Company service award dinner held here. Food was good. Ambiance was nice.

The halls were very beautiful and spacious, perfect for a lion dance performance. The wedding planners were excellent and made sure everything was on time.

Management should train their stuff a bit better at not hitting kids while dancing on the floor.

PS: I will contact Anna and explain what happened when we were there. I've actually brought this issue to the manager that was in charge of the event we attended last weekend.

Great friendly service, they also allowed us have a late check-out while we waited for our limo to come pick us up at 1pm. Will definitely come back.

A bit dated (hello glass block window to the hallway) but room decor is average.

Attended a get together (with kids) at the Sunday afternoon tea buffet. Nice place, decent selection of desserts and savory sandwiches, chocolate fountain. Staff was very pleasant and accomodating. 2 hrs free parking is available for tomorrow the restaurant guests.

Went to the Essence of Unionville for brunch. I have also been for several large conferences. I have never stayed at the hotel.

I have found the hotel to be very clean, and very nice. I would recommend visiting this hotel for whatever your needs happen to be.

Stayed here for a wedding. Beautiful hotel. Super clean and lots of space in the room. Beds were super comfortable. Even the pull out couch was soft and comfortable to sleep on as well. Hotel was always clean and very nice staff working there. All the maids were helpful and polite. Giving us anything we needed.

The hotel has generous amount of parking. Too bad it was all paid parking. The hotel conference rooms were clean, the has a banquet style buffet for the attendees. I'm so glad my company had their meeting therem

I attended a wedding. The servers were professional.

Great location right around Highway 7 and Warden. Clean ballroom with well kept washrooms. Fast food options and liquor store (LCBO) within walking distance. Parking is extra, so use the nearby Viva transit to your advantage.

Went to buy a birthday cake last min. The cake was good and decently price for a large strawberry short cake. I would recommend going here if you to get a cake. I think it was $35 per cake.

Came here for my cousin's wedding celebration and the venue was beautiful! Plenty of parking and the interior was so beautiful and clean.

Enjoyed Thursday to Sunday immensely in the most comfortable bed! Enjoyed the pool and Zen garden. Had a lovely dinner. Conference space was perfect for our group of about 650. Wish there was a coffee shop on site. Would like a more updated colour scheme in the rooms but it was perfect for our purpose.

The rooms are clean, spacious, comfortable, and quiet; staff is very courteous and professional; the amenities are plentiful. A great choice for business travel.

Nice hotel. The suites are nice with full kitchen, living room with TV and separate bedroom/office space. The bathroom is a bit small but are very nice. The staff is super friendly and there is an AMAZING full gym with pool and sauna steam room in the locker area. The pool is not your typical hotel pool. There are several members of the gym that are not hotel guests. All in all, it's a great hotel. Would recommend staying here.

call them to book for a wedding party, the staff did not seem to want to help out, they just told me they were busy due to other bigger contract bookings and hung up on me. Don't know what level of service to expect from here, you really get the feeling that they don't really need your business because they have a lot of contracts with bigger companies and makes you realize how insignificant you really are in the world.

Went there on business. Great and prompt service e, very good breakfast spread, and excellent and comfortable bed.

We had sat in the lounge area to wait for our event to start. A waitress came by and kicked us out because she said we couldn't sit there if we weren't going to order something. This is not the treatment we would expect from hotel staff.

The quality of the meal we had during our event wasn't spectacular either. The potatoes were really salty. Service was just okay. Not a hotel I would want to go back to.

As a family we have stayed in hotels all around the world but never experienced such poor hospitality. Hilton is not in the hospitality business only money making business.
The policies of the hotel are unheard of.
For example they charge money to deliver empty plates and spoon to your room.
Even though we have breakfast included in our rates they charge separately for breakfast in the room with additional surcharge. They should satisfy the customer by not charging for breakfast but may include service charges.
There is serious lack of communication amongst various departments of the hotel.
I requested for my radio to be fixed it s been 4 days since the last request. And still counting!
Took them 2 days to add wooden plank to deliver.
The breakfast is good but the same scrambled egg is served and they don t make any exception to provide another type of egg on request without additional charge. Can a customer staying with you for 21 days be expected to have the same type of egg every day?
There is no complimentary mineral water in the room as mentioned by the owner in response to another customer. Good customer service means you treat your customer like someone who is visiting your home at least offer your guest water to drink.
The pressure of the water in the shower and taps is unstable and the pressure changes when in shower.
We are using a suite which has a well planned layout.
Cleaning of the rooms is done well by cleaning staff.
We are staying for 21 days and we continue to experience more hick ups ; with the kind of services they provide.
I wonder if you have similar policies in Asia or the Far Eastern countries? If you do Hilton won t last too long as the competition around won t allow your company to survive.
If it s just a western influence you may be ok.
Purely commercial enterprise not at all trained and flexible for good customer service and care.
Unfortunately I have to stay here for 21 days otherwise I would have shifted on the 5 th day!
And in conclusion
instead of an apology for their poor service the senior management demanded that either we remove this review or leave the hotel.
They said it is a private property and it was their right to remove any customer who does not abide by their demands.
So we decided to leave!
It has been the worst case of customer service.
Do make sure to read all reviews enclosed before deciding on staying at this hotel.

No many options for vegetarians... parking instructions were not clear and they did not refund my parking

The rooms here are big and comfortable, the amenities are sufficient and there is a Eforea spa. The hotel restaurant closes early but there is room service which I did not find satisfactory it seems they often get the orders wrong... I have ordered over 4 times and 3 of those times it was a wrong or incomplete order, which would have been okay if the food was not so expensive. Water is also a problem. No water fountains and $3.00 a bottle for vending machines. But the overall experience is good. The spa is excellent and I have visited it many times and will do so again... as for my staying I will probably explore other places when I visit Markham.

Compliments to the chef! I was there for a work event for 3 consecutive days and it was neat, tidy, very well put together, and they took really good care of us at the hotel. The food was absolutely delicious each and every single day and that also included the desserts! I would highly recommend it! It is a great place to host events.

I went because of a conference held there. The conference room has a nice vibe - professional but still comfortable. Staff were nice and friendly.

Newly renovated and well appointed rooms . Excellent service...but seems a cash grab to charge for parking in suburbia and no other hotels in the area charges for parking

Rooms were pretty but not functional. Bathtub stopper was broken, showerhead was poor, some doors inside the suite wouldn't close, and the fridge rattled all night.

The room was extremely clean and the view was amazing. Halls were very clean and new as well, and facilities were great. Would highly recommend.

The time there was great, and they upgraded us to a kitchen suite, which was really nice.

The suites are large and very clean. The staff was very helpful. The bar can be noisy in the atrium view rooms.

Wow, the tea time buffet was made to fill you. You pay this price and everything sitting in the tables were breads.

Very nice, clean and spacious rooms! I d totally stay again if I need to be in the area. Beautiful hotel, friendly staffs and great services. They do not have water, snack bars, or most of the luxury necessities like sewing kits, slipper, or robes... but there was a fridge and microwave in our room. It was still a very comfortable experience with my children! Love that our room had doors to separate the bedroom from the bathroom and the living room. I was able to put the baby to sleep while I watched tv in the living room!

We checked in earlier tonight. We booked the weekend getaway plan and the plan name also appears in my confirmation e-mail. However, two ladies at the front desk first denied breakfast and late check-out as promised by the plan. To be honest I don't like their attitude which makes me feel like I am a theft. But I PAID FOR IT. Even if the confirmation specifically says it's a weekend getaway plan, staff still said it was just regular discount. Eventually, they found the plan and apologized in a pretty reluctant manner. Room is good, but staff needs more training.
