These sales reps have absolutely no clue what they are selling or even how to sell professionally. Had a sales rep tell us the price of a vehicle was $19,700. We loved that price and my girlfriend had fallen in love with the car, we were not able to purchase the car that day as we are waiting for an insurance check to come through. Come to find out the cars price is 28k and the dealer will not offer the price the rep told us. That was their mistake and they should have paid for it like any other honest company would. As a salesman myself I m absolutely baffled by how this place gets away being so unprofessional. The sales rep was cursing during the test drive and says man I was gonna get tacos before you guys came up sorry for wanting to give you business? I wouldn t recommend this place to anyone from here on out.

They had the car I wanted with the criteria I gave them and the manager (Curt) had heard and had my new car parked outside the building waiting for me. Talks about outstanding service! Terri the sales consultant knew everything possible about the ins and outs of the car and was friendly, professional and really cared about me purchasing the car. I have never had the service at any car dealership as I did at Suburu-Edwards in Council Bluffs, IA. I really liked them all.
And better yet my husband traded in his lease for a Forester and was surprised of the low prices of both cars.
Lastly, Rich made it happen for us!

DON'T Buy from Edwards! I was over charged for car including price over priceD FROM WHAT SAID ON WINDOW,threatened to jail my boyfriend and I FOR NOTHING WE DID BUT THEM!,kept saying for us to bring in trade ins I didn't even own with threats, came into my hospital room seeing me half naked, signed so many contracts changing prices (under meds I didnt know what I signed!!!), stated NO extra warranties-Had to go next morning before surgery to get them to remove, all while in pain and in distress from medication from surgery! Still trying to straighten mess out-Parts and service overcharge---and just had oil change done (had to go there) where removed soda can but can't vaccum all carpet that had dirt and I moved mats so they could see..(dirt was dropped out of something in car day before and I got what I could being disabled was looking forward to them vaccumning during oil change to help me.) LIES LIES LIES -Some people fired due to this others (probably family) still there!----There has to be better out there?! IF YOU HAVE TO GO THERE TAKE SOMEONE TO WATCH out for you especially if disabled!!!DONT GO INTO ANY OFFICE ALONE-THEY WILL SAY ITS ILLEGAL IF NOT MARRIED

Randy Kahl was our salesman at Edwards Auto. My daughter and I went to see him early one Saturday morning. Upon our arrival we were greeted warmly and my daughter was surprised to have a big giant balloon with her name on it. Randy spent the entire day with me driving vehicle after vehicle. He answered all of my questions about the cars as well as my daughter's. After finally selecting the vehicle I wanted (which was the first vehicle Randy picked for me) he helped walk me step by step thru my first time buying a car from a dealership. Edwards has been very accommodating making sure I have all of my financing done same day so I don't have to make extra trips since I live so far away. In all it was a wonderful experience. Randy has checked in with me several times to make sure I still love my truck and has answered every question I've had about it. He goes above and beyond what is expected out of him. We are customers for life.

Entire process was easy and helpful. Salesperson Robert Greder took the time to explain the Outback in detail, which we found very helpful. His knowledge on features, construction, safety and performance made our buying decision much easier. We received a fair trade in value, sale price and financing.
Improvement suggestion - Business office should not bring in a second "senior' person to sell the extended service package; this was obvious double teaming and was not appreciated after the great experience with Robert.
Tim Martin gave me a great deal on my 2013 Hyundai Elantra limited! Before visiting Edwards, I had my heart set on getting into a Chevy Cruze, but after test driving the Elantra I changed my mind completely. I don't think I could've gotten a better deal than I did at Edwards. If I am ever in the market for a car again, I'll go back to see Tim at Edwards!
Just had all four of my tires replaced using the Halo warranty I purchased with my vehicle at Edwards other than it taking 6 hours because the warranty company wanted to drag their feet Edwards Hyundai service was able to get all four tires replaced went above and beyond with keeping me updated even offering to take me over to the McDonald's to grab lunch their service tech make sure my tires were installed properly even making sure they were torque to spec and checking three times to ensure safety this is something that normally is never done at a tire repair facility and I am very pleased to see it being done here not only does it give me peace of mind that my tires are not going to fall off but gives me peace of mind for the consumers who use Edwards Hyundai service
I went in for an oil change, it was done quickly. They even washed my car! The staff is knowledgeable and always professional and friendly!!

I have purchased my Nissan here and I am now leasing my Mitsubishi from them. I feel that they listen to my needs and work hard to ensure that I am completely satisfied. I have been a repeat customer with them since I was 19 and I continue to go back. I am now on my third vehicle from them and I am always treated very well. I have also had some maintenance work done on my vehicles there and they are always prompt and get me up and running as quickly as possible.

