Great service and employees. Popcorn & water & t.v while waiting all contribute to an easy wait.

I just waited 3 hours in the service department for a tail light that was broken by there staff. I was told that I would be charged for the part replacement that was broken by the service dept staff. I feel completely disrespected.

Very pushy salesmen, shady feeling

I traded in my SUV in for something better on gas. Went just to look at it one day. Talked to Keith Shrek and he was very helpful through the whole experience. Great guy. Then he asked if i could figure up my payments. We came to a deal between my trade in and the new car that i could afford.

Was about to pull the trigger that day but decided last minute that i should go home and sleep on it since i wasn't planning to buy a car that day. Not sure who i talked to but a big bald guy in the Hyundai building was talking to me when i decided to think on it. This guy was the worst part of the whole experience. Very pushy, typical full of BS car salesman wouldn't let me go after i decided to wait on it overnight, saying "this is going to be the best decision of my entire life" and "gas will be $4 a gallon in a month, so i better take his offer while i can on my Lexus". Finally i got up and walked out and he followed me all the way out to my car and was still talking as i was pulling away.

The next day i decided i wanted it, and everything went smooth besides the $2000 2 year 48k mile extended warranty they wouldn't stop pushing. I said no, this conversation is over multiple times, and finally i made a bad choice and accepted, considering i was buying a VW and maintenance can be expensive. But came back to cancel a few days later as the car has a warranty until 36,000 miles and im not paying that much just for 20k miles more. Plus i've heard multiple horror stories of Edwards work. Including my boss who just in the last couple weeks had a vibration from his wheel that ended up being lug nuts not tight.

I bought my other car at infiniti of omaha and absolutely nothing like this level of pushiness there which i loved. It was do you want the warranty? No. Okay. I was tempted to walk out many times due to the shady vibe of the pushy attitudes of the salesmen besides Keith. Overall would not recommend. Would've bought elsewhere if the car i wanted was available.

Went to Edwards today, I had spoken with Jermaine prior to visiting and he found the perfect vehicle to meet my needs. This has been a good experience and I really appreciate an honest dealer.

My salesperson was Tim Martin and he provided my husband and I excellent customer service. He answered all of our needs and worked with us to get the vehicle we wanted. He was very friendly, professional, and great at his job. I would recommend anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle to purchase from him.

They don't stand behind what they sell watch your paper work on what you sign. Lieing to sell. Will never go back. Have been their many times. Was their Saturday for a oil change under Thole. My bother Charles honig, my Farther Robert Honig, my mother Connie Roberts, my step dad Jimmy Robert, my sister in law Dawn Honig, we all have been miss treated and lied to at your dealerships. We will move on and do our business elsewhere.

The men who helped me today were very condescending and more worried about talking to my husband then working on a deal with me. I will never recommend Edwards and will not return to the property.

Are you looking for quality personable service when buying a car? If so, then look no further and know that Zach White is your guy!! My experience here was awesome! I have no complaints, this was my first experience buying a car and it was such a personable atmosphere. Zach worked hard to make sure that I was satisfied with the deal that we reached and he did it all without making feel like I was being pressured to do so. I'm telling any and everybody, if you're looking for a car and a top notch salesman Zach White is the one you want to see!

There amazing and they take care of there customers

I saw a car I was interested in and test drove it the car pulled to the right and didn t stop very well. I got back to the lot and told the service manager, we looked at the car and it literally had no brake pads not bad ones just none on the vehicle. I test drove another car making sure it had pads and when I got back the sales person checked on the price. He came back to me and said the car I test drove wasn t even theirs and not for sale. Horrible place to shop for a car wouldn t recommend it to anyone.

Deserves zero stars, all they are trying to do is upsell you a car you can't even afford. 10/10 recommend to stay away from. I went in with at 5-8k budget and all they showed me was new cars. When I asked used they just redirected back to New. Do yourself a favor, go to anyone else. p.s the sales reps are like robots taking orders from a machine of a manager.

I needed to replace my old vechile in a pinch and Tim, Mike and Rich worked with me without pressuring me. Mike found me my 2017 Mitsubishi outlander after I described what I was looking for in one try. Tim was extremely patient and professional as well as the others. Rich did an excellent job on getting me close to the payments and interest rate I was happy with. I am extremely happy with this group.

