Wonderful place.. I wish that the club or bar in the back was open, when I was there.. other than that it was nice. The breakfast OMG. OFF THE CHAIN.( GOOD) wonderful night shift staff. Young lady was a very nice person. As far as the rooms. I think they need to pay attention to the carpets in the rooms. Very disappointing. Nice place to come back and stay in.

Beautifully remodeled, clean & fresh. However you should stear clear of this place if you like quiet, sleeping or if you desire a normal hotel experience. Management & security allows teens, pre-teens & children to run amuck til after midnight. I saw parents wheeling in coolers, cakes & presents. Who has a child's party at a hotel?! Better question is, what type of company charges $150+ to unsupecting guests for such an environment.
I expect certain things with that price tag and was confident that the Hilton name stood for something. I felt like I was at an overnight daycare center, where there was NOBODY supervising. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!

One of the nicest Embassy Suites I've been to. Front desk was super courteous, even when they had to deal with another guest who was verbally abusive when he was asked to put on a mask. Hopefully, Hilton recognizes how above-and-beyond their staff here is.

We are staying here for our honeymoon. My wife is a Hilton Rewards member. Kiara checked us in. My wife was wearing a bride brooch. On our second night after coming from dinner, we walked in to this tray of goodies. Best thing was receiving this card with all the well wishes. This has been a wonderful stay!

Where do I begin...construction. paint fumes. Drills. Friendly staff but not many of them. Slow service due to the lack of staff. Loud. You. Can. HeAR. Everything. Baby cried next door...you hear it. Somebody laughs at a joke...you hear it. Elevator arrives...it dings loudly...you hear it. Oh and to top it off...no hot water. They say it's due to the storm, but we checked in prior to the storm before it began to rain and it's not different.

After staying at the Briarcreek location and reading that this location had been recently renovated I decided to give this Embassy suites a try. I was very disappointed as soon as I walked into my room. My suggestion to anyone, spend a little extra and go to Briarcreek. The rooms are much nicer and the breakfast selection is much better and fresher. (Only speaking on the freshness of the pastries, each one that we tried, 4 of us, they were hard and stale) My room looked like an $80 hotel room, the bathtub looked like someone hairy had just taken a bath. My sheets were stained with what looked like spots of blood. I told my husband that it looked like an $80 room, so he assumed thats what we were paying per night. When he found out how much the room was for what we got he instantly said we should have gone to Briarcreek. If I wanted this quality of room I would have saved my money and gone to Comfort Inn. At least the kids had fun.

Everything was nice. Breakfast included was fresh and tasty, bed was comfy, and the staff was nice. The only issue I had was that room service tried coming in 3 or 4 times while I was still in my room even though I was checking out that day. Maybe I'm just unaware of how the process normally works but I would think they know which rooms are checking out that day and that they would wait until they've checked out to come in.

The inside is wicked cool with the open air feel throughout. Room was fantastic! It was so nice to have a separate sitting area, especially when you've got a toddler who needs to nap. Lovely location as well. Definitely will stay again if given the chance!

My go-to hotel in Raleigh. Unless I'm alerted to something better, I'll believe this hotel is among the best in the area for business travelers. However, like all other ES that I've stayed in throughout NC, SC and GA, the WiFi reception is terrible in the bedroom with spotty reception and often kicking me off after a few minutes after logging in. Best advice- don't pay for WiFi, get it for free by signing up with the Rewards program.

This newly revamped modern hotel was not up to par on their accommodations. Was very disappointed in the restaurant and service at the restaurant. Was also very disappointed that there was not a hot tub.

Beulah was great at checking on us during breakfast to make sure that we had everything we needed. She was very friendly and cordial and helped us find everything we needed. I look forward to seeing her again.

Temperature of the meeting room was perfect, but the coffee was horrible. Decor was neat, but not enough stalls in the bathroom. Kept running out of water during the meeting. Glass "whiteboards" along the walls were a neat and useful feature.