The automotive shop work on my car said it was fixed charged me a little less then 450. 3 says later the car went back down for the same problem. The shop was close I ended up have to pay another shop 450 to fix it again.

Jenny was great! She was friendly, forthright and did what she could to make us feel comfortable. The overall Edmunds Group, maybe not so much. Firstly I showed up on Monday at 845. The parking lots still had snow removal going on. Question in my head was why wasn't this done the day before or at least before Service opened. Repair estimate was given end of first day with assurance of two day part lead time. I called on the third day am to learn the part had not arrived as of yet. That day the part came in and the car was ready by 430pm. We drove 40 minutes to pick up the car and learned the car washes around the area were not working so our car was delivered previously cleaned but with some conspicous streaks of dirt. We were happy to take the car as is because we had an upcoming meeting that required us to leave. To recap, Edwards Auto did what they said they would do, but you feel they need to work better as a team when you leave.

Dan Baney was so friendly and helpful. He was realistic and took the time to show me all the bells and whistles on my new Legacy. Never bought a new car before and was very stressed out over it. But everyone along the way was clear with explaining everything. And I never once felt like I was getting worked over. Highly suggest buying your Subaru from here! worth the drive over the border lol!
I have dealt with the the Edwards group for a good 7/8 years. I've had good service with the Nissan/Kia side as well as the Dodge side but the Hyundai group just destroyed everything.
I went in because I received a card saying they were interested in the Hyundai Santa Fe that I purchased in October 2019. The salesman took all the information on income and then said he needed to have the engine checked out and run some numbers. No problem. When Andy (Hyundai salesman) came back and informed me that they could trade in car due to the donut on it and engine issues. In the first place I got a flat tire on interstate just an hour beforehand which I told him about. He informed me if I was going to trade it in not to go buy a new tire or worry about it. But the real kicker was him telling me there was a slight knock in the engine and a blow-by problem which I had to call after leaving to find out what he was talking aboutThen proceeded to tell me unless I can come up with $4000-$5000 down minimum there was no way to help me.
The final straw was when I went to my mechanic. There was no knock in engine and no problem with the blow-by valve or sensor. My check engine light has never come on. The knock is from the exhaust that rattles no matter how tight or loose the hangers are. It has been that way from the time I bought it and I took it in twice for that. I was told the hitch was the wrong one. Again I went to a hitch dealer and was told it was the correct hitch.
I may be an older woman but don't treat me like I don't know anything and take advantage of me. I left Edwards Hyundai fighting back tears. After just having shoulder surgery and going on a fixed income I didn't need to be frightened and lied to believe I need my engine taken care of or I would need a new car.
They need to be thankful that I have respect for myself and those around me because I really wanted to go back and do a full blown "Karen" on Andy.

It was definitely worth it to cross the bridge to Edwards. I needed a vehicle that could move equipment and would last and they were willing to work with me to get a vehicle at a price I could afford.

First off a bought a used 2008 Toyota Avalon. I did not buy from Zach Henderson (I bought from another guy whom I never heard from again) but he was the only one to follow up with me at the dealership. The seat belt was ripped almost completely through and I noticed that as I was putting my sons carseat in right after I signed the paperwork and I had no luck with the guy that sold to me that day or the manager of the Used Car lot to get it resolved but when Zach called to follow up with me and I told him of the problem he did everything could to make sure the issue was taken care of and followed up with me take me sure it was taken care. I do appreciate all the help he has been. I am not happy with other members of the Used Car lot team but Zach H and Rich B from finance were great! I am not sure if I will ever buy from a dealership again but if I do it will definitely be from Zach. I do recommend him if you are looking for a car at Edwards! I am giving 5 stars for Zach H and Rich B, I would not be so generous if it wasn't for those two!
I don t remember ever writing a negative review. My philosophy is try to be uplifting and encouraging but two and a half weeks ago, I purchased a used vehicle from Edwards. I went over it with the salesman and called a family member for more questions to ask and things to look for. The salesman reassured me it was the better selection. He steered me away from cars he said had issues. When I drove it, I asked about everything from 4x4 to a/c. I mentioned to him the brakes felt a little soft but he said that was normal for cars that have sat for a little while but it was fine. A mechanic came out while I had the hood up, engine running, and asking questions. He began to tell me how amazing the salesman was and this was a great car. This week while driving I suddenly could not stop. The brakes didn t work. I didn t hit anything as I was still on a side street just before getting on Dodge. Thankfully, no one was hurt. As I mentioned, I don t like writing negative reviews but this could have ended very differently. I could have had my children with me and driving the interstate. I did try to call the GM multiple times but after explaining what happened was told he was out, in a meeting, or just stepped out.
The man I hoped to see wasn't there and I went to the service department and they said they fixed the problem. I told them it still had the same problem and now had a noise that sounds like something loose and about to fall off. They said no.

