Usually a decent customer service experience here. Went in the other day and was never approached by the card counter and asked if I needed anything. Flagged down an employee just to have him say I m gonna grab a soda first, then watched him attempt to grab a soda, when I looked back he was standing by the register messing around with stuff on the counter and had totally forgotten about me! When I got his attention he said oh ya you needed to grab some cards and proceeded to continue doing what he thought was more important. If I saw that as a manager I would have fired the employee right there. Don t be afraid to make these people do there jobs since the manager obviously doesn t feel the need to