Excellent. Best car buying experience I have ever had. My salesperson, Josh Smook, helped me locate exactly what I wanted and the whole process was smooth. I appreciate good sales people who respect your time and money. I feel I got a great deal with Edwards and would highly recommend them to my friends and family. I just recently purchased a 2009 Pontiac G6 VG with Edwards Classic Chevrolet Cadillac. Joe Bockert is AWESOME!!!, along with a couple of his co-workers Dirk?, and Jewels Reynolds, I appreciate all the effort you guys went to to make my experience with Edwards Classic Chevy an excellent one! Tim was a very helpful sales person. He was happy to let me test drive a variety of cars to make sure I found the car that fit my needs. I would recommend Edwad's Auto Group and Tim.

We came down looking for a family vehicle one night and Zach white set us all up. Got us in a 2017 Chevy traverse. Few days later we went to sign everything and he knew I was looking for a truck in my price range. That day somebody traded in a 2012 Chevy Silverado with only 50k miles on it. He immediately thought of us. If I hadn't leaped on it when I did it would have been sold before I could even see it. I highly recommend this place and even more Zach white. He is always about the costumer and setting you up in something you like and can afford. He's more worried about you than getting the sale. They even fixed some stuff on my truck k when they didn't even have to. Highly recommend them

We bought the car because Subaru wrx is a hard model to find but felt like we had to stand up for ourselves the whole time the manager of the used lot was the most rude person considering he was supposed to be providing a "professional, customer appreciation buying experience". I would not recommend buying a vehicle here it was our first car buying experience and one we will never forget unfortunately.

My sales guy Keith S. was fantastic now that being said I will NEVER buy a car from them!! went in looked at and test drove several cars till we decided on a Jeep. was qualified had 5 thou for down payment . told them what i wanted for payment and went rounds as you usually do . While waiting for the comeback i surfed the web and found the same car less miles cheaper at 2 different dealerships. Asked to match it and he was talking to the sales guy but I heard him " this girl thinks we are going to match that ? " " NO , it must be salvaged not a decent car like ours " so i called both dealerships and both had clear titles on them. He couldve called just like I did and found that out. I went to BAXTER and got the same JEEP same year with fewer miles and 6 more years of warrenty than was being offered at edwards cheaper !!!!!!

This was Absolutely the worst buying car experience I have ever had. I purchased a car and drove it for 10 minutes prior to it breaking down on the way home. Excuse after excuse and no one giving me straight answers about what was wrong with the car .,,,, a week later I told them to keep it. I have yet to get the large deposit that I put down on the car. This company and the dealer are crooks! If you would like a car that you could drive By a car somewhere else !

My experience buying a pre-owned car from Edwards Subaru Hyundai was made smooth, and stress free.

Tyree Smith along with Patrick Johnston (director of finance), and Rich Becerra (finance manager), made every step of the process a pleasure to be in.

With my past credit issues, Edwards Subaru Hyundai was still able to acquire financing for me, and at a very reasonable rate. They got me financed when many others could not.

All 3 gentlemen made me feel important and insured I understood each of the steps they were taking were in my best interest.

I will be returning to purchase my next car from them, and will be sending many referrals their way!

Today on my way home from work my car decided to suck even more. My boyfriend told me to go to edwards to just get a new car, and he said we would try and work with Randy Kahl which is who he got his new car from last year. I walked in with not much confidence, but it went smoothly and Randy made it convincing and fun! I walked out with a 2015 nissan versa that same night about 5 hours later with a good rate and new insurance for my boyfriend and I also at a good rate! I recommend Randy Kahl to anyone, he won't let you down. He is sooooo down to earth and he WILL give you your money's worth and give you the best rate you can get.

