Conference room and facilities were nice. Staff seemed professional.

Clean, nice atmosphere. Great food. Meeting room is spacious

- housing in the nearest serpong to Jakarta, direct connacting with tolls.
- the natural silk region has put forward the green environment, so there will be a lot of greening in the silk realm.
- has educational facilities from kindergarten to college.
- has the support of everyday life, among others there is a natural mall suter, living word, Ikea, and giant.
- there is a modern market center and a snack market: the modern market market 8, all fresh, flavor bliss and coneblock.
- There is a comment canter and emergency bottom ready to serve residents 24 hours

3 o'clock check-in turned out to be 330pm. Check in service was extremely slow. It's tough having a 3 year old running around.

Was invited there for a wedding reception. Good atmosphere, great food. Just the layout of the building was confusing as I ended up at the rooms section first before doubling back and walking past another wedding reception in order to get to the one I needed to be at. Wedding was 10/10 Hilton at 8.5-9/10

I was there for a training session. The session was held in Willow Room 3. The Hotel was clean, the food they provided was delicious and the service was efficient.

Nice hotel. Rooms are spacious and quiet. Within short driving or walking distance of many nice restaurants.

I went for the afternoon tea. Service was top notch. But food selection and quality were below expectations. Sandwiches were blown dry, everything just tasted like sugar and we didn't get macaron until we had to personally ask for them. We expected what you advertised would be there, if not perhaps there should be fine writing that signifies that each day would be different. $20 isn't fair for the poor selection of snacks. Also my table and chairs weren't properly cleaned before we were seated. I ended up getting syrup on my jacket.

Great staff, two separate building hotel. Would liked to known this ahead of time however no issues would stay again. Located was ideal.

I went to convention center and everything was fine. Sometimes you will need parking pass.

After driving 8 hours through extremely thick fog, I arrived at the hotel and checked in. When I went to the restaurant, I was served by Barbara. She saw how tired I was. I ordered the no so small burger. When it arrived Barbara cut it into small pieces for me. I was able to eat it then. She made my stay memorable by that one act of kindness.

The first day I was here I was not impressed with the food .but after a couple of days i know what i dont like on the menu .its mainly my age the staff is very good and it is a clean well kept hotel .

Convenient location. We had a room with 2 doubles and a kitchen with a pull out sofa. Ended up sleeping on the sofa instead of the bed because the bed was too soft. Other than that, no complaints. Room was smoke free, shower pressure ok not great. Room was quiet.

I stay here on business quite often, so I know the place well. The rooms are nice and clean. The staff are friendly and welcoming. My only negative comment is that the showers are pretty average and often slow to a trickle... Particularly on the higher floors.

Enjoy the Christmas Eve dinner at their ballroom. Food had good quality and service is excellent.

Need to give out steak knife with steak, shouldn't need to ask. Otherwise good food as good service.

If you ever are nearby Hilton Hotel in Markham and in need a chiropractor, I highly recommend visiting Dr. Benson Ng at Form& Function, highly knowledgeable and personable.

Great deal, easily accessed from highway 404 / 7, rooms show signs of wear but were clearly renovated in the last couple of years. I concur with others that the double beds are on the small side, but they were nonetheless comfortable.

The conference room was spacial. Coffee was good. Waiters were nice.

Lobby has nice amenities and features, including a bar and restaurant. Rooms are well layed out and quiet.

Booked a two bedroom suite. Very clean and spacious. Easy check in and check out. Also attended the spa, located in the hotel. Great location and very convenient.

Attended a conference here. The conference room is spacious and bright.

Beautiful hotel, lobby and atrium. Great spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. The lobby area is a good spot to get work done either by the bar or in the lounge area. The wifi is quick and stable. All in all, I'll definitely stay again when in the area.

I attended conference that was exhibited at Hilton Markham. I did not have any issues using the facility. It was as I expected from Hilton Hotel

I play squash weekly at the Unionville Athletic Club (recent ownership change and formerly Club Markham). I have consistently not been impressed with the upkeep of the women's showers. I am hoping for significant improvement with new management.

Clean, great layout, service and a high quality breakfast included.

HAD to pay for parking at a hotel in the middle of nowhere. Breakfast was served but no tables hard to eat and not even a garbage can in the room.

Getting there very convenient from major Hwy 407 quite impressive on approaching from a distance lots of parking. Great place to meet and greet staff excelent

I don't normally go through the trouble of writing a hotel review but this is the best Hilton property I have ever stayed at. Rooms look very new and front desk service was great. Executive lounge is nice.