We loved staying here on our trips to Duke University Hospital. My daughter had to have tests done at the Women s Cancer Center and it was so nice to come back here to relax after a long day. Has all the comforts of home, when you have to be away from home. We loved the large spacious rooms and very comfy beds!!!!.

Stayed Memorial day weekend. One of the elevators was out of service the entire weekend. We were on the 8th floor so each ride up and down was a long waiting period. It basically stop at each floor and no one was even waiting to get on or off. On Sunday which was our check out day the only working elevator went out and we had to use the service elevator. The hallways were hot and stuffy. Although they remodeled the bathrooms the shower door closest to the shower head didn't slide open. You had to use the other sliding door in which turning on the shower you felt the cold water on your body before being able to adjust the temperature. It would've been nice to have the kitchen staff prepared for the amount of guests they had to service this weekend. They constantly ran out of food and people had to wait for them to bring out hot food. It was not brought out in a timely manner.

My husband was traveling to Raleigh for a job convention that was being held at this hotel. I tagged along with him hoping for a relaxing 2 days while he had his interviews. I was aware the hotel was under renovations but that was an understatement. We stayed on the 4th floor & from 7am to 5pm I couldn't hear the tv even at its highest volume let alone have a conversation with my husband face to face. It was so loud above us, I thought the ceiling was going to fall in. It was ridiculous. I'm not usually one to complain but this was over the top. I complained to the front desk & nothing was done. Needless to say it wasn't at all relaxing. I had to leave the hotel most of the day just to get away from the noise. I even took a video which I wish I could upload so I could show there is no exadurating. I left tired & stressed. I have never been more excited for a 3 hour drive home!

Renovations ongoing at the time of the stay. Lots of workers currently around during the day. Room was average. "Upgraded" the room and expected Keuring, etc. Those amenities only available to floors 8&9. Those floors reserved for Honors frequent guests. Poor advertising... Almost a 'bait & switch'. Corner room is worth the upgrade for privacy. Slow Internet and in-room phones not operational.

Terrible room service. They not only tell you to call front desk for the updated menu but also not willing to walk you through what might be available from the kitchen. For a second, I thought they forgot they are in the hospitality industry. Extremely poor service.

Rooms are ideal for a working visit, large front area with desk and sofa, which is separated from sleeping area. Pool and gym are good, as is the bar area and happy hour snacks/drinks.

Only negatives are the huge building project, which means some areas are inaccessible. This was not made clear at the time of booking. Also the air conditioning system is insanely loud, even with mine switched off, the building constantly hums.

Overall, not perfect, but certainly not bad.

The hotel is supposed to be a nice non-smoking property, but I was given a room that was very smokey. I went down and got another room and as soon as I opened the door I was hot with a wave of smoke smells. I was to tired to go get a third room and so I just put up with it. When I talked to the front desk about it in the morning, they did not seem to be concerned at all.

Sorry this is worst ever. The elevators didn't work. We had to use the service one. Also the rooms smelled of mold and mildew. Cheap carpeting. Try another hotel first. This would be my last choice. I will sleep more comfortable in my truck.

The hotel was clean, inviting, all the staff was wonderful/caring and very professional, the breakfast was great, the room was clean, the list goes on. You can tell that Management and Staff take pride in customer service at this hotel!!

Jaclyn went above and beyond to help me secure a room and enjoy my stay despite booking through a horrible 3rd party service! I highly recommend this hotel. All the front desk staff down to the bartender (brownskin gal ( her name escapes me) were all amazing. The quality of the food was A+ and absolutely delicious! Definitely my staycation hotel for now on.

My stay here was exceptional every time I am in the area I frequent this location and have never been disappointed. The breakfast buffet is the highlight of every trip. This morning I was greeted by Beulah who made sure to continuously check on us throughout the time that we were enjoying our breakfast. She was friendly, compassionate and very hospitable. Thanks Embassy and thanks Beulah!!