Bought a 2018 Jeep Renegade. At 102 miles vehicle had to be towed to dealership because it wouldn't start and got told fuel line was frozen just put a fuel additive in. 3 days and 28 miles later had to be towed in again. Gas tested THIS TIME and no water found and no idea what problem is. Here's a loaner sorry about your lost wages, we'll try and fix it. Only thing I found good about the place was the salesman who actually seems to care. Issue was allegedly a bad sensor that was discovered a week later. Here's your car back nothing but a bunch of I'm sorry's and if you want to trade it off it's now worth $1800 less because it's depreciated that much in 2 weeks one of which it sat in our garage. Wonder if the owners know how their customers are treated
Went out to go to work and won't start.
Wonder if lemon law will finally apply or if I'll get the same treatment. Have 2034 miles on it now.

Jermaine Dawdy was very attentive and knowledgeable. He helped me through the whole process and even taught me to back into a parking space using the backup camera. I ended up with a 2017 Hyundai Tucson and I love it!

Randy listened to all my concerns and helped me get into my very first car, the Chevy Spark! He really made me feel comfortable during the entire process. I ll have to say that I was totally Wow d by Larry. This is not your traditional car salesman. I mean, I think Larry has mastered the art of adapting his sales style to fit the needs of the individual he s working with. Nice Job! I can also say that I really didn t feel any pressure. I felt like he was working to find what I wanted. This guy is fun to talk to and he knows a lot about cars. Actually, maybe a little too much about cars lol. I will recommend anyone I know looking for cars his way!

His manager, Jeff was also a great guy. He kept it real and was honest throughout the process. I appreciate his ability to lock in the right terms and find the right lender.

I called to ask if they had a truck that was in one of there adds and the guy who i talked to told me they had it and for me to come in to look at it they tried to sell my something else the second i told them i wanted to buy that truck all of a sudden the truck was sold the other day i wasted my day lookeng at a truck that they didn't even have i was lied too.

I went in because I had a low tire warning light come on and they let me know that my oil change was due and my tire rotation was due. I Received great service hospitality was great so my rating is a 5 stars

* NO STAR! They Are Liars!!! I made the mistake of buying a car without my wife and brought it back the next morning to do an exchange. I told them she wanted a 4 door and I was willing to give them the business still. They claimed the paperwork was already submitted and I told them I have 72 hours and besides I know everything wasn't finalized because it hasn't even been 24 hours. I left and continued to call them because they said they would try to stop the paperwork. they never called me back. They waited 3 days and said they couldn't do anything. I should have fought harder and maybe got the authorities involved but I didn't. instead they took the car back and offered me the a basic loaner car and tacked on thosands to make me way upside down. Todd Archer in Bellevue has recently got me out of that nightmare and into something I love. NEVER GO BACK TO EDWARDS OR REFER ANYONE LIKE I DO OFTEN WITH MY CARS.

I came into the dealership last Saturday and was assisted by Zach Henderson. I had a very good experience he wasn't pushy, he answered my questions and I believe valued me as a customer.

Just got all the bells and whistles in my Mitsubishi Outlander GT!! My salesman Tim Martin was AWESOME!!! No badgering or strong arming a really GREAT experience. Edwards is the place to go to get a vehicle and Tim is the salesman to ask for! Others may approach you but you WANT to work with Tim!!

My husband and I just bought our brand new Chevy Colorado from Edwards. Randy Kahl is our salesman forever! He made sure our experience buying was great and even gave us his own friends and family discount! He checks with us all the time and always makes sure we are completely satisfied. This is the 3rd vehicle we've gotten from Randy, and we will definitely be back!

I worked with Tim Martin a couple weeks ago and had a great experience. He didn't pressure me like so many other sales people had, even after I test drove around 7 or 8 cars over the span of a few hours. He was patient and really took the time to make sure I found what I wanted. I would definitely recommend him to others!

I went to the Parts Department during this visit and was given excellent service. So the staff did a great job and for that this should be a 5 star review. Especially since it's not their fault that this dealer is exactly what you expect! Pushy sales people that circle like sharks when you pull in to park Clearly they can see you are headed to the parts dept yet they move in for the kill the minute you open your door. It doesn't stop there though! Just like every other dealer the OEM parts they sell are almost double the price of auto parts stores! When searching for the part I needed for my car I discovered that every auto parts store was out of the part and could have it shipped to me in 3 days! So I came to the realization I would be forced to buy parts direct from the dealer since I had to have the part that day. A while back in this review I mentioned they were double the price of the other guys.... ummm yeah!! Parts stores were selling it for $22 and the dealers price was.... $44 for the exact same part! Lastly don't go here if you are pressed for time. Prepare to be there for a minimum 30 minutes! What is it with dealer parts counters?? It is always just one person running the counter and 3-4 people waiting to be helped!

