Booked a hotel room at this location and I will say the absolute worst experience ever, the room wasn't a problem the breakfast wasn't an issue however my issue comes with customer service my card was charged multiple times for whatever reason and the supervisor here admitted to running my card again the next morning for whatever reason. When I reached out to corporate of course this hotel lied and said that I didn't have funds to cover my stay which was far from the truth they also said my card wouldn't approve for $1 which was another lie. This was my first time staying at this location and it will certainly be my last I couldn't but my entire experience but I wouldn't give them not one star at all because of this experience sad thing is I have never had a bad issue with embassy suites before I came to this location and im a Hilton Honors member at that but after experiencing this and they way they are deceitful they have ruined my faith in this company at all and I will not every stay again or anyone that I know.
