2nd time staying here. This is in an older building in downtown Denver.... But the inside is modern and very nice. Close walking distance to many downtown attractions. We pay the extra cost for the Valet service at this place rather than trying to find parking downtown. However there are nearby parking lots and parking garages also... (those will cost you also). The included breakfast at this place is an excellent buffet...the made to order omelets are a great start to your day.

The good: Great hospitality and service all around, the room was ready early after we did the pre check-in through their app. We had a basic king room and was a huge multiroom suite with all the amenities. It was clean with a tv in the main bedroom as well as the living room/lounge area. The bedding was very comfortable with many pillows. It was our anniversary and they not only met us with personal service at the front desk but also sent up a complimentary bottle of prosecco including a congrats card. The complimentary breakfast buffet with made to order omelettes was quite large and diverse. The bad: The pool is very small and there is no hot tub. The breakfast buffet pretty packed after 9am during our stay with long waits for an omelette. The bathroom had no fan, or it was broke and the water pressure in the shower was almost non-existant. The room key cards got deactivated a couple times as the staff informed us that it can happen if they are near a smart phone. Overall: A great experience with quality extras for a reasonable price!

We got to check in early. It's in a great location and walking distance to 16th Street Mall, larimer station. The suites are big with plenty of room and wet bar, if you want to store drinks. Breakfast is available in the morning, which is really nice. Overnight parking is $44, with a $5 credit of you don't get your linens changed. We stayed 3 nights and never got new soap, amenities. And on the last night found old box of condoms behind the bed. When we brought this up to staff on check out, he told us that he would definitely say something to housekeeping!

I had to give this place one star cars 0 stars was not of the an available option. My mother made a reservation a month before coming. She called the night before To confirm that she had her special room.she is special needs and is a quadriplegic in a wheel chair. She has to have the barrier-free room. When we got here they had none for her. She had plans for people to meet her downtown it's not easy for her to do this and they totally ruined all of her plans. They did find another room but it was at another hotel didn't have the breakfast Or included parking wasn't which is very difficult when you have a handicap accessible Van in the city. We had done our research and thought that embassy suites would be the place to go. It is not the place to go they are extremely dishonorable

There was an issue with the computer systems when we were checking in but the staff made sure that our stay was exemplary. They treated us to dinner and drinks while our reservation issue was resolved and our room and experience at this hotel has been stellar even with the check in issue

Embassy is almost always a good bet and this was no exception. You get a lot for your money with cocktail hour and breakfast included. Convenient to the convention center, Buell Theatre, etc. Easy walk from the 16th street Mall Ride.

I was very excited to stay at embassy suites, the description online made the hotel seem like everything I needed. I checked in on Wednesday 9/23 & checked out Tuesday 9/29. While staying there I had asked to have my room cleaned multiple times, it was never completed. The changing of the sheets, cleaning of the floors or freshen up my bathroom was never done. Trying to be realistic with COVID-19 I only wanted my room cleaned three times out of the 7days of being there. But every time I asked, it was never completed. I even took the time to find a maid & ask her to clean my room. She responded with oh not me, maybe someone else so I asked the front desk. Nothing was done. So finally Sunday I walked down to the front desk and asked for a vacuum cleaner and I did it myself. The front desk employee offered to have the manager call me, I still have not received a call. If you re looking for a clean stay I would not suggest embassy suites.

Great location. Room was very clean. Free breakfast was good. Parking is sort of expensive. Customer service was great though. My key wouldn't work and my name wasn't on the room, they were quick to verify that I was staying and really polite about helping me. I would absolutely stay there again!

We planned our stay Thursday to Monday. Prices for the hotel were overpriced as well as $50 for parking. The hotel checked us out on Sunday, so when we got back to the hotel we had to remind them we were there one more day. We were charged "again" another ridiculous deposit. We were charged for parking, although we did not use the hotel parking. Upon check-in our toilet did not work properly. The guy at the service desk gave a completely careless attitude! We missed an important volleyball game due to this problem. However, The housekeeper was very kind and polite. She should be promoted by switching titles with the guy at check-in. The food was delicious! The omelette guy makes the best omelettes!! Thank you.

