Nothing to complain about, great ammenities and experience!

I checked into the hotel and forgot to bring a piece of clothing. I came back to the hotel and asked for it. They said no? You just swallowed a piece of clothing?

Not a fan of the parking lot layout or the drop off area

The staff here are not very smart or helpful, giving you this deer in the headlights look. Hilton, need to do something about this...

The room was spacious and clean. The service was excellent all the way through and little attention to details made a huge difference. The site is beautiful, the gym is complete and the room service breakfast was delicious! Thank you for the excellent service received by your team!!!

The area was very clean, organized and staff was very helpful axcomading a lot of people.

Nice lobby. Some of the workers at the front didn't know about restaurants in the area and were not up to date with closing times on various places in the hotel. Pull out couch was like laying on a wooden board but full beds were very comfortable. Overall nice experience but a few improvements are needed.

Attended a high school graduation. Building has a nice atmosphere. Staff are friendly. Very nice setting for any kind of conference or event

I stay here sometimes because its just a good getaway.
The only reason I found them is because I go to the Clinic form and function. They are sooo amazing! Now I go to the hilton for anniversaries and enjoy the restaurant . The brunch is great!

Was at the Hilton for a conference event held by Jeunesse. The place looks nice and appealing when I entered the main entrance.

Got upgraded to a suite bigger than my first apartment. Sprawling complex, with open atrium, nice light and decent restaurant

Friendly staff, good amenities and what you would expect from a hotel in the business district.

Great location right off the 407. Had lunch here which was delicious. Service was wonderful and friendly. The place was very clean. Good experience.

Attended a wedding here. Great venue, ample space, clean washrooms, lots of parking. Can't comment on the service because I'm not sure if catering/bar was in-house or third party; I was just a guest.

Great hotel adequately equipped for meetings. Had a great suite with a lounge area. Food was great and service was excellent.

This location was absolutely beautiful we traveled to Markham for a family wedding and the rooms were spacious. I also loved the key less entry option as we headed directly to our rooms and did not have to worry about standing in line to check in. As online check in and key less entry is an option here. We had traveled back to the states and accidentally left my 2 year olds' tablet and the hotel immediately returned it to us we just had to pay shipping.

The facilities were clean and quiet and we had a wonderful time.

Very nice and big hotel with lots to offer. The fitness center is the best I've ever seen because it's an account gym. The rooms are nice but a little outdated.

Fantastic hotel, with full-service convention space. Customer service was spectacular, and hotel is well-appointed to suit the most demanding traveler. Parking is not included with a hotel stay, be prepared to pay extra for this service.

Hilton Markham suites rooms were pretty unsanitary. At first glance everything seemed clean and fine, but places were sticky with leftover residue. An opened box of sauce was left within the fridge for who knows how long. I don t even mind the large coat of dust, but it seems that this place has not been cleared or cleaned out properly at all recently. Kind of disturbing and who knows if it is completely sanitary. I pretty much had to wipe down the entire room. The bath tub stoppers don t work and are all pulled out incapable of being fitted back in. I ve typically had good experiences through Hilton hotels but this is just ridiculous. I wanted to leave a decent review but upon further inspection I ve dropped it down to a one star.
