As a family we have stayed in hotels all around the world but never experienced such poor hospitality. Hilton is not in the hospitality business only money making business.
The policies of the hotel are unheard of.
For example they charge money to deliver empty plates and spoon to your room.
Even though we have breakfast included in our rates they charge separately for breakfast in the room with additional surcharge. They should satisfy the customer by not charging for breakfast but may include service charges.
There is serious lack of communication amongst various departments of the hotel.
I requested for my radio to be fixed it s been 4 days since the last request. And still counting!
Took them 2 days to add wooden plank to deliver.
The breakfast is good but the same scrambled egg is served and they don t make any exception to provide another type of egg on request without additional charge. Can a customer staying with you for 21 days be expected to have the same type of egg every day?
There is no complimentary mineral water in the room as mentioned by the owner in response to another customer. Good customer service means you treat your customer like someone who is visiting your home at least offer your guest water to drink.
The pressure of the water in the shower and taps is unstable and the pressure changes when in shower.
We are using a suite which has a well planned layout.
Cleaning of the rooms is done well by cleaning staff.
We are staying for 21 days and we continue to experience more hick ups ; with the kind of services they provide.
I wonder if you have similar policies in Asia or the Far Eastern countries? If you do Hilton won t last too long as the competition around won t allow your company to survive.
If it s just a western influence you may be ok.
Purely commercial enterprise not at all trained and flexible for good customer service and care.
Unfortunately I have to stay here for 21 days otherwise I would have shifted on the 5 th day!
And in conclusion
instead of an apology for their poor service the senior management demanded that either we remove this review or leave the hotel.
They said it is a private property and it was their right to remove any customer who does not abide by their demands.
So we decided to leave!
It has been the worst case of customer service.
Do make sure to read all reviews enclosed before deciding on staying at this hotel.