Had an emergency after 5:00pm when engine light came on out of the blue and Amy vermeulen plus mitch Stafford came to my rescue to their techs scan for codes to determine problem. They found out that all was spurious indications a burp if you will and this happened at closing time. They went the extra mile to help me as I will going out of town this weekend. My thanks to everyone involved to get my Santa fe back on the road.

Please do not waste your time with this dealership! If I could give 0 stars I wouId. I had nothing but problems from the start and over a month later im still having issues.The finance director was rude and unwilling to hear my point of view. At one point in the conversation he told me i need to be quiet and listen. And this was after I went to pick up my car and their employee wrecked it! They said since we arent reporting it to carfax it doesnt matter! This made me question what other illegal and shady things they were up to! I did not want to take this car but they insisted that i had to. The management team acted like my $20,000 purchace wasnt anything, they did me a favor even though my car had problem after problem. I regret ever buying this car and am beyond dissatisfied. I just hope someone will read this and decide to go to another more honest and respectful dealership.
Tried to go in and purchase a used Sonata and was helped by Porsche. Unfortunately while the website listed the car as certified we were told that wasn't the case and that to certify the car it would cost $800 (Even now, 2 weeks later they still list it as certified). The manager got involved and told us we should be happy because he was going to cut the certification fee in half for us. After pointing out other similar cars in the area at much lower prices he suggested we go to another dealer, so we did and suggest that you do the same.

I gave them a one star because they sold my car under me after putting money down.. u can't show someone a amazing car then sell it and give me the option of two basic ok rating cars. Then the communication skills need to be better when it comes to ur dealers and the costumer I felt like they were more worried about making me sit there for four hours and making me impatient so they could get the sale. So if u sign ur papers through financing and they say the car is urs don't believe what they say cause they sold my 2013 vw jetta which had amazing ratings .. just to try and sale me a ford fiesta because of there mistake. So in my opinion u sale me a amazing awesome car and turn around and sale it then u better back it up with the same amazing rating car or if not better car.

Very happy and satisfied with my vehicle and my salesman, Jermaine. He was very transparent and honest and made everything comfortable. Also VERY knowledgable on all the vehicles I looked at and their features. After purchasing, he sat in my vehicle with me and went over absolutely everything to make sure I understood and was happy. Everyone else I dealt with in finance, etc. during this process was very nice and made sure I didn't leave with unanswered questions. After competing a pre approval questionnaire online i was contacted several times by a member of Edwards to come in and take the car loan process a step further. Long story short my very first question was "am i out of my league here?" being a first time car buyer and a 22 year old with college loan marks on my credit. The dealer advised me that they could definately get me approved ... after three hours and three different trips that same day (bringing in extra paycheck stubs, address verifications, and a legit co-signer,) i was denied. Of course i was disappointed that i left with no car but the major issue came shortly after. I got an email from my credit report site saying that the Edwards group inquired about my credit that day 7 different times. The hard inquiries alone left my credit score -37 POINTS !!! So all in all i left with no car, and A LOT worse credit. DONT EVEN BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE.

We recently purchased an XV CrossTrek at Edwards and it was a great experience. Josh Smoot took great care of us and was very patient as we picked out our vehicle. We got great service and Edwards really does have the best prices in the area.
Unprofessional, too high on pricing, bought the same pickup back in omaha for 2400 less. Was hung up on twice when called to see if I was still interested in pickup. Once when my brother answered my phone when i was busy. And again after telling the salesman at Edwards that I had purchased one somewhere else. Very unprofessional. Would not reccomend anyone doing business at any Edwards dealership.

I traded my subaru. I have one of the worst experience. When they show me the car, it has some extra functionality. When I bring the car home, its the different. When I called them about this, they refused it.
They told I need to pay the tax only the difference amount of my traded car. When I registered my car, got to know that they are not registered with dept of revenue, for which I had to pay tax on whole amount, for which I paid around 1.5K extra.
Interestingly, when I send a mail regarding this, they just ignored it.
Stay away from them.
If purchasing any car note down the VIN, and check with dept of revenue, if they are registered to trade the car.
