Room is very nice, staff has been excellent. Breakfast great. Only annoyance is the cost of parking - $40/night is outrageous, IMO.

Service was good and the room was clean. Very accommodating staff
Stopped in for a late night but at the ground floor restaurant, The Stout Street Social. Service was slow, rude, and generally unpleasant. Food was heavy, tasteless, and inedible. Won't be back.
Incredible staff with great customer service. The sitting areas are breath taking and give you the feeling that you are in much larger, more exquisite space.
Nice, clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Great access to convention center.
The location is right across the street from the Convention Center which is where my conference is. The room is spacious and clean. The breakfast is pretty good.
Mr. Sandoval's favorite place . Good vallet. Good happy hour. Good breakfast.
When we walked in to drop off our car for a quick opera visit the entire garage smelled like weed. Much less we were made to wait for twenty minutes as they served other customers before us (ones who arrived far after us). The people who checked us in were friendly and helpful so that s why this gets a two star.
I didn't stay overnight, I just went to the Starbucks
Great staff, HUGE room, and probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. 10/10 wouldn't hesitate to book again.
Stayed on the 12th floor. The rooms are nice, 1 TV in front of the 2 beds and 1 TV in front of the L couch. I like how there is 1 sink in the bathroom and one sink in between the couch area and the bedroom, makes getting ready easier. The couch is a pullout bed which is about the same size as the 2 beds in the room, fits 6 comfortably. The beds have comfy sheets. Biggest pet peeve about the room is that the wifi doesn't reach the end of the room, so if you sleep on the bed farthest from the door it isn't reliable. Free breakfast was nice, no waffles though.
Kirsty the bartender was very attentive and courteous!!!
Spacious suites. Enough room for 2 adults and 2 small kids(on a pull out bed). Great made to order inlets for breakfast, besides the other large breakfast offerings.
This is one of the better embassy suites I've been to with a phenomenal breakfast buffet that's complimentary as well as the usual happy hour they have. Aesthetically the nicest embassy I've seen.
Conveniently located near airport, clean, friendly staff, quiet atmosphere.
Would have been a 4 star... But they charge FOURTY $$$$$ TO HAVE VEHICLE PARKED, ITS REQUIRED.
I went to Embassy Suites for the Dinner Detective event. Had a great time, and the space was beautiful
This place was more than I had hoped for! They have free breakfast and the California king sized bed are amazing!!! Upgraded room!! Only downfall was there was no cold water!!
Very nice hotel only thing was they were doing some renovations
I was disappointed, at first, when our room was not ready. The staff was great, though, as the front desk clerk helped me navigate the experience and got us a nice room that was exactly what we wanted. No complaints here. The staff were all wonderful, and the stay exceeded expectations.
The hotel is a nice stay the only issue they need to fix is finding a way to keep the key cards from losing their code.....needed to get my key assigned 3x during my stay
Very comfortable bed, but our first room was very dirty, toilet was covered in the previous resident's diarrhea splatter. Management was horrified and gave us another room. Second room they gave us was better, but still looked like it was cleaned by a disgruntled teenager. For the cost, I expected much better. Valet was very rude.
Only hotel I want to stay at. Love the free happy hour and chef made omelette in the a.m
Conference is well organized, breakfast & food during my stay was excellent. Rooms okay-misc items needing attention (i.e. light bulbs out, fan in bathroom did not work)
Dud not stay here, so cannot attest to the rooms. Had lunch in dining area. Great service & good food.
Good staff, mostly clean rooms. Nice layout. Large amount of foot traffic and large outdoor mall.
Friendly staff. Well organized event space. Clean bathrooms.
I have been a Hilton Honors Member since 2014, which means NOTHING to this Hotel. We 8 in all, arrived and were treated in the worst way imaginable by the valet staff. When I went to the 4th floor and asked for a Manager, I was told, "he is not here". I asked for someone in Management. A gentleman, identified as a supervisor approached me and asked me what was the problem? As I explained the issue to him, and while I was still speaking he turned around and walked off. I asked the employee nearest me to go and get the supervisor, which he did. I asked him why he walked away and he did not answer. I asked him what his response to my comments were? He said, "I will look into it and get back with you." Two days have past. No RESPONSE. I called the Hotel Monday afternoon and after 14 minutes on hold, I was told, "the manager is not in today and the GM is probably out to lunch". I will not be back to this hotel or any other Hilton Property. There are to many other choices where people understand customer service.
