The two front desk people were very unhelpful and rude. I called a week prior to staying asking about early check in since I was arriving at 9 am and check in is at 4 pm. They said they do not do that. When I arrived at 9 am, they took my bags and said there was no early check in but yet the people who walked up behind me said "were here for our early check in" ??? I asked and they said they had called to get put on a "list" so i go upstairs and to my surprise they have a early check in list but 5 other people are already on it who CALLED like I did last week and was told I could not do that. I waited until 3:30 pm on 2 hours of sleep. The only reason I got a room before 4 was because I finally went up to a new person and was like, give me ANY ROOM as long as it is not more expensive. She happily said of course... why couldn't the other front desk people have done that at 9 am when I arrived!?! I will never stay here (or any Embassy) again.

I've stayed at this Embassy location several times now and choose this location for its prime location in downtown Denver. The staff is very accommodating and polite; I always ask for a mountain view room and they deliver! Housekeeping does a very good, thorough job as well.

Breakfast is fantastic, with a wide array of sausages to oatmeal and omelets cooked to order. They also have complimentary drinks and snacks in the evening.

Spent 4 days here with a conference. The suit was nice and spacious. There were little details like mold in the shower that were offputting but nothing too terrible. Housekeeping was great, everyday. The elevators take forever when the hotel is full and I never found the stairs so going from one floor to the next was a pain. The breakfast is about average for an Embassy Suit but on some days I had to skip it because the line wrapped around the dining hall. Happy hour was great though.

If I was giving a rating for the conference center alone it would be lower. The main room was so drab and poorly lit I couldn't sit there all day. The one banquet style catered meal we received was so "eh" I couldn't finish it. The salad was wilted and I honestly don't even remember what else was served, it was that forgettable. It took forever for a whole table to be served so our food was getting cold because no one wanted to be rude and first. There was not enough dessert. And here's a tip: They charge like $1-$2 more for a drink at your catered banquet than they do at the bar one floor down.

Have not experienced cleanliness issues... But, the AC has been set to 62 and the temp reads 73. It's not working and it's 73 in here, at least.
The free breakfast has lots of options, but nothing tastes very good... Bland, greasy, watery, etc. They also show a limited room service menu compared to what's on the menu in their restaurant, which is pretty inconvenient (no desserts listed, no drinks listed, who knows how long since it's been updated).
They do hire international interns, and I think that is really cool. The staff is very nice, so I hope these folks feel welcomed.

I was there for 4 nights, in a smoking suite. (My husband smokes; I don't.) Air filtration was excellent; I didn't smell any smoke. Free breakfast included made-to-order omelets. Hotel used Rain Forest Fair Trade coffee for coffee makers rooms, which I appreciated. The only downside was that they charged for WiFi, which seemed odd. I never utilized that, just took advantage of their computers in the business center which could be accessed for free.

Just like any embassy suites I ve been to, it was a great experience. The staff is nice, the rooms are clean, and the hotel is in a great location. The only thing I didn t like is the way the exhaust fan works in the bathroom, there s no switch to turn it on like other embassy suites, it seems to do it itself as it cycles from floor to floor, at least this is what I was told by the maintenance guy. It s really annoying considering the bathroom gets filled with steam and no way to get it out. Other than this, I would totally stay at this location again. The view from my room was also very nice too.

Hotel is in a great location within walking distance of many restaurants, bars and other attractions. Hotel itself seems to be showing some "wear" since we stayed here a year ago. Numerous stains on the carpet and furniture in the room we have and the water pressure from the shower is nearly nonexistent.

Rooms were great! Continental breakfast & laundry facilities were an added bonus. I appreciate the 5$ "token" to spend in the gift shop that was given when you pass on housekeeping.
Truly the happiest happy hour also! Great stay

This is a fantastic hotel! It was very clean, and all of the employees were very helpful. There was one young man, Matthew Benjamin, who was especially helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and the managers reception was a great bonus. I highly recommend this hotel. The location is ideal as it is across the street from the convention center and two blocks from the 16th street mall with a plethora of stores and restaurants.

Everything was really good. We stayed for a Christmas party for work, and they accommodated the party very well with nice facilities and faculty. The breakfast in the morning is pretty slow, but still tastes great.

If you have a few extra minutes to spare; stop by the cooked to order line for breakfast, the chef is friendly and funny!

Seemed understaffed and overwhelmed our entire stay. Lines for breakfast and empty buffets once you finally got to front of Luke made breakfast not worth it. Luggage lost when we checked in, took at least 15-20 minutes to get our car every time we left

We enjoyed a very comfortable evening! The first room we were placed in smelled like someone had been smoking in it. That's a thing in Colorado, now, so the situation was handled flawlessly and we had a new room in moments!

