Between Canon City, Pueblo, and Colorado Springs this was the only place I could find a retron 5 and it was brand new! Great store with a lot of used and retro games and movies. Thanks guys.

used to be a very awesome place. but man those prices are outrageous. every here else sells games for what they are worth this store on the other hand thinks just because they are entertainmart there stuff is now worth 20-40$ worth more than its actual price. need an example? go there and look and there n64 games. then look at typical ebay prices hell even game stop's prices are better which is just awful.in addition i took over 40 ps3 and xbox 360 games there in flawless condition except for a few discs they offered 14$ for the whole stack sadly the employee already printed the price tag they were going to sell my games for each game they had a 10$ or more price tag on. they offered me literally 3 pennies for most of the games. gamestop actually offered 20 pennies per game OH MY GOD who knew there was a gamestore who would step below gamestop and make things worse. holy cow i thought when gamestop offered me 20 pennies for call of duty back ops for ps3 was bad when they turn around and sell it for 20$ entertainmart gives you 3 pennies and sells it for 30$ jeez. talk about bad and ugly

Prices are OK the restroom need to be better maintained it's quite messy in the men's room and doors need to be replaced toilets cleaned more often grafetti needs to be removed the prices for the games are OK night find better deals on eBay thou

When I first got stationed here other soldiers kept saying "oh it's awesome". It's not. Over priced and that's pretty much it.

PRICES ARE PERFECT FOR HOLIDAY SHOPPING. NOVELTY ITEMS ARE 1 OF A KIND HARD TO FIND. ALL THE MUSIC MOVIES U THOUGHT YOU'D NEVER FIND ARE THERE. PLUS SERVICE IS EXCELLENT A MUST STOP.

They have the best selection of movies, games, books, and music I've seen in a long time! The staff is always friendly, and the prices are competitive. If you've never been, it's definitely worth checking out!

Love to come here to see they care enough to hire people with Disabilities. There Service is akways super and friendly.

My 6yr old granddaughter saved her allowance to get video game.she purchased a Nintendo GS (used) at same time bought a game for Nintendo 3dgs from EntertianMART we went thru 3 employees when we got home game wouldn't work so we immediately took it back (with in 20 minutes) they then knew the cartridge wouldn't work in the Nintendo gs and wouldn't take it back but offerd to buy the $35 cartridge back for $10. Seems to me out of the three employees one of them could have told us there not compatible. She was crying cause of this she had been so excited she saved that money. I bought here another cartridge at the same store cause she felt so bad but we will not shop there again I feel they should let a customer know in these situations the items being purchased together that although simular and same brand there not compatible. The Employees knew she was picking out a cartridge for that game (she bought them together)yet not one told us it wouldn't work but of course they knew when we took it back. Granted we were ignorant to the fact they weren't compatible but the employees shouldn't have been and told this little 6yr old it wouldn't work......I would have

There service is terrible! We waited for twenty minutes at a counter with several store associates staring at us while we were pressing the button and not 1 word checking if we needed help. 11/1/15 had more prompt and attentive service at DMV if that tells you anything

Pricey on many items, decent selection, and good service.

This store is alright. I love going there for the movies because they're cheaper there than what you would get elsewhere.. However, their phones are ridiculously overpriced for cheap pieces of crap. I got a phone from them for over 130 dollars, and I took it back the same day because it wasn't compatible with many apps.. Then I tried selling my phone to them, and they don't take Sprint... Seriously?? I'm hoping that when I go there to get an xbox 360, it won't be ridiculously expensive for a 4gb console, and hopefully it'll come with the wires... We'll see...

I don t exactly know what I was expecting. The place is gross but like old school blockbuster dirty. The prices are bad and so is what they give for the phones they give ect. However it helped me out when I needed the cash so overall I can t complain. Just know this is pretty much a huge pawn shop.

I have been shopping here since the beginning. The new owner is awesome and the store is the best place to get everything. If you are selling something be prepared that they will cut you a check for anything over $100 other than that its the best place for everything entertainment related!!!

Been going to this place since I was a kid. Seems like one of the very few places that my nostalgia still allows.

Cool place, high prices

This place is really neat and boasts tons of great items, but the prices leave much to be desired. If you're looking for something specific then this might just be your place. Just be ready to shell out more than expected and don't expect anything on trade-ins.

The movie goers spot for all your needs, ever. They have hard to find movies, new movies, used movies, vinyl, CD's, games, posters, memorabilia, phones, tablets, flat panel TVs, and all with a huge selection.