I enjoy Embassy and stay in their hotels quite often. Was not overly impressed with this stay. Rooms were adequate, nothing exceptional. Internet extremely slow. Nothing on the app stated you had to pay for parking and it is extremely expensive. Room service entered our room at 8am on a holiday. Overall dissatisfied, however customer service was very friendly and did what they could after the fact
Lovely breakfast buffet comes with the room. Central location. I enjoyed it here!
a downtown delight. Great place to stay. hotel is awesome and big. the best part of all was the happy hour. Melissa S was great. I have stayed at a lot of Embassy Suites and she was the best. I have never seen someone work that hard to make each person feel great. She made our experience wonderful.....
Stay and happy hour were great. Valet forgot about me and it took forever to get my car. Not ideal at the price to park there. Shoulda parked across the street and left 20 min earlier.
Our stay there was Righteous! Their service and staff was clicking like clockwork! No complaints at all! And our 2 Bedroom Suite was Fabulous! 2 Thumbs Up and a Double Knuckle Pound!
Hilton Brands great, Best breakfast... Eggs to order
I went for a dinner defective event. If was great and the staff was super nice!
The location is excellent, being just a block away from convention centers and the 16th street mall. The rooms are clean and accommodating. The service is great!
Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent support to the conference being held here. Only issue...the elevators are a but wonky at times.
Great staff, service and food. Clean rooms, comfy beds and pillows. Would stay here again.
We stayed at Embassy Suites for two nights and had a very great experience. The hotel is at a convenient location, with many restaurants near by. The stay came with complimentary wifi and breakfast. The breakfast area was always crowded, and we could see people not being able to find seats. Also there were not many breakfast options. We did also use the laundry room during the stay. Guest laundry room was clean and the price was reasonable.
Great breakfast and location. They are remodeling some of the floors too.
Great place to stay.I would highly recommend the site.Valet parking was different and good.
I got charged a $115 early cancellation fee. I flew in for a meeting that was supposed to to go late so I booked an extra day. When my flight landed I had text which stated the meeting was move to early morning. So I was able to get a flight back that evening and didnt have to spend a Saturday traveling. So I cancelled My Friday night stay and was charged $115 in fees. I explained this, but they were not willing to waive the fees. I'm done with them.
I came to the embassy suites briefly for a social event. The short time I spent there was enjoyable. The staff were responsive, and friendly.
Clean, spacious and quiet room. Complimentary hot breakfast. Great location with restaurants and shopping areas within walking distance. We attended an event at the convention center. The hotel is literally across the street. We didn't use the hotel valet parking though. We parked our car at the convention center garage before checking in at the hotel and didn't bother to move it.
The location in Denver downtown is overwhelming. Yeah, it's close to a lot of key locations, but getting there is a literal pain in the behind. It's on a one way street so if you go the wrong way you have to circle the block, amongst heavy traffic. There is no parking area, and parking is not free. In fact, it's $44 a night, if you choose their only option, which is the valet service. Parking lots around it charge approximately $20 a day (and expire at midnight so you have to go and pay for a whole other day, EVEN IF YOU'RE CHECKING OUT THE NEXT MORNING). Apparently the nights we stayed in Denver, there was a Taylor Swift concert, which is all fine and dandy, except the hotel was not prepared and was severely understaffed to assist their guests. I found the staff to be unavailable, via phone, and impatient in person. The fridge in our room was replaced twice and still didn't work. I asked for them to come and replace the fridge in the morning, yet they came at 1:30am to our room, and it still didn't get fixed! Oh, and keep your free breakfast! I'm good on the long lines, overcooked eggs, and rubber pancakes. I am a Hilton Honors member, and the app did not work. We still needed to get a room key because it didn't work on our phone, and we still had to go to the front desk to check in and checkout. We were very VERY disappointed.
Terrible place. Hires drug addicts like DANIEL. Stay away from this place if you want to avoid horrible service!!!
The included breakfast and drinks were terrific, but there are not enough elevators for the headcount the building can fit so wait times could be annoying.
Excellent option for convention center and 16th Street Mall area.
Very clean. I couldn't find anything wrong with anything. Highly recommend to anyone staying in the area.