Crooked and rude. You ever wanted to know where the stereo type for salesmen came from it was this place. Don't even waste your time.

Bought a 2008 Mercedes-Benz from here at a fairly high price. 2 weeks later a pulley on the engine went bad. I was able to get it to Autozone and they said I had to go to Mercedes. I called Edwards and complained. The sales agent was no help and gave me to the manager. The manager was horrible. I asked if someone from there could get the part for me or get a ride to Mercedes-Benz. He asked why my friends couldn't and I replied they work day shift. He stated:" that's what we are doing!" and hung up the phone. Now that Im in the market for another new car I refuse to go there. They sale Mitsubishi; that's what I want. But I will go out of state before giving them another dollar.

My husband and I just went and looked at a 2013 F-150 King Ranch truck today. The first salesman said the price was $20K and then Kelly came out with the keys and then the price was 26K. After looking over the truck the front bumper had numerous rust spots as big as saucers. Kelly states well this is the Midwest with salt and snow. We asked if that could be fixed she comes out with a business card that states the truck could be purchased today only for $27K and the bumper would be repaired. While she was doing that, I pulled up their website showing an e-price of 22,500. The sales manager was with Kellywhen she came back and showed him the ad. First he said that was not their dealership and we showed it was theirs. He proceeded to state that price was wrong. Bait and switch comes to mind. Run away from this dealership!!!

Service department didn't return my calls with status of complaint. General manager of sales said he would follow through. Still no return calls. Bought 3 cars in a row there. Will be shopping elsewhere.

Lots of nice ATVs, go chat with Justin, he is very knowledgeable and will get you a great deal!

I called the Subaru Hyundai and had awful customer service. I asked the guy on the phone about warranty and he hung up the phone. I called again and he sounded like sassy homosexual and he transferred me to speak to his boss and his boss does not seem to understand the definition of power train warranty.

My daughtet and I live in Nebraska and went over to lease a car on the Iowa side Unfortunately, we were not able to do so so we ended up purchasing one. First of all, a new young man by the name of Daniel waited on us and he was wonderful. This was the Hyundai side of Edwards. He was not pushy at all but just wonderful. While we thought we were walking away with leasing, The Leasing fell through. , I was asked if i wished to purchase the vehicle instead by another very nice associate as Daniel was washing the car. I advised that I really could not afford to purchase as I was not sure if I could afford the tax but they stated if they paid this, would it help? I stated that would help big time. Now, this is where it fell one star short as I just received the tax check and I found out I was 150 short on the check when I went to pay the taxes on this. The contract I signed even stated the full amount of tax which I had noticed after I got to the Motor Vehicle place. Overall, it was a great experience with Edwards, however, if they are paying the tax, I wish it would have been the full TAX AMOUNT stated in my contract as it was somewhat embarrassing..

I just got my first car here, Andrew West was really helpful and patient and the whole team made sure i got what i was looking for.

They really worked with us at getting us into two vehicles and accepted our trade-ins that were sub-par at best.

Bought my car from Edwards a year ago- after signing the agreement I waited for over two hours to sign the final paperwork and be able to get the car. The entire experience was anxiety-ridden and tedious and they made their sale I was completely forgotten.

Flash forward less than a year and the transmission in the car I bought from them (which was a 2015) already needs a new transmission. I called three times a day for a week to ask about my warranty or options and ended up leaving messages with multiple departments. When I went into the store, I was told the person I needed to talk to wasn t th there and they would leave a note personally for them to call me back.

As you can guess I was never contacted. Needless to say I will never go back or recommend this entire auto group.

If you buy your car there, you can stop in any time for a free wash and vacuum!

The sales staff here are outstanding... especially Tess and Dave!! I'm a tough sale...they hung in there and we made a good deal! Thank you for making my experience fun!!
