Truly enjoyed free shopping experience. The store was well organized, The reps did not run me down or hound me down. I really appreciated to feel of the freedom to shop and look at everything that I wanted and when I did need help I got it. I also got a great discount I loved going here to shop

Extremely great quality in clothing and my girlfriend loves when they have their deals because the deals are always amazing. She loved all the clothes she bought and I know she is probably coming back. Recommended for sure.

Prices and clothes are okay...cheap for a good quality are fantastic but they have small space for parking area and some staff is not well informed of the prices of their products

Orfus urban planet is huge, they have great options for good deals , I am a regular customer

Everything is a mess in the store, the store is too big, it is hard to find what you want. If you shop online you would find deals and skip the mess.

No customer service skills and they don't follow up on complaints. We called 5 times in 2012 and no return call.
This must be why most of the company stores are closing down.
We haven't set foot into this store since 2012.

was expecting an order which was confirmed by email on December 13th, and then again on December 16th. Whenever I attempt to track the order I am redirected to an Error 400 message "Bad Request Invalid URL' and am unable to get any information from the Arrive App. The app says "Waiting For Details. Waiting for Tracking Event From Whistle".

It is now after Christmas and well into the New Year and I still have not received my order. I am extremely dissappointed because I have not received my items and I can not get any information online about the status of my order. I have called urban planet and left many messages with no response from any customer service representative. I choose to shop online this year because I have a disability preventing me from walking. I am currently unable to go to the mall and get the items. This inconvienced me in a major way. I had rebuy christmas gifts on extremely short notice at a very inflated price. I payed alot of money to urban planet for items I never recieved.

When I placed the order I opted to be notified by text message when the package is delivered as well as downloaded the arrive app. The tracking number does not work at all. And the arrive app is still saying "waiting for details" I have only received notifications regarding promotions and sales from Urban Planet.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS COMPANY. I've been waiting for over 6 weeks for my order. I've had three bogus tracking numbers and told there is a delay with delivery which Canada Post has told me that it's not true for local delivery

Came here to get joggers for the winter, prices are cheap as usual and the place was clean and atleast the time I went it wasnt busy at all. Large selection of things and friendly staff

Its a very big location, so if you are looking for something, its probably in here somewhere. However, i dont find the deals to be amazing, like they use to. The staff are always very friendly though, so its a nice spot to stop into if i'm already shopping on orfus. Tip: if you are picking up an online purchase, they have a register dedicated to processing these at one end, so you don't have to wait in the line

Only 1* is the customer service skills these young girls have. Especially the store manager Indian decent short girl. Very rude and snobbish attitude. I couldn't get the last size on the manikin display and she didn't go above and beyond to make me happy and make the company money. Why would the store even out up a common size of display if those sizes will sell and have a demand.
This store is just grab and go. No need to speak to an employee because they won't even help you out. Just grab and pay

This isn't a Urban Planet. It's a Sirens... which in my opinion is the same thing but they beg to differ. You can't exchange clothing here if you purchased from Urban Planet. Which Isn't an issue but Google needs to update the store name to prevent people from wasting time :)

I-Ready like when I was entering the store the employee was at the front putting hand sanitizer in everybody hands. That is very important to me and also when I enter everything was well organized and I was very impressed.

I like this store! Everytime I come here, there is always great sale. I think most of our clothings came from this store. They are great quality!

Every now and then I pop into this store to see what fashion trends are in here for a low low price. Its hit and miss but always a fun experience. I love the home decor section.

Bad experiences worts customer services, was there July 29 afternoon whit my daughter Bothersome stuff and my daughter she forgot her backpack back to the store ,,I was still in my car , I call in for help to look or anyone find I can look my daughter backpack ,, The girl answer the phone I told her what is the problem , Who was rude answer to me was like this ,,, Lady no backpack here only the store sells ,,,And I repeat, saying my daughter lost her bag there please can u look for or someone please? ,,, And back she s answering no not here geez Goddd ,,,, so mad attitude to me ,,, and hang up on me ,, this really frustration ! I did go back to the store ask for maneger and ask u did answer the phone?? Maneger said I don t know, ,,and I said someone Hung up the phone on me I was asking for help and do you rude way to me , ,, again ask maneger to check on Person person Answered of the phone and ask her name , maneger said no ,,, she saw I was really Absent,, and her too was really get mad to me ,,,I wasn t screen Jut ask her what kind customer services u have here ? I call in for help no body Cares ,, so I said sorry if I said anything wrong , but I wanna to treated with respect , Seems the store doesn t have respect for the customers,, thank you urban planet, really disappointed

Very addicting store if you love shoes, like me. I can't every just window shop here, lol. But seriously, they have a great selection and the service is awesome.

Horrible customer service! The staff are snooty and rude.
One thing that is pretty bad is that they are supposed to ask every person to leave their bags at the front of the store upon entry...but they ask only certain people. This happens to me every time i go there, while my friends can walk in with the same sized bag as me! I find this racist and discriminatory! I have stopped going there because of this!

Great variety, regular prices, the only thing missing is to be more orderly, they put a price on display and when you get to pay it turns out that it is another more expensive, whenever I go the same thing happens and they don't solve anything ...

I always find at least one pair of shoes I have to buy every time I go in there. All their stuff suits my style. Very youthful service but they're good at it. Moderate prices. It's easy to keep a budget here and still get the stuff you like.

Went in to buy a pair of jeans. The brownskin store supervisor/manager was super rude for no reason. Asking her questions seemed like i asked her to fight or something... SO unprofessional for an urban planet employee. Got a good deal on the pants though.

So they say buy one and get one free for EVERYTHING IN THE STORE and then when I want to buy something DISCOUNTED they say that the second one cannot be free! Very silly policy and will never go back there

Clothes are amazing, but that brown skin supervisor/manager is really rude, she shows no respect to the customer and the way she talks to customer seems like she s asking for a fight. I am not coming back to this location because of ur rude treatment to customer.

The orfus road location has had the same style stuff for the past 5 years of going there, they need to update their inventory. Prices are really good tho!