I stayed here with my brother and sister in law September 12-13 (one night). The hotel is very nice and the hotel it self was clean except our room. Given the situation the whole world is in you would think they would take extra precaution to make sure the beds are cleaned properly. they make you think the room is "extra clean" by putting stickers on your door to say its been earned, when in fact it was not. I went to bed thinking I was sleeping in a clean washed bed only to wake up and see dried blood on my comforter on the underside of it. this was not a washed set in stain this had not been washed. I called down to the desk they said they were sorry offered to bring a new one, which I then said we were checking out as we were only there for the one night. I asked if something can be done as that was ver disgusting and they first said no and then said we can comp your parking...... parking is $10. i said what ever as I was surprised that this was the only real effort that was done even though I asked multiple times. how is it ok to sleep in a dirty bloody bed and not be credited properly. absolutely disgusting. I expected more from Hilton considering they're a big company.

Stayed in the extended stay room and the room was leaking water all over the bedroom floor. Some sort of pipe was broken by the sprinklers... Needless to say, had to change rooms at 1 am to the main tower. Nothing was done as an apology for this and wasn't able to get a good night's rest. Hopefully next time it will be better.

Very nice clean room and very spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel has a huge gym and a lap pool. However, directions must be requested as the facilities are not clearly indicated. The hotel is very well located with several good restaurants within a 10 minute drive.

Went there for a banquet. Was told could not pack food to go due to hotel policy, not pleased about that. However, service was nice and food was good. Overall facility was very good.

The Markham conference room is nice and hotel staff provides good AV support.

I was there for a wedding at one of the conference room. The waiters did an excellent job for the most part but they need to be more alert about people with allergens due to serving the bride food she couldn't eat when she gave her list of allergies well in advance.

Wonderful experience and decent food. I didn't stay their for their room, but for a corporate event in one of their halls. As such this rating will be biased accordingly and deducted 1 star.

Very nice lobby, new clean updated look. I did not stay overnight just had dinner in the Chinese restaurant.

The wedding we attended was executed beautifully, the rates for the suite were excellent and the room was lovely. My only issue is with the pipes - there seems to be some sort of water hammer issue that results in very loud noises any time anyone in a room nearby uses the tap. This meant being woken up before 7am after being up until 2am for the wedding.

I attended the Hilton for the Annual General Meeting for Navy League of Ontario. The hotel is beautiful. Rooms are tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable beds. I stayed 2 nights. The only small points I can make are about the bathrooms. They were usually very clean but the sensor toilet flushers may require adjustment. Some would flush several times with one use while other times they would not flush at all. The toilet paper was thin single ply which was a little surprising when you see the other high end finishes. I enjoyed my time. Didn't have a chance to check out the pool or amenities. Overall it was a pleasant stay. I would return.

Nice hotel, the suite was very spacious and overlooked the lobby, it was very nice. Busy on the weekends with lots of families and children but they did a good job of keeping everyone separate.

The front desk female clerks were so RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL!!! (July 13th evening) High-end hotels like Hilton should have professional, kind and mature clerks, not like those chatty, rude girls! Very disappointed.

Had brunch at hotel. Very good selection and the food was great. Desserts were amazing.

Food was decent but not spectacular. Service was not the best. Took wrong orders, forgot our desserts, etc. But it was quiet so overall, relaxing lunch.

Good location. Attended a Conference and staff were awesome in all preparation. Dinner was great as well as the service.

Amazing facility. Had a professional development event with an over night stay. The conference facility was amazing. Great space. Temperature was well regulated and the food options for breakfast and lunch both days were AMAZING.

Then the suites. Lovely sitting room once you come in with an uptional pullout couch. Lovely bathroom with a deep soaker tub. And the beds. The beds were amazing. We had a 2 double room and the most comfortable softest bed with TONS of gel pillows with different variety of firmness.

The pool is great and the jacuzzi got the right spots on my lower back.
Was amazed with the eucalyptus steam room. What a way to end a long week.

Will defenitly recommend this pla e be it for a business function or just an overnight get away.

Pros: Nice suits. Good views from the upper floors.
Decent food. Nice staff.
Cons: The local programming on the TV didn't work therefore leaving pay-per-view as the only choice.
The air in the hotel was very dry.
The safe is attached to the wall in a way that the door was opening towards you thus making access to the safe very cumbersome. It could've been easily moved to another wall but clearly this wasn't thought through by the hotel personnel.