Very great stay - I found the staff very friendly and helpful at all points, even when I wandered over to the desk to ask for a paper clip. Room was nice - top floor and had a mountain view. The included breakfast was absolutely fantastic - good options and helpful staff and lots of places to sit and catch up with people traveling with me.

Awesome hotel! The customer service was absolutely amazing and the room was super clean. Breakfast was awesome, fresh to made omelettes or eggs. The Manager s reception in the late afternoon and early evening was nice. They have both alcoholic & nonalcoholic drinks and snacks. Valet is fast efficient. Definitely recommend!

Stayed for a work trip and loved it! the complimentary reception is a nice touch with a good amount of choices between wine, liquor, and beer as well as the different appetizers like apples and cheese and that salty crunch you crave.
The breakfast and the made to order section especially was outstanding! One of my favorite aspects is receiving complimentary breakfast as part of my stay as its easier access!
The room was fresh and clean and big enough for a few people even though it was just me. plenty of space for small families (especially with a saline indoor pool) or a group of friends.
Lastly the location was perfect right in downtown and easy walking access to 16th street and DCPA! I would definitely stay again!
Thank you!

This hotel was great for a longer stay on Denver. The linens we're always clean and the room was maintained well and not dated. Some good things to note: hotel staff was very friendly and provided great service, conference space is generous and the catering is solid, the bar and restaurant provided high quality drinks and food.
The only downside is how slow the elevators respond. I mean the logic behind it seems insane.

Wow. I do t think that I have ever had such a bad Hilton property experience. We waited until after 4:00 pm to get a room, while being treated like an inconvenience to the front desk staff. Once in the room the toilet was clogged, the room was filthy, there were no cups or coffee for the Kureg. The housekeeping staff did not speak English and only spent moments in our room each day leaving the room little better than before they came-still no tea or coffee for the Kureg. Run don't walk from this property.

Great location and clean hotel however we had a few issues. Within two hours of check in our key cards no longer work. And while the hotel touted being able to use the digital key and checkin through the app, it was useless because you needed a card key to work the elevator and they required checkin at the desk. One elevator was out during our stay and the main (4th) floor was in accessible by the stairs so we'd have to wait up to 10 min for the elevator to arrive which became a great source of frustration.

Additionally the bed was lumpy, not what I'm accustomed to at a Hilton, and squeaked. They used flat sheets instead of fitted on the base and instead of a duvet cover they just sandwiched the comforter between 2 more flat sheets. All in all it was huge disappointment

Free breakfast, unlimited alcoholic beverages from 5:30pm to 7:30pm every day. The rooms are huge and very nice. Check-in and out was a breeze. The pool is immaculate, the gym is ginormous, etc. This place is right next to 16th mall with tons of walkability to anywhere you should need to go.

Ballroom on 3rd floor for murder mystery dinner. The event was engaging but would have benefitted from giving the guests a few minutes to say hello and mingle before actually starting since it was a holiday party for coworkers. Food was plated but did not match menu and certainly sat in the warmer too long. Staff was rushed and offered many plates they didn't order. The food was actually good despite looking unappetizing from being stored so long. Obviously there's issues cooking for multiple groups of numerous people, but if you're going to offer the service you should be willing to pay for the necessary staff and not try to pinch pennies from the guests or the staff.

The Embassy Suites in Denver are across the street from the Colorado Convention Center. You are two blocks away from 15th Street which has all the shopping you can imagine. The first few floors are used for conventions. The convention I attended was amazing to every Last Detail. Everything was super clean and being cleaned during the event. The bathrooms were spectacular. Attendants regularly stocked paper towels and continue to clean throughout the day. The event also featured lunch provided by the hotel. The lunches were amazing and above and beyond what I would expect. I had an amazing time at the Embassy Suites.