Can't get much better than this. Breakfast is included and is excellent, hot food with a made-to-order omelet bar. Parking is very steep ($40/day), only downside of the stay.
Got a very nice suite with a pullout couch, very comfy, a bit hot though. Mediocre breakfast
Great rooms! Great location right downtown Free breakfast, managers reception every night includes decent appetizers, only downside is no hot tub and the bar closes at 10:45.
One of my favorite places to stay in Denver. Central location and great staff.
Outstanding hotel! I enjoyed this Embassy Suites my entire stay. I was there for a work related conference and I enjoyed all the staff at this Hilton.
Great location and a great hotel. Wonderful view of the mountains, the stadiun and of the city. Would be better with a better sound proof doors. The halls are pretty loud even with minimal traffic.
Nice rooms/suites & common areas, but services & amenities are not worth full price for a room. If you can get a deal on the price, the location is great.
Housekeeping was a particular problem. (Didn't come until we requested at 5:00 p.m. first day; second day, threw away some personal items while we were out; front desk was "surprised.")
Only parking available is valet & expensive. There are nearby options (which we used) that are a little less, don't require tipping every time you need to get your car, & alleviate the wait for your car. (You can't call ahead to request your car.)
Manager's happy hour not worth it. One bartender for everyone staying to get their complimentary drink! Looong line. Skipped it. Appetizers were mediocre & less than 1/2 hour into the event they were out of plates. The only staff we could see was the bartender. Grabbed a cube of dry cheese & a cracker to carry me over until dinner & headed out.
Good place to stay in denver downtown, beware of noisy rail, it's always packed, but friendly and helpful staff. Parking is darn expensive.
Great Place, rooms refurbished and up to date. Very good breakfast. Highly recommended.
Great location, walking distance to the convention center and the 16th street mall. Friendly staff, clean rooms, fantastic complimentary breakfast, free happy hour (I don't drink). I will be staying here again next time I'm in Denver.
The best Embassy Suites I have stayed in. Updated and modern. Comfortable and friendly staff.
Solid hotel, rooms were clean and comfortable. However, do not book this hotel if you have a fear of heights, as the entire hotel is built in the new 'open foyer' style, all the way up to the 18th floor. Elevator access was troublesome, as there were four servicing all floors. Additionally, had to adjust room booking date due to flight schedule, and was charged a change reservation fee. I get that it is in the contract, but in this case I was giving the room back to them an extra day.
Has all your staycasion needs. Evening comp happy hour, comp breakfast right near all of your favorite DT activities.
Great place to stay in Denver. Rooms are very clean and spacious.
It's ok, they don't have a Sauna so I was a bit bummed and parking is sky high it's a bit rediculous. I will say their breakfast is just fabulous though, something for everyone.
The location of this hotel is absolutely prime if you're going to the Convention Center, it's literally right across the street! Room was super clean, hotel staff was so accomdating, it was great. I had an issue with the valet parking and Shanleigh, their Front Office Supervisor personally responded to my survey, communicated back and forth with me via email and personally took care of it and then some! I will be back for sure, especially because of the care Shanleigh showed after my stay! Great work!
The rooms are spacious. Really enjoyed the complimentary drinks and snacks.
The rooms were very nice and the restaurant food was amazing. Will, the chef that did our omelets this morning, was so sweet, kind, and genuine. He made an effort to correct with every person there even if they were only in front of him for 2 mins. That is a super rare quality. The service in the restaurant was the only thing lacking. It was difficult to get anyone to come back and check on us or refill or waters or even finish taking or order. Fun times!
Friendly staff ,nice sized rooms ,great breakfast included....dont stay here for the pool
Worst hotel in Hilton chain downtown. Diamond member asked for early checkin instead got 1 hour late checkin after 5PM. Lines for food and drinks were very long and checkin line was as well. My second key was scanned in wrong and got locked out of room at breakfast. Complained to front desk but said was my fault which was a lie and insult. Finally, tried to do express checkout and was put on hold. If your staying down town stay anywhere but here. Longer I think more problems I remember. The Tv's do not work with computer HDMI input and no laundry bag in rooms which were dated.
Tasteful, clean, modern rooms. Complimentary yummy breakfast including an omelette station. Not a luxury hotel but wonderful value.