Went as a "staycation" with my 2 kids (4 and 12) great environment for them. The breakfast is good (only thing made to order are the omelets). My kids enjoyed going to the pool (wasnt anything fancy). Walking distance to 16th street mall. My only complaint is that no one answered the lobby phone at night. My daughter had an accident and we needed to change the sheet and we had to go "on an adventure" to find someone to help. (Not what I wanted to do at 3 in the morning) Also the ONLY parking is valet and its pricey. They say this on their web page but at the bottom and bot when you're booking. Had I known the cost before I wouldn't have selected this hotel. That being said it's a great location right in the heart of downtown with friendly staff.

Great location by the Bellco Theater. We attended a missed mystery and the hotel looked awesome. Bar/restaurant area spacious with beautiful decor and cool views. Like other Embassy hotels they offer free food (appetizers) and select drinks during their social hour. Be prepared to pay for parking but that's the case with any other downtown hotel.

I called the front desk supervisor multiple times before getting my room cleaned. The housekeeping staff had to be told to physically clean the shower, toilet and sink. I had to explain to them that they needed to vacuum the floor, sweep and mop the floor, dust the room or else they would miss my room daily. After a week of this foolishness I am calling corporate to report the constant issues that I am having. I have two additional weeks left in this hotel. This is the first Hilton property that I've ever stayed in that I've experienced this type of issue repeatedly after bringing it to management's attention. I am livid and do not recommend this hotel to anyone!

The stay itself was not bad, friendly staff, clean room.... the problem is much higher up. Almost immediately after checking in, muy information was shared with an outside source who is constantly offering free rooms. This call is not from Hilton, can not be called back (out of service) but repeatedly try to get me to purchase vacation packages after starting they were free one original message. I wouldn't think Hilton would have to make a couple of bucks sharing their customers personal information due to the prices they charge but apparently everyone has a price. I will not be staying with any Hilton property in the future.

The view here was absolutely outstanding and to die for. The service exceptional! In fact, the service here with a beautiful hotel inside and outside your room nevermind the view... way out raise the service in Central City and we had such a fabulous time for half the price. I would definitely recommend this place to stay in especially in the romance department... Unless you want to try winning your money in the city with a bunch of people that have no sense of humor whatsoever

Embassy Suites is conveniently located next to the Colorado Convention Center. The atrium on the 4th floor goes all the way to the roof. And the hallways look out over the atrium which is pretty cool. The hotel is only about 2 years old so everything is still nice and new.

Hotel was nice. But the entire stay was ruined when we had to wait 1 HOUR for our valet parking in an unheated room. It was 0 degrees outside, and probably 32 in the room. If valet parking is mandatory and you charge $40 a night, customers better be able to get their car in < 10 minutes. That was just ridiculous. I'll never stay here again for that reason and I'd advice anyone who has to get to an airport or something important with a vehicle not stay here either.

When I complained to the front desk they said it's an outside company and tried to pass the blame. That's complete B.S. You hired them and if you charge $40 a night you better make sure there are more than 3 people working when you have hundreds of rooms. In my opinion, they're just banking that money and don't care what you think. I'm a high level Hilton Honors member as well and I've never had an experience like this.

We've stayed here every January since the hotel opened. Most importantly, the property is very clean. The breakfast offers fresh omelettes, fruit, pancakes and much more to get your day started. The evening cocktail hour gives you plenty of time to relax before either eating at the hotel restaurant, (also very good) or wandering downstairs to the Stout restaurant. The hotel is just across the street from the Convention Center which makes it the perfect place to stay when in town for a convention. Heading back to the airport, just let the valet know and travel in style for the same price as an Uber or taxi. Couldn't be easier.

Great rooms that are large, well laid out, and well maintained. It's a hotel in a great location. It's close enough to 16th Street so you're never too far from a good restaurant, but far enough to be relatively quiet. The staff was very kind and helpful.

Have usually had a pleasant stay here until our stay on Friday. Nothing like being stuck in a room with a busted door lock. We ended up just driving back home at 4:30 am because we couldn t sleep knowing someone could just walk in if they wanted to. Feeling ripped off since we rented 2 rooms and didn t even really stay there. The guy at the front tried to figure out getting the door to work and even he gave up. So we are just out almost $500.

Right next to the convention center
The hotel is nice, looks newly remodeled. If you've ever been to a embassy Suites you know what to expect. Free breakfast in the morning. It gets packed. Parking is expensive but there are all day parking lots nearby that are slightly cheaper.

There is a brewery type restraunt and Starbucks right outside the door.

Great location. The suites were well maintained and there was decent (free) wifi. Most importantly, there were a lot of places to sit in main areas. Sitting places are always a premium at conventions.
