used copies of the game. I went to the store, found the case for the game I wanted on the shelf, and brought it to check out. They were unable to locate the game at all, and I left empty handed. Misplaced and disorganized inventory. Before coming to pick up the item you want, make sure they actually have it.

Largest number of movies I've ever seen in one place. If you're looking for games/movies or accessories this is the perfect stop. 4 movies for $20 on all movies $5.99 or less. 4 movies for $12 on $3.99 movies.

These guys are pretty rude. Its a bunch of young people who dont really know what the hell they are doing, tr rying to sell things that they really dont know about. They have a very large selection of phones, tablets, etc. But the prices are way too high and there is no warranty for their negligence. And they pass on their negligence to you, the consumer. My advice, dont buy anything until you have checked it out thoroughly.

Always find cheap dvds, wish the vinyl selection was a bit bigger but overall super great!!!

They use to have so much more. It is nothing like it was when they first opened.

I ended up buying some manga books, novels and posters from the store. I visit this store rather frequently, and it was the first time I was approached by someone for help. Although, I was approached by the same person multiple times, after the 3rd time he didnt come back simply since I didnt need help browsing but for those that need it, it can be quite helpful. I cant say that happens everytime though. Previous times I havent had anyone approach me for assistance so it isnt the best in terms of consistency. Its organized well as a store in general, however the merchandise does get lost quickly in the book and movie section. The electronics are very easy to see everything, very spacious isles so no bumping into people. The area itself and parking lot is decent and not usually busy despite being next to a Lowes store.

Love this place. Excellent selection of movies, CDs, vynals, games and a ton more. If you aren't careful, you could spend way too much here!

I like the things sold here but this is the nastiest, most grotesque, disturbingly filthy, grimy store i have ever walked into. Who ever the manager is... ugh. Shame.