I've been to this store quite a few times, and have bought many things there. I've only had a few bad experiences.
First off, some of the clerks like to stand around talking to each other instead of helping the customers. I've gone in to buy things had wound up leaving because standing at the counter for 5 minutes being ignored isn't fun.
Second, I was trying to buy a DVD box set for a friend's birthday. I told the clerk that I wasn't sure if he already had it, and she said that if he did I could return it in 30 days. Well, he already had it so 5 days later I tried to return it and they refused, saying I could only return it if it didn't work. I tried to trade it in instead, but they said it was too scratched. I never opened the item so it was just as scratched then as it was when I bought it from them.
Their prices are getting progressively worse. A friend of mine told me he traded in a game, not realizing I wanted it. He only got $7.00 for it. They said they couldn't give him more because they already had too many used copies of that title. I was just up there half an hour ago and they're selling the used copies for $50! Other game stores have the same title NEW for $40 or less!

If you want choices you need to go here. Endless DVDs from anime to horror to box sets! They've also got games, phones, tablets and more. Spacious and kind staff.

Great place for all your entertainment needs. But good luck trying to get someone to help you. Seems like they only care about you if you look like your a thief

I love that you can rent movies from there, to include new releases. A lot of people don't know this.

Floors were clean. Service was amazing. All the staff were very helpful and friendly

Folks said the service was bad but with patience and a positive attitude they were extremely helpful. One lady went the extra mile and helped me track down a hard to find blu-ray. I will definitely come back.

Great place to find pretty much any movie you could want. Great game selection and game systems.got a used ps4 with a new game and two controllers for 360$ not bad at all.

This was my first experience with EntertainMart. I sold some old DVDs and that experience was fast and easy. I then bought some things and was the same. I ran into some issues. I returned and everyone involved cared and took care of me. I'll be coming back regularly.

I love movies and these are great prices. I sold my first box of DVDs yesterday and it was also a good experience.

Great variety of stuff. Great service pretty, much everything you wanted one store as far as entertainment goes.

If I could give this place less stars I would they are slow and useless and unless it's a new unopened release nothing will work then need to either get new and better people and products or just close all together stop wasting our time and money boycott people boycott!!!!

As the long time collector and lover of games (video and card) as well as pop culture and all the goods in movies, this place was a warm blanket to come into on a cold day. They even have a wide selection of books, sadly was not able to look at them as the kids wanted no part of reading.
If you are looking for TCG or old vintage video games, come here if in the Colorado Springs area. Large selection and so many wants to add to any collection you might be looking for.
Come on in and look around for that one movie from your teen years or that book that caught your eyes some years ago that you did not get....they just might have what you are looking for.
Just gotta go back and see what they are able to buy from my collection so I can get more from theirs.

I love this place! Honestly glad I heard about it because there is really no other place in town like this where you can find a wide variety of books, games and music at an insanely affordable price. Definitely my go-to spot for media.

Place is wonderful, lots of selection, all kinds of nerdy stuff for all your nerdy needs. Prices seem fair from what I ve seen so far.

Used movies are more than new movies anywhere else. They do have a variety of collectables.

Way over priced they had used games for 59.00 go to Walmart and the game new was 49.00.

The service was fun and very friendly! Food was delicious and cooked perfect ! The onion rings are the bomb !

While the interior and the layout is much better than it used to be the prices have skyrocketed, and not for competition as the asking prices on many used games are far more than you d pay anywhere else.

Good if you re looking for something and don t care how much you pay for it, or if you really can t wait a couple days for an eBay/Amazon order.

I spend way to much here haha. With low prices though you get a lot. I still have a record player and am glad they sell old vinyl. Even if they don't have a movie, ask and they will find and order it for you. Costs a few extra dollars but worth it. I'll always come back.

Selling movies here sucks I sold a complete set of movies that have been played once and got a dollar for it. Super unhappy with them will not be going back ever.

they keep selling me broken xbox controllers and wont give me a refund so i can go somewhere else. ive been there 3 times in the past 24 hours, i just want my damn refund/ or a working controller.

prices are ok, some are ridiculous and way over priced. If you are willing to wait a few days for shipping, you are better off buying from eBay.

This is a good place to find those gems from your past. They have used video games for systems you may have forgotten even existed, not to mention they probably console as well. They buy and sell used books, comics, and graphic novels that you may have not anticipated seeing ever again. They carry new movies but also have used movies that nobody knows how they ever got funding to produce in the first place. Just remember that you have to ask if you're looking for something specific because the staff is usually pretty busy traking down the items customers are intending to purchase.

I do enjoy EntertainMart a lot, they have a selection to die for in most cases; however, their prices are no better than places like Best Buy. I can buy most Blu-ray movies for the same price or cheaper at other retailers. The sales are always great though and the best time to make your purchases on used items.

Incredibly overpriced on there video games, especially older titles, even game stop charges half the price. But dang if this place doesn't have good deals on Anime and tech. Plus all the childhood memories here.

Bring a backpack with a sleeping bag and survival gear cuz you can get lost in this vast wilderness of amazing deals. Don't visit on a day you need to pick the kids up from school cuz they just won't understand why you forgot about them.
