Had a great time here for a night away. Had a massage that was great and the room was fantastic. Only downside was the bathroom tub drain cover wasnt closing/releasing properly with the lever. So i had to pull the cover off to let the water drain. Other than that, ill be back

Not only was the hostess at reception down right rude becasue we booked thru another site we're not eligible for breakfast vouchers and they only had us booked for 1 night when we had 2 booked and made us pay two seperate deposit fees plus parking i mean its not like we havent spent hundreds of dollers here for our stay and all we get isba room that has issues and a hostess with an attitude needless to say we will not be coming back

The site was clean and the staff was professional....

The site was clean and the staff was professional. I was attending a wedding and it was a lot of fun. The fire alarm went off (falsely) halfway through the wedding for quite a while. Overall a great place.

This review is about my experience in this hotel a...

This review is about my experience in this hotel a few years ago. They had terrible waiters/waitress. I was in a corporate dinner event in this place during Chinese new year. The environment was good, clean and nicely decorated. The banquet hall was well setup. The food was also good. But what ruined everything was the servers. It was a Chinese style banquet with at least 60 - 100 tables of guests. They served Chinese food. There were a total of about 8 dishes. Each dish was brought to our table by the side, one at a time, on a big plate. Our table server distributed the food into smaller plates and gave to every guest. Each big plate was prepared to serve a table full of guests. Our table had two guests absent. Instead of giving each guest more food from the big plate, the waiters gave guests sample size amount of food. Leaving about 40% food remaining on the big plate. At first we thought we would be given more food after we finished this sample size, but the waiter quickly took away the big plate and it never returned. This happened on ALL EIGHT dishes throughout the evening INCLUDING those expensive main dishes. Most of us were left still very hungry after eating only SAMPLES for dinner. We were only guests to the event otherwise we would stop the waiters from taking away food before we had chances to finish. Upon observing around other tables in the banquet hall, the other servers seemed to be doing the same thing. They all hid "excess" food with a piece of clothe and immediately took them away from the hall. We were all led to believe those waiters probably saved our food for their own consumption backstage! I would never host a banquet in this place myself. This is again my experience a few years ago. Because I don't like to go there anymore.

Waited over an hour to check in just for them not ...

Waited over an hour to check in just for them not able to find my reservation, although I had all the confirmation emails. Wasted my time and Hilton s staff did not seem to do anything to help with any other options.

Hilton markham was awesome,I originally got a quee...

Hilton markham was awesome,I originally got a queen bed but they upgraded me to king. The room was clean with many amenities . The view from the Windows looked down at the lobby over the bar. Service was great and friendly. I would definitely come back.

Update to this review, stayed Aug 2018 for another conference. Was informed that pull out sofas had all been replaced! Did not hear one complaint this time! Good job!
We enjoyed our Deluxe King Kitchenette Suite! Spacious! Pretty clean. Nice to find all the different bits and pieces needed in the kitchen, including can opener and water filter jug. Little things show attention to detail. Staff this year seemed better trained and more helpful than last year!
Lots of parking at this location makes everything so much better for large groups! Tip...don't pay at the machines in the parking lot until you confirm whether you group has a special parking rate set up or not! They will try not to refund your parking fee!
When booking, staff informed me, no rooms at our group rate were available. Called our company, they assured me rooms in our block were available, staff called me to correct the issue and my rate. So am satisfied. However, especially with groups, staff should have a better communication system to facilitate group bookings.
Overall, enjoyed our stay at this location. Especially the Zen Garden!

It's a nice hotel. Pull out couches are notoriously awful! Went with a Conference and everyone who tried the couches complained avidly! Nice, large meeting/event rooms. Staff always seem a little lost. Friendly enough. Good parking.

Lovely place. Great staff. My only complaint is that every time we entered or left the building someone was smoking right at the doors. They have a beautiful courtyard but it is used for a smoking area for the meeting rooms. Even the hallway on the 2nd floor smells like smoke.

Too Bad I heard a loud noise and it was very loud at 8 o 'clock in the morning. I couldn't sleep. I called the customer service, and they said they wanted a security guard to check it out. After waiting for an hour without getting a reply, I went to the manager, she and I went to the room, the manager said it was the voice of the person talking, that's normal! Too bad a reply.

I've made a handful of visits to this hotel for business. We always arrive late and are always upset by the bar closing at 11. Going to your room after a 4 hour flight already upset make the lack of Chromecast connection on the TV is another setback for an otherwise very attractive hotel. Overall it's a nice place for someone looking for a place to sleep, but business is changing and the new business people want more than looks and overpriced food.