I honestly enjoy the consistency of each of my stays here. The view is awesome. You get a good amount of room and have places for all your personal belongings and luggage. The best is that there is an amazing breakfast and happy hour!!! You are so close to downtown and 16th street mall, so lots of food and shopping close by within walking distance.

I didn't give it 5 stars because our room was like never fully checked before we arrived. You could tell the mirrors had smears and the bathroom was never swept. Honestly we questioned if the bedding had been washed or not. During our stay it was like that the whole time. On Saturday morning they seemed behind and unorganized, this is not normal for staff. Juice machine was out, that was kinda sad.

But again that is not how stays normally go. I certainly love the convenience and amenities. I really do enjoy staying there.

If you drive here, you must buy the $37 valet service. There is no self park. You have to pay for the Wi-Fi, and it was slow and kept disconnecting. If you have a lot of work requiring WI-FI, you won't be able to do it here.

Poor upkeep in general- the rooms are older and have accumulated lots of damage. The shower head was a corroded low flow head and did a terrible job. The grout was pretty nasty and the toilet seat was completely loose. The walls are paper thin and you will need ear plugs to sleep here or white noise. The plus was that our room was clean, but there is only so much maids can do to something run down and old. I'll post some pictures.

The iron leaked on ironing board and had begun to mold. It took the hotel staff slightly over 40 minutes to get a replacement to us, making us miss the beginning of our event next door. I called after fifteen minutes to ask for an ETA, and was told he couldn't give me one. I asked if there was a way I could just come get it and I was told, ''No, it will get there when it gets there sir.'' Once thirty minutes had passed, I called again, admittedly agitated this time. He said, ''I'll call on the radio to see where they are,'' and hung up on me. I ran into the staff member bringing it to my room on my way down to the front desk (probably a good thing), and the only reason we stayed was because we didn't have time to deal with checking into another hotel at that point.

No complaints here! Staff is always extremely nice and welcoming, rooms are bigger than my apartment (have a living room, large bathroom and bedroom) and every day they have a "professional happy hour" with drinks and apps for when you come back from your day.

For a business stay (or personal for that matter) this is a sure bet

The rooms and breakfast are super nice and awesome. The staff on the other hand is AWFUL! We spent a Saturday night there and honestly I don't think I will ever go back. We went to check in AFTER check in time, was told our room wasn't ready and when I asked why since it was after check in time, the gentlemen working at the front desk was extremely rude to me saying that it was "only an hour after check in time." Then after letting us check in an HOUR after check in time, the next morning we get a knock on our door at 7 AM not from housekeeping, but from a front desk person asking if we were going to check out. I asked her what time check out was and she said noon, so I asked her why she was knocking on our door at 7 then, and she rolled her eyes at me and stormed off. We spent 450 dollars on a room for ONE NIGHT and the staff was absolutely awful. Not worth the money at all....

I was at the Embassy Suites Denver for a Meeting/Training for my job.
I loved the fact that it was located conveniently to the Light rail, and there were several options for us nearby for lunch.
The meeting took place in the Aspen room/suite which is on the 3rd floor. The room we were in was nice, a good size and well lit, but the lights flickered badly when they were turned off/down when we needed to use the projector.
The biggest issue I had was that the only stairs my group could find let out, outside onto the light rail tracks, and the elevators were horrendously slow. It took nearly 3 minutes for one to get from the 4th floor to the first so that we could return to our room after lunch.
Overall, nothing was overtly bad, but it wasn't anything special either.

Breakfast line was crazy, with a very unorganized breakfast system. In the gym there also wasn't any water available. However, I cannot complain too much. The valet parking was convent, and all the employees were very nice.

Crazy when super busy. The rooms were comfortable. The hotel needs more elevators. They take forever and were always packed. The valet guys were constantly hustling and did very good delivering and parking cars.
